Warning!! Huge scam in progress!! XMR pool has been finding blocks for the past day and a half and they just dropped every block with associated rewards claiming the blocks got lost due to a daemon-fork which no one has heard about. I am attaching a screenshot of some found blocks which they claim were lost. @Dwarfpool: you will not get away with this. ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.dropbox.com%2Fs%2F5rbjjrnobkxn4iy%2Fdwarfpoolscam.png%3Fdl%3D0&t=663&c=ZnS1btz61FblKA)

WARNING! This pool just stole ETH 0.35 + reward for current block by removing my account without so much as an explanation. Operator is non responsive.
Tread carefully! This looks like a scam...

High diff port for nicehash/miningrental?

The coin is not delisted. They are claiming it is under maintenance, but who needs to do maintenance for >10 days? Especially if the problem is so ridiculous as "withdrawal delays". Maybe they are trying to crash the price, maybe they are just incompetent. Who knows? All I know is that no other SIGT exchange has reported any problems and the admins are not responding to the growing thread on their own forum.

This is a message to provide a warning to users of Cryptopia.
As 10 days ago, Cryptopia has been blocking all Signatum (SIGT) wallet on the supposed ground that they investigating withdrawal delays. 10 days maintenance during which our funds are blocked. No word from the admins. No update on the progress. Nothing.
Trade there at your own risk! Either admins have an ulterior motive for their actions or they are grossly incompetent.

Big red flag!
Signatum (SIGT) wallet blocked on Cryptopia without any warning and has been blocked for the past 10 days. Admins are not answering. This is NOT a professional service.

Where is the evidence that I was pool hopping? I was trying out your pool and submitted pretty constant hashrate over the two days. Then I stopped submitting because I was not being paid and your conclusion is that this qualifies as hopping? ![Huh](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/huh.gif) Also, you have got to be kidding me that you taxed no once since I had a little over ETH2.5 pending yesterday and I am barely at ETH1 now with no payments made. The only fact at this point is that you took over half my ETH and most likely will never pay the rest. As for your suggestion that I must be a pool hopper because I have some pretty big hashrate, that is just BS. I came to your pool with half my hashrate to try out a new pool with (apparently) good reviews, not to pool hop. I do not know who your pool hopper is (assuming there even is one), but it sure is not me.

It's a pretty funny post, everyone should read it. It's basically a 'I've been trying to cheat the system and they put up a warning saying it won't be allowed' Then he cries and whines about it. You are pretty funny yourself for talking about cheating the system where the only "cheater" at this point is yourself for stealing funds.

This is to warn everyone about noobpool.com and the little scam they are running.
Since the pool had decent reviews on this forum, I decided to put some hashing power to test out the pool on Monday and Tuesday. I made something like ETH 2.5, and then stopped mining there since it looked like payments were not coming through. Next thing I know, the owner sends out an update that payments are going to be delayed because of a supposed hack. But that's not all, the next day he sends out another update that "pool hoppers" are not welcome to the pool and their reward will be redistributed to other miners.
Now, I guess I can believe that noobpool were hacked (although many larger pools run the same software -- none of which reported any problems AFAIK). But next, stopping payments and then arguing that people who redirected their miners elsewhere because they were not being paid were hopping is complete BS. Not to mention that pools with PROP rewards can only blame themselves if people are hopping (for God's sake, just do PPLNS if you don't want that to happen).
In any case, noobpool.com operator, you owe me a bit more than ETH 2.5. I do not expect to recover any of it, but I can at least warn everyone else not to trust you.
TL;DR Mine at your own risk on noobpool.com.

Hey guys,
Is coinmine.pl ETC pool compatible with nicehash? I cannot seem to figure out a way to make it work.
Thanks in advance

What the damn f***? Bittrex wallet for both ZCL and ZEN closed again. You CANNOT be serious! This is killing ZCL (no one cares about ZEN)...
Of course there is no word on this anywhere, but wanna bet this is a replay of the same sh** we had in May/June?
Seriously, whoever decided to fork ZEN instead of starting from scratch must be the idiot of the century.

What is going on with this pool? Frontend was down for 8 hours, no information, and it seems like we submitted 8 hours worth of shares that went into nothing.

DDOS uh?
I guess you know what to do, but if you need any help / advice, you can PM me. It's my area. I'm not interested in anything other than having a running and secure ETH pool for my hobby mining :-) Totally up to you though...
PS: As a side note, I think your LBC pool is also acting up. Very slow response times. Doubt it's a DDOS though.

Hi guys,
How do you calculate the expected HUSH mined per day?
i'm lazy... just used whattomine.com That's fine, but I would like to know the actual formula, not the website that shows you your profit, but does not tell you how it is computed.

Hi guys,
How do you calculate the expected HUSH mined per day?
I am using this formula for other equihash coins, but it does not seem to work for HUSH:
sols_per_diff = 8192 block_reward = 12.5 hashrate = my hashrate (10kh/s) difficulty = current difficulty (46,695,481.060) ht = (difficulty * sols_per_diff) / hashrate cpd = 24 * 60 * 60 * block_reward / ht
where cpd (coins per day) should give me the reward.
Am I missing something?
Thanks in advance :-)

A few issues with the pool: - Luck computation is wrong (36% is impossible).
- Block rewards are not correct. Just compare with https://etherscan.io/. A lot of uncle blocks worth ETH 3.75 are displayed (and apparently paid) with a reward of ETH 3.
- Today a block was found (3868885) which was confirmed to have a reward of ETH 5.11, but shows as 0 reward and no payout for the miner.
- Auto-payout below ETH 1 cannot be set despite the field label saying the contrary.
Suprnova admin: please fix these issues. I do trust you and your pool, but some of the above are very serious concerns...

Hi fellow miners, I have been mining DASH on suprnova.cc for the last month. I was wondering if anyone had an explanation for why the pool's luck is so bad. It currently stands at over 120% since inception (I understand it's almost one year old) and regularly sees entire days with >150% luck. Now, I get that you can have bad luck, but this seems like a little too much bad luck ;-) ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.dropbox.com%2Fs%2Fre58tbi1726hfco%2Fsuprnova-dash.png%3Fraw%3D1&t=663&c=Di1xiEK-7d9w7g) Am I missing something? Is there something specific in DASH that could be causing this? Could the pool be misconfigured? Are the displayed values wrong? I want to emphasize that I am not accusing surpnova.cc of anything! I am a happy miner on other crypto-currencies. No complaints with support or QoS. However, this is very very weird and forces me to question whether I want to keep mining DASH on suprnova given such poor returns.

Well, it's not so much about the fact that we are losing confidence in the coin, it's more about losing confidence in Bittrex. They did not even announce the wallet maintenance. How do we know our coins are safe?
|
|
|
This is un-f***ing believable! Bittrex has closed ZCL wallets for maintenance again, sending the price down at least 20%... 2nd time this happens in 2 weeks. What are they thinking? No explanation, no nothing.
Does anyone have any information on this?
I think it is a good time to buy, but I will not do so until there is sufficient confidence in Bittrex and what they are up to. Super unprofessional.
