No one experience forced logged out while playing at Fortunejack recently? I experienced many times being logged out automatically while playing, I dont know what is wrong but I was trying with two different browser still the same. It is a bit annoying as I had to login again and again, just in case there is a way to avoid this issue or to fix it so it will be helpful for me. Thank you in advance

Been happening to me quite a lot lately but only when I'm using a VPN. Seems to work fine when I don't use it. I use a free VPN though so I figured it was from bad connection.
3  Economy / Lending / Re: How its possible to get LOAN here ? on: January 22, 2019, 12:32:38 AM
What makes collateral good for lending is it is not something the person wants to sell. If they didn't care about the collateral they would just sell it. But they want to keep it so it shows the lender they are more than likely going to pay back because it's something they care about, and if they don't pay back the lender is covered with the collateral. The person getting the loan also doesn't have to sell something they want to keep just because they need temporary cash.

Okie I just chatted with support on the front page of the site and they let me know they are aware of a problem with 2FA and have a team in place to resolve the problem.      So just thought I'd relay that, I'll try again tomorrow

I haven't been able to log in for a few days

I checked your post history, no reason people should be with zero merit in this festive season :p

Good to know about the 2FA, thanks.

And thanks for the merit! Happy holidays!

What happened to the loyalty program? I had some points and now they're gone and I don't even see the place where I could redeem them now.

Players are using real balance first and having chance to win big using the real balance (not using bonus). If this case happen and there is no terms about winning using real balance will be forfeited if we request withdrawal before meeting the requirement, so logically your winning wont be lost as per terms only winning amount using bonus money will be lost.
Fortunejack should make it clear, so there wont be confusion and accusation because of this unclear terms about the bonus.

I think that it is pretty common thing and players usually already know that on everytime they use the bonus code, their game will start using the real money first before the bonus as well. And it can't be forfeit because you start from your balance instead of the bonus. Some of them even try to forfeit it because they can't finish what they start and they are starting to make nonsense thing which is really absurd thing

Indeed it is a common thing if we talk about which balance to be used first, but it is the only site where wagering requirement is started to count when players using bonus balance only. AFAIK other sites does not do the same thing, means that once players start to wager no matter using real balance or bonus balance then it will be counted towards wagering requirement.
This is why above users asking about winning using real balance while at other hand he need to lose his real balance first in order to complete wagering requirement. In short, once players take a bonus then there is no chance to win big with the real balance as even if they win big then they need to lose it first.

Im sorry for missing that part then, so you are saying whenever players take the bonus code, it is a must to lose your initial balance before you can get the wagering counted? So nothing will be counted when you are still playing on your real balance? Then is it better not to use the bonus code, I mean people use that bonus because they want to try their luck and complete the requirement but if they only counted from the bonus then will it just be a pointless thing to get the bonus?

Yes that is how the bonuses work. But if you win big using the real money balance, can you cash everything out, just minus the bonus amount? The terms say yes but like said earlier it just needs to be stated more clearly.

Requesting a withdrawal of funds before wagering requirements have been met will lead to bonus money being forfeited and all funds won using the bonus money being lost.

Let's say you deposit 100 and get a 100% bonus so you have 200 to play with. You start playing and winning and never dip below 100 into your bonus funds, and now you're up to 2000. No matter how much you play, you can't withdraw until your balance goes below 100. Only then will the wagering requirements start. So you'd have to go from 2000 to 100, then play with 30x wagering before you can withdraw.

You mean to say you can't even withdraw your winnings, not bonus amount? What I knew is you just need to wager 2X amount to withdraw your deposit amount and profit.

If you already made so much profit (from $100 to $2000) then why one need to worry about bouns amount?

Your gambling to make money then whether it comes from bouns amount or your deposit amount doesn't matter right?

I don't know if this is the case, this is what I am wondering. Am I able to withdraw winnings if I don't gamble with any bonus funds? It should be yes but I have a feeling it is a no. It is a stupid setup with bonuses and makes me not take any.

If I deposit and get the 100% bonus can i withdraw winnings if I haven't dipped into my bonus funds yet? so let's say i deposit 500 and get 500 bonus. my total is 1000 and my first slot spin i win 500. could i withdraw 1500 and just the 500 bonus is taken out, so i would have a total withdraw of 1000?

I think you missed another important rule to read. In FJ site if you want to withdraw then you have to wager at least 2X times of your deposited amount.

That means - if you deposit $500 then you must wager at least $1000 before you can withdraw even your deposited amount.

For the bonus amount, I think you need to read the promotion page for the wagering requirement because I don't think the site will allow you to withdraw bonus amount just for 1X wagering.

Yes, this is indeed true, but usually every site have their own wagering requirement towards their bonus withdrawal and here what FortuneJack saying on their terms of service in case you guys do not know it

Quote
the rollover requirement for the bonus
will be 40x.

I've never experienced the wagering requirement without a bonus because I usually play a lot before I withdraw. That doesn't seem right either. I like fortunejack though so will continue to play there, but their bonuses seem sketchy.

They seem to do things differently with bonuses than any other casino I've played at. I took a bonus with them once and I played for hours and was up a bunch and then look and see that I had completed 0 wagering requirements for the bonus. I'm still not completely sure this is how it works because it seems so crazy to me, but I guess as long as you use real money to play, it doesn't go towards the wagering requirements. And the casino uses all your real money before it uses your bonus funds.

So if you deposit and get a 100% bonus, you have to lose half your money before you can start contributing to the wagering. Which means if you deposit with a bonus and go on a winning streak, you'll never see that money... unless you can withdraw your winnings just minus the bonus funds.

The terms say that if you cancel a bonus, all winnings made using bonus funds would also be removed, but if I'm still playing on my money before dipping into the bonus funds I assume those winnings wouldn't be removed? If this is how it works I am okay with it, but if you can't do that, and also don't start meeting wagering requirements until you lose all of your real money, then it is definitely never worth it to take a bonus there. Taking a bonus would be equivalent to not taking a bonus but deciding to impose 30x wagering requirements on your deposit just for fun.

What happens if I void a bonus? Do I only lose bonus amount or all my winnings as well? And I go back to my original deposit amount?

Also, I have been playing for a while and the wagering amount for the bonus still shows at 0%, why is that? I have only been playing slots.

As long as I know, once you void a bonus then you will lose all your winning as it is usually how bonus works. Regarding your 0% wager, it seems that you have not lost your main balance, afaik only wager using your bonus balance will count towards wagering requirement. In other words, you need to lose all your main balance first.

Thanks.

1. Do you guys ever respond in support? Never get a reply after multiple inquiries over weeks.

Of course they will respond you, use the live chat when they are online for faster respond. PM david is an alternative to get faster answer.

2. Do bonuses not count when depositing LTC? Never got my bonuses now none are listed for my account anymore.

Afaik bonus is only for btc, unless there is a special bonus for the altcoin like the dogecoin special bonus some time ago.

3. Do you care if I use a VPN? Will I have any problems making a withdrawal?

I dont think you will get a problem on withdrawal, when you change an IP then you'll be asked to verify the withdrawal by email to prove that you are the real owner of the account.

Thank you

According to the news reports this morning... CoinBase has been swamped with thousands and thousands of new users flocking to Bitcoin with the surge in value... Their systems and support are not handling it well apparently Tongue

Still, it has been a long time since your transaction confirmed, they should really sort this out. Unfortunately, this is the danger of relying upon third parties for Bitcoin Wallets... you're effectively at their mercy Undecided

Log a ticket if you haven't... and/or add to the one you have pointing out that their original response was rubbish, and the transaction has over 1000 confirmations... the delay has NOTHING to do with Bitcoin network congestion... and EVERYTHING to do with CoinBase being useless Tongue

NOTE: You might want to word your support requests a bit nicer Wink

Haha yeah I was nice in the emails but also tried to explain that they did something wrong. I started a new case last night and today I see they merged it with my old case. If they have the time to do that I would think they have the time to give me some sort of update.

Are you 100% sure that 17S99XH2C7SDw2PK8qTX3NEGzsfdpapSui  was YOUR deposit address?  Who sent this 0.006 BTC? Did you send it to CoinBase or was someone else sending it to your CoinBase account?

Someone else sent it to me. Yes that's my address it is listed under my Coinbase addresses and the .006 is in my Coinbase account but not available to me because it says pending.

Thanks for your input.

I didn't mean Coinbase did anything wrong on purpose just that they did it by accident and need to correct something simple. But their lack of support leaves me in the dark and I'm left wondering if it will ever be fixed.
19  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Is there anything I can do about this besides waiting for Coinbase? on: December 07, 2017, 04:54:18 AM
I received bitcoin and it's been pending for 6 days even though it has over 1000 confirmations. Coinbase told me a few days ago that the bitcoin network is congested and to wait but it had over 600 confirmations when they told me this. Since then they haven't replied.

Has anyone had any luck dealing with them? Should I start a new case or continue replying to my current case? Could this be anything other than Coinbase screwing something up? I feel like it's something very simple yet they're not doing anything. On the bright side it's up 30% since I needed to cash it out, but it's frustrating not knowing anything and no communication.

Here is the transaction:

https://blockchain.info/tx/b3295af4b4114954947149ba47612af5ae705ff37a5388240f1e311761b57bac

I'm waiting on the .006

Thanks for any help.
