1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty Campaigns on: October 18, 2018, 11:07:30 PM
What is the recommended time frame for a bounty campaigns?
How long a project is dependent on how successful the project is. Prior to the current market issues, !co do not last more than a month but now they spend longer period still, they not meet their target. However, there few exceptional projects that do not even last up to a month, still being successful.
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: BOUNTY CAMPAIGN :( on: October 18, 2018, 10:02:31 PM
why most of the bounty campaigns have always been extended ??
can you say this scam?
is it normal in bounty campaigns?
we know it's hard to expect to work a long time in the project after scam.
Bounty campaigns don't just exist in isolation, it is dependent on the ico which they are promoting. If there us can extention in the ico definitely there will be a need to extend the bounty as well. And the reason why ico extend their duration of token sale is not far fetched; they are unable to meet their target and this is caused be investor's loss of interest in ico participation amongst other factors.
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why people try to create their own coins? on: October 18, 2018, 09:57:31 PM
There are so many coins, but many of them just a copy of anothers. Why they waste their time for nothing? Grin
You are quite correct, most of these new projects are replicas of what has been created in the past. Although there are some with unique ideas but they are few. This is a call yo developers that they should come up with their own unique and geninune innovations and not just copy what other people has done.
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How we can stop scam ICOs lanching? on: October 17, 2018, 09:10:54 PM
I think we should protect to issue scam ICOs in the crypto market. It creates misconception between new user and about market. What you think?
You are quite correct, the notion new potential investors about cryptocurrency would definitely be negatively affected with the large numbers of scam ICOs flocking themselves around. High rules and regulations must be installed to control the activities of ICOs.
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [Vote!!] What's your most hated shitcoin??!! on: October 17, 2018, 08:52:59 PM
Well for me, my most hated shitcoin is not among the list you have here. The shotcoin I hate the most is helbiz (HBZ). I actually got it from an airdrop participation. Why I hated it the most was that it was so hyped that my expectation on it was so high only to get to the market to become something else by dropping so flat.
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The whole market is red, but is it worth panicking now? on: October 17, 2018, 08:35:23 PM
The whole market is red, many altcoins are in the red.Should we panic? Many say that after the stock market fell and the crypt. Although the crypt is not connected with the stock market in any way, such rollbacks speak only about the ease of manipulation in the crypto market. In General, there are prerequisites for a quick return of positions.I think if you are planning to buy the crypt, it is probably reasonable to buy it for 30% of the Bank. What do You think about this?Share your opinion.
I believe we all know that we have been in this bearish state for quite some time now. Since we have come thus far, I don't think this is the time for us to panick at all as we are already approaching the concluding months of the year and as expected there will be a bull. Although we cannot predict how far we will experience the bull market.
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A suggestion for ICO promoters and bounty managers on: October 16, 2018, 04:26:15 PM
I find this post quite enlightening as you have raised major contending issue in the crypto community. I hope there can be some standard regulations to curtail the way so many scam ICOs have flood everywhere which has lead to reduction in the confidence potentials investors have in ICOs such that even some legit ICOs no longer succeed due to the negative effect these scam project has caused amongst other factors.
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I lost half of my crypto amount! what to do? on: October 16, 2018, 03:59:16 PM
So I basically got fomoed. Towards the end of 2017 I saw how high bitcoin skyrocketed and decided to invest in ripple as a test. Less than one week it went up 3x. This made me more ballsy and I put in 11k total in various other alt coins like ripple, ethos, tron, and cardano. After the crash I lost about half of my value just like that. I am frustrated with the experience and wish I would have just put in 1k or something. I wish I could just not invested and went into what I was doing earlier which was just investing the boring and traditional way. Should I wait and hodl or pull out and do something else?
I am very sure the present state of your investment would have gone worse now than the time this post was made. We are all in this together but my advice for you will be that you keep on hodling because I believe in no time the market will get better. Panic seĺing is not a good idea as it lead to losing at both ends.
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Delayed Bounty Distribution Very Unfair and Cruel to Marketers on: October 15, 2018, 03:29:44 PM
Hello Guys!  im a part Bounty Hunter and Selective ICO investor. lately i became a participant of one of the Many Bounty  Campaigns. And I even bought a few referrals who Invested in the project.  But suddenly the Bounty Payment was too long before getting paid which is very Unfair and Cruel to all Bounty Marketers. They paid us when the token/Coin has no value at All or already dump in price and because of this our efforts and time for many months are wasted. From now on we demand a fair and rightfully equal treatment and not treated as garbage. for those who agreed with me drop your support!
I think it is high time ICO team came to realise that bounty hunters are not solely responsible to dump in price. Just as you cited and many other instances where bounty earnings will be withheld for sometime. I quite agree that it is very unfair to bounty participants. Tokens should be distributed at the same time. If truly the token is worthwhile, it will definitely stand the test of this present market condition.
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty on: October 15, 2018, 03:15:36 PM
how can I choose the best bounty
There are so many bounty with enticing allocation but I don't judge bounties by its cover. I try as much to do my personal research on the project its just as an investor to see the viability of the project and predict if the project will be successful or not because bounty earnings is dependent on the success of the project.
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: KYC for ICO, is it good or bad idea? on: October 15, 2018, 03:01:44 PM
Hi, everybody. With the development of cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology, not only good ideas and projects began to develop, but also those who want to get a lot of money on the HYIP,  use new technologies for their personal purposes. Projects began to carry out the KYC procedure for investors, airdrops, bounties to protect their projects from prosecution by the authorities, to improve security, to know their investors in person. But maybe we can use the KYC procedure not only for buyers but also for sellers. If we introduce such a procedure for new projects, it will increase the level of investor confidence, as well as deter many fake projects from collecting our funds, protect our crypto assets from fraud. This procedure can be entered in this forum to host projects or in special platform. The project developer will have to provide his personal and contact details.
Do you think this is a good or bad idea? Express your opinion.
I really support your idea, I think if kyc procedures is also required for the team and developers of an ico, the rate at which these scam ICOs disappear with investor's fund will be reduced to the bearest minimum and also boost investor's confidence in the project which will also enhance its success.
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can I earn a merit on Altcoins Section? on: October 14, 2018, 10:30:17 PM
This is my first and only account way back 2017 and look's like there are so many changes around here in bitcointalk.org. Just wondering if there are possibility to have some merit on this section, cause I read a while ago that you need merit to rank up. Since I want to participate on some bounty campaign here in altcoins section, I need to rank up first with activity and merit of course.

But it look's hard and the smerit is limited specially if you have member below account. What is the most effective way to earn it? Is there any shortcut for that price?

Well, this is a challenge for me since I'm new on this league, but I will try it for such a good reason.

 Kiss Kiss Kiss

There is no doubt that you can be merited on this section of the forum because I have seen post with two, three or more merits on the altcoin section. However, merits are not being dashed out anyhow, it requires you to write quality and substantial post to be able to earn some merits.
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Video call for KYC verification on: October 14, 2018, 10:20:36 PM
For me, the usual way of carrying the kyc procedure is ok and satisfactory as additional measures might not be necessary. Althoght it is a higher level of check than the regular one, however kyc does require all these stress from the ico team and also investors who might not have time or who might not be convenient with it.
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bull Market is coming on October to December on: October 14, 2018, 10:14:42 PM
There has much anticipation on the bull run. As predicted by binance's CEO, I don't think the bull is ready to commence this month with the look of things hopefully in the remaining two months, we can expect some positive change. However, we must not not raise our hopes too much as it cannot be compared to what we experienced last year.
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: HODL is the only policy. on: October 11, 2018, 03:57:11 PM
Market is fluctuating today a lot . But I hope it will not continue. So I am applying HODL at this moment.
What is your policy at this current market volatility?
There are no other policy to adopt in this kind of market condition than hodling. We just need to give this market some time for it to fully recover and become stable again. Selling off one's investment at this time will not profit the seller but rather the prudent person buying it from you.
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stop Crying about Crypto! on: October 11, 2018, 03:52:07 PM
I think you are right but for some investors who are just new to the crypto world and are not high risk takers would surely panic. All we need to do for them is to boost their morals and encourage them on how profitable and promising crypto can be for them only if the can be patient.
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Received First Bounty Rewards on: October 11, 2018, 03:46:18 PM
Hello guys I just received my first bounty rewards which is dacc tokens worth 10$ I'm happy today. Share your experience of first bounty rewards too.

Edit: I'm happy because I received my first reward not for that 10$. I know 10$ is littile amount still I'm happy because this is my first bounty reward.
I believe you just have to start somewhere but how sure you that the darc tokens you are holding will worth $10 owing to the fact that it has not been listed on any exchange for now. You cannot judge its worth based on the ICO price, it can still be higher or lower once it's on exchange.
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: will humanity stop using cash on: October 10, 2018, 04:58:21 PM
Although the future is not predictable but I don't think cash will go into extinction reason being that there are so many nations of the world that are not really technologically inclined. The possibility of this happening is very slim. It is quite feasible in the advancedand developed countries but what about the developing and the underdeveloped countries?
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: how do you see the market? on: October 10, 2018, 04:53:10 PM
From the way I view it, I think the market is regaining its stability and gradually shifting from the bearish condition. I hope in a month time the market will fully recover and then the bull run can then commence outrightly till the earlier part of the coming year.
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Scammers are lazy on: October 10, 2018, 04:17:10 PM
I just wonder sometimes why hackers would not want to use their time and effort they spend to scam others on doing something meaningful and legit, to earn something worthwhile for themselves, except to rip others of their hard earned money.
Most times, what they even take illegally from others at the end is not used for anything meaningful.
Scammers should desist from this act, because karma is real.
Work and don't be lazy.
I hope they can listen and commit their time into something that is legit. Scammers are everywhere and that is the more reason why potential investors must be careful and not just contribute any ico that comes their way. Proper and adequate research is very germane.
