Sure, this bounty is an attractive offer for most beginners to cryptocurrency world.

My biggest regret is when I got introduced to this back in 2012, I tried to buy £200 worth, the platform was down and I never bothered, just recently woke up to it again at over £4k per coin, it is a physiological thing where I don't want to buy at that price.
I think that the most frequent complaints you will see here is something like that: Oh why haven't I bought some bitcoins 2 years ago or so. I have no regrets as I'm not too addicted to investments or trading.

What would you guys advise someone who is retired, living off pension and savings? Is it too late/risky to invest at that kind of age? Do you guys think the elderly have a chance of jumping on the crypto train, or do you guys think it's too late for them to invest?
I think it's not too late, I'd better say it's a good time as elder people have more free time to trade. But there must be a person who will explain how it works and give some useful recommendations.

Do you guys billieve that bitcoin will become the only one currency that can use as a mode of payment in the whole world? How is this become posible in the future?
I don't think so. Probably, in some distant future when all spheres of life and all countries of the world will break new ground of evolution. But currently not many people even know what bitcoin is.

While browsing through the local craigslist ads, I realized there might be a need for a centralized database where people could report addresses that are involved in or associated with scams.
Is there such a thing already??? If not, I really think there is a market for such a service.
Let's say you are being presented with ridiculous offers that not only sound too good to be true but are also shady as f**k. Wouldn't it be nice to be able to look that address up into a registry where other people have previously reported scams???
Not sure how feasible this would turn out to be, considering the amount of addresses generated every second... BUT... I don't think it could hurt either... Most scammers are probably lazy and wouldn't think of switching addresses until such a service would become popular and/or adopted by bigger players (e.g exchanges)
That could really help a lot of gullible people who otherwise would fall prey to such scams. I would personally use such a service if there was one
Let me know what you think...
I have never heard about such registries. Probable are there here any? I think it is a great idea, but the only thing is - what if you put a person as a scam in the list and actually it was not his fault that something went wrong with the transaction, for example?

I'm trying to understand why are so many people against bitcoin? is it the innovation that scares them? the feeling of staying behind? the fact that that money will go to the wrong hands?
A lot of people are against bitcoin because of negative reviews of media that call bitcoin "a bubble". The second reason is that most are not aware in full what cryptocurrency is. The final reason is the intimidation of people by governments who say that bitcoin is bad and unsafe.

Why should you not invest in bitcoins, cryptocurrencies? Is there any valid reason to stay away from cryptocurrencies? I think it is good to have some discussion here for our kind information.
It's up to you, to invest or not. Cryptocurrencies are the same investments as any others. There are always some risks. I think that the only reason to stay away from cryptocurrencies is the case when you you need money for purchasing other things that you need for life.

What do you think on bitcoin going down? How much will it lower down?
|
|
|
In some ways, probably. Bitcoin system allows people to send money without fee or with fees lower than those of the banks. Sending bitcoins you don't need to use the bank services and pay for them. Banks are currently losing some part of their profit while a lot of people are using bitcoins.

Coinbase customers in qualifying countries will now be able to buy, sell, send and receive Bitcoin Cash. Will you prefer Bitcoin Cash to Bitcoin?

What exchange do you buy/sell your cryptos? What is the best? How have you chosen the one you use?
|
|
|
No, definitely. Actually it is clear and easy to understand how it works if you wish. Strong motivation to get everything clear and that's it. A few days of reading (there are so many sources over the Internet) and you will understand the essentials. If you wanna become a professional trader, for instance, it will take time of course.

Due to a fast-growing number of traders and newbies interested in cryptos bitcoin is rising so high. One more reasons that social media and various news put the wind in bitcoin trading.

It's a matter of time. Due to the fast-growing value bitcoin attracts more and more people including female.

Satoshi Nakamoto is an anonymous creator of the oldest cryptocurrency and the whole system of bitcoin. As for me I think that it's not a single person who could create bitcoin. Who knows, hope that some day we will all get to know who he/she/they really are.

Does Social Media Influence bitcoin growth?

It's never late, but you should consider if you can currently afford yourself to give $1500 away. Just think if you have some money left for living, or if you don't need anything else to buy.

When it hit 5k. It was a very big number , i never imagined it will rise more than that but hey it's double now i'm just sad because i didn't have money to invest in it. I would've doubled that amount by now. You can buy just a decimal part of bitcoin or some altcoins if you are lack of money.

Bought my first around $250 in the beginning on the 2013-2014 bubble. Price went to $1100 and dropped back to $200. Keep on HODLing If I would have known for certain that the price would be as it is now, I would of course have bought all I can get my hands on. But as we are all just humans with no time traveling skills I don't feel annoyed that I have invested only moderately. I rather feel lucky for getting so much back from my smaller investments. You are definitely lucky!
