I start to have a bad feeling...
TheQueen, responsible for support here on the forum, not logging in from 27 january 2024, all the problems started just (if i remember well) around that days.
Now the site is down, after a lot of problems with FUN.. are all bad signals.
Glad BTC i make a wd in time before all this, at first sight of problems with the FUN part of the site. But i have a lot of them locked for some months in the future.
at current price more than 2.5k euros.... and i don't like to loose them, cross fingers that is only a tech problem and not "the end" of the site.

Buy and Sell FUN issue is solved but by some days is also not possible to make a withdraw of the fun you have on site. Trying by some days and everytime i receive an email that say that wd is cancelled with this text : "Your FUN withdrawal has been cancelled due to the following reason - Your plan has expired. Please go to the pricing plan and buy a plan to continue using our API.. Please correct the error and try to withdraw again. The FUN will be refunded to your account within the next 1 hour and you can try to withdraw again." This is not good !!!  Cheers |

In the Kraken pro version how do you check the status of your withdrawals and how do you cancel them(when they are still pending) please? Because I haven't found that. It's an important feature in the classic version, so I guess there is something equivalent in the pro version, no? I don't see a Funding tab there unfortunately.  there is on the top menu, the "Portfolio" section that give you all the transactions, buy, sell, wd, deposit etc. There is also the "History" section, and here some filtering fields so you can filter for wd and see all of them using the filter "Transaction category". I think that there at the end of every line still pending may appear the button to cancel the tx. I can't verify because now i don't have transactions to wd to make and in the pro version probabably still didn't make one. Should be in the subsection "Spot" of "Portfolio" where there is the column "Status" just like the one in the non pro version. Cheers |

If the only solution offered to customers is to use another website that's sad. I don't need and don't want to use an heavy User Interface, I'm pleased and accustomed to the one of the normal version for the trades I need to place there. It's really weird and I think not normal, to not display the balance available to place orders, that's a very common and basic feature on any exchange, but I will use the "pro" UI if I have no other option. You are right for the fact that the info on available balance for exchange is needed, i don't know why kraken don't give it. Probably in the simple interface of the standard site, they forgot... I think you can also try to contact the support, and ask for this feasture, i don't know if they listen to users sugestions but giving a try, why not ? I'm an experienced trader, so for me the pro version is what i usually use in all the exchange i use, so for me is not a problem, but i understand that not all people like to use a so rich inteface UI. Does anyone know how to quickly find the available balance when you want to place an order? Because the balance at the top of the screen is not the available/reaming one for orders but the global one, ongoing orders included. The only way I've found till now is to go to the Funding page and then to the withdrawal tab of the specific coin. Needless to say, this is convenient at all. On other exchanges there is at least a "100%" balance feature that helps to view the amount available, but not there.
Have you tried the new pro version of the site https://pro.kraken.com/app/trade here there is the slider to select the ammount from 0 to 100%. Cheers |

If i remember the attorney decided for this way, because of the high number of creditors, and that will be impossible to send one by one the money, so he will send batch of money to the autorized exchanges and the final distribution person by person will be made by them diluiting the operations on more subjects.
Remains in charge to the attorney the reiumbursment in fiat, that is still a huge big work.

Sorry but is not so, i'm a creditor, and made all the procedures on line to choose how you want to be paid, and the method to be paid, and sorry but you can receive BTC/BCH only on selected excanges, no way to input a private btc address on mt.gox site, and also if you wish to receive all crypto, you will not receive all crypto but one part of the reimbursment will be in fiat, so you have to add also a remittance for fiat or throug some money transfer or giving a SWIFT code of your bank account. those who choose to get pay outs in crypto - are coins distributed only by approved exchanges or directly to user wallets as well?
this is in light of sanctions agains russian citizens cryptoexchanges raised - bitstamp blocked my account.
You can choose a wallet address from a non custodial wallet to received your crypto and not only from the exchange wallet. I think you should read the whole information on the official Mt.Gox statement rehabilitation program to issue refund. They didn’t mention any specific wallet address to received the funds and that means you can use any compatible wallet to receive the crypto that you choose. The most important is the details that you will provide during your registration on there claim page. You can read all the info and procedures on there official documents attached below.
