I've read something just a little bit about TOR Network. I've read that it has speed issues, though I am not yet certain if it has something to do with TokenPay. Does the speed issues of TOR Network will affect the transactions of TokenPay?

They are trying to merge total privacy with traditional banking, and while it is a great dream to have, realistically it is not possible.  

It soon will be TOP 1 Crypto Project. Somehow i see that TokenPay have a lot potential to be next generation of payment service. It will soon lead other cryptos.

Don't get me wrong I think the principles behind it and the right to privacy is great and Crypto allows us to have that to varying degrees, but in reality the whole bank and card thing IMO is a pipe dream. 

As far as I understand your coin will have its own block-chain and be extracted through the POS algorithm. This is an interesting proposal considering that most startups are implemented through smart contracts ERC20. I consider the option of participation, but nowhere do I see information about how much I will receive coins for 1 BTC?

Thanks for the question, we will do whatever we can to make sure anyone that purchases gets a fair price in an event of extreme vol of BTC.  However, given the price has been in a good range for the past month or so we have no plans to fix the price.

1.  Sunerok is the Lead Developer of Verge Currency, which is a coin that I personally find to be amazing and it heavily influenced the scope of this project. He was enlisted by TokenPay to audit the integrity, security and quality of the blockchain. He has completed this task. The TPAY coin has passed his rigorous audit with flying colors. This is why we call it “The World’s Most Secure Coin”. We do anticipate that Sunerok will continue with the project as the Blockchain Advisor. The plan is to use proceeds from the Token Sale to hire a world class team of crypto developers. Our focus is on the blockchain technology and we strongly feel that given the demand for a coin of this nature that it can eventually be a Top 10 coin and the leading privacy product on the market.

2.  We are working on a Tor Marketplace for TokenPay as part of the overall platform buildout. Transactions will naturally be conducted in TPAY. One thing I will note is that this will be a fully compliant Marketplace for the purposes of conducting legal transactions anonymously with no fear of counterparty risk.

3.  We are very aware a lot of other blockchain projects that are making claims about acquiring a bank. However, we believe that we have a unique opportunity given the involvement of actual bankers and financial professionals on board who understand and are capable of securing the necessary licenses. Offshore banking is extremely complex and is still a case of “who you know” and we feel that we are ideally positioned to capitalize on this based on our extensive contacts already in Asia. As far as your question on the USD goes, I’ll defer that to a later date. Most offshore banks do not accept US clients for regulatory reasons.
