Could you please clarify which security arguments drove such decision? And also which banks (jurisdiction, tier) were considered / rejected?

I am sorry, I could not. This is information not to be disclosed anyway.
I also believe that having all parts of the system in one hands which know well both fiat and crypto matters is a good thing instead of outsourcing it elsewhere.

I am curious which arguments were that critical to outweigh the regulatory complexity of getting a bank license (even in off-shore) with all capital and reporting burden plus integrating a core banking / cards processing system.

I have some idea what I am talking about and there are plenty of reasons NOT to get into this business. Banking is NOT an outsourcing business.

Another question - who / how often will audit the reserve fund?
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Minexcoin - A new era of payments on: July 17, 2018, 10:36:08 AM
in interview with Crypto Rich, Boris was talk about partnership with real bank who will issue card. There is record on YT  Sad

I do remember about another partnership which was not named. As for the bank, may be there was such an intension and then it was changed because it is more secure to have own bank.

Could you please clarify which security arguments drove such decision? And also which banks (jurisdiction, tier) were considered / rejected?

there is no such thing. Please get your terms right
It's exact description of this product.

Sorry, you can describe however you want but there is no such thing as a debit card with overdraft. It is a (card) nonsense.

Debit card is just a piece of plastic which only channels the transactions. It cannot come with or without an overdraft.

Can you please google and see that such products do not exist? If you are trying to say something else with it then please be more specific.
It is possible to get debit card with overdraft in any bank of the world.

Or really?! Can you please be so kind and send me a link to a page of any bank of world which says a 'debit card with overdraft'?

Citibank? Wells Fargo? But as you said, you can pick any bank of the world
Specially for you. Wells Fargo overdraft service for debit cards ( was found in about 5 seconds in google)  https://www.wellsfargo.com/biz/help/faqs/overdraft-services/

What is an overdraft?
An overdraft occurs when you do not have enough money in your account to cover a transaction, but we pay it anyway. Overdrafts apply to checks, debit cards or other transactions that are paid when the available balance in your deposit account is less than the amount of the transaction, which creates a negative balance in your account.

What is Debit Card Overdraft Service?
Wells Fargo offers Debit Card Overdraft Service as an option for customers who prefer to avoid debit card declines by authorizing the bank, at its discretion, to approve transactions when the account does not have enough money to cover such transactions.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Overdraft is a product linked to an account. Overdraft is a lending instrument. Debit card is a product linked to an account. Debit card is a payment instrument. Debit card does not and cannot have a balance. There is no such thing as debit card with an overdraft. It is a banking nonsense.

Hi Ryzaadit,
I also thought about buying the card, as I really like the idea of crypto credit cards.
Unfortunately it is just a debit card, which is much more expensive than a usual Visa card.
When I asked them about this problem, they told me it's more for 3rd world countries that don't have access to Visa cards.
I think it's an important first step to mass adoption, but still a long way until real crypto credit cards can compete with traditional credit cards.
I guess in 1 or 2 years we will have crypto credit cards which are as cheap as traditional cards.

It is debit card with overdraft limit.

there is no such thing. Please get your terms right

I do not understand and have never seen any teams inform your coin listed on the new exchange but almost 2 months still do not know the specific time.
To listing a exchange  as hibtc not too difficult but your team still can not do it and just waiting...What is the difficulty, what the point problem? why MNX Team don't disscuss with hitbtc team solve it?

Listing a coin with its own blockchain and a system is not as easy task as it may seem, especially if you compair to token listings.
The team has paid and did everything from their side, now it is exchange that needs to do their part. We do communicate with them however if they do not give us dates, we cannot give dates to the community.

did you just pay without any contract anything? terms and conditions? violations? really?!

I have never listed a coin but have very hard time believing that payment for the listing to a crypto-exchange is such a trustless thing. Just send money to some wallet and wait/hope.

what about version 0.4?
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Minexcoin - A new era of payments on: June 11, 2018, 05:33:07 PM
All this ridiculous change in price is in fiat currency. If we look at its price in parity with BTC there is still 2% increase. In past it has resisted well and seemed powerful coin as hedge against volatility in market couple of months ago. This is also part of market to see decreases as well but someone is buying that's why sellers can sell.

 Huh
Since 18. March (0,00362598 BTC and now 0,00095581) MNX lost about 75 % of value.
Someone have trading bot at Livecoin. That bot is pushing price down all the time. need to kill that bot and price will start to grow.

so please explain what is the logic of this statement. how can a bot push price down?

I am having 53.3 mh/s on 1080ti with power at 180W with the free (!!!) ethminer

what is the point of developing ethash that is far inferior to existing free ones?

oh cmon guys... just dont make it worse

what trading bot? do you really understand how fiat money works? you spill a bunch of concepts and i dont know where to start...

please stop mixing fiat money and crypto. in fiat money, the agent creates money as much as he wants. do you want a billion USD? here we go, It can be a trillion or whatever zillion but other constraints kick in

obviously crypto is not like this.

what exactly are you doing to ensure the stability? interest rates are not going to cut it. Which is exactly what your CEO just said. Have you actually read a "whitepaper" of SDR?

Guys, I am really on the border saying you have no clue what your are talking about. Please provide answers.
