Hi guys. Please tell me, there were 5 million coins before the hard fork, but now if I make a transfer to a measure of 100,000, only 0.1 comes. How can I get back my etnx that I had before the fork?

Hello dev's. In the Gui wallet the purse does not have the option Payment Id, how do I send money correctly? And where can I find Cli Wallet? Thanks for the help!
