my opinion:
1. merit system is good to stop some scammer.
2. but it is also a bad thing for those who are not scammer and not getting rank up for this hard system.

Actually it is very hard to get merit.
sometimes you are writing some good thing or good topic but you are not getting merit because a good viewer did not see your post or thread.

So guys! what is your opinion about this Merit system?

BitQuick connects you with sellers who want cash for their bitcoins.

BitQuick is only available in the United States.
4  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Becoming a Jr member within 24hrs after registration on: June 05, 2018, 11:32:24 AM
I am a newbie here and recently met a guy that told me he became a Jr member in less than 24hrs of joining the forum, is this possible?

as admin said on this forum: in this thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1689727.0
"How is forum activity calculated?
Activity is calculated with the following formula:
Code: activity = min(time * 14, posts)
Activity is increased by staying logged in or by posting and is updated every 30 minutes. There is a maximum of 14 activity points every 2 weeks."

So I think it is not possible. and please always follow the forum instruction and rules.
5  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Samsung has now entered the cryptocurrency world on: June 04, 2018, 05:09:37 PM
I think it's very good news for us. cause bitcoin will be more acceptable in the world. because Samsung is a big popular company in the world so when people and others company will see this project then they are gonna accept bitcoin more willingly.
6  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can we make sure that our money we invest in Bitcoin is safe? on: June 04, 2018, 04:49:06 PM
I think this kind of security depends on your activity and your choice.
because if you choose a good wallet or a hardware one then it's more secure. and you need to be careful when you are using your BTC on any site. like exchange website ETC..

8  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Do We Need To Change Bitcoin Logo ₿? on: May 29, 2018, 01:17:57 PM
Bitcoin can change our future, our way of consuming, voting, sharing, working...
But its logo is attached to symbols of the past. BTC
Why the ₿ should look like the $,€ or ¥, while Bitcoin wants to change our economic model ?

Maybe to change the system, Bitcoin have to change its Logo ?

There is no need to change the logo since the logo was designed by Nakamoto which means that bitcoin is a currency. Even if we change the logo bitcoin will not change and there will be no changes in the market value nor on its algorithms. Thus, for me it is only a waste of time to change the logo since what we must need to do is to focus on the most important areas of bitcoin such as its market value, transaction matters.

I am totally agree with you, bitcoin doesn't need to change it's logo. we really need to focus on security and transaction of bitcoin.
9  Economy / Economics / Re: What will happen to bitcoin? on: May 29, 2018, 12:40:47 PM

12  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Token and Coin on: May 29, 2018, 06:38:15 AM
here your answers.

It's very important to note that all coins or tokens are regarded as cryptocurrencies, even if most of the coins do not function as a currency or medium of exchange.

"Tokens:
Tokens are a representation of a particular asset or utility, that usually resides on top of another blockchain. Tokens can represent basically any assets that are fungible and tradeable, from commodities to loyalty points to even other cryptocurrencies!

Creating tokens is a much easier process as you do not have to modify the codes from a particular protocol or create a blockchain from scratch. All you have to do is follow a standard template on the blockchain – such as on the Ethereum or Waves platform – that allows you to create your own tokens. This functionality of creating your own tokens is made possible through the use of smart contracts; programmable computer codes that are self-executing and do not need any third-parties to operate. It really is super cool!"

Altcoin:

"Alternative cryptocurrency coins are also called altcoins or simply “coins”. They’re often used interchangeably. Altcoins simply refers to coins that are an alternative to Bitcoin. The majority of altcoins are a variant (fork) of Bitcoin, built using Bitcoin’s open-sourced."

18  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you mean when you say Bitcoin is number 1 on: May 27, 2018, 08:33:01 AM
When I say bitcoin is the number one that’s mean popularity and higher value.
So if anything else is going to be number one then that needs to be more popular and more valuable than bitcoin.
