Okay, so after explaining everything in detail, Bittrex support responded this:
Your account has been Enhanced verified. Please make sure to hard refresh your Account Summary page to see any updated changes (CTRL+F5).
If you haven't already done so, please make sure to enable two-factor (2FA) from your settings within your Bittrex Account. This will increase your withdrawal limits and provide an added level of security for your account.
Followed by another email that says my ticket is resolved and they closed my ticket. So i check out my Bittrex account to see if the magic really did happen.. Well, guess what.. Same error!
So now i have to reopen my ticket, probably wait for another 3 weeks, only for some fock up from Bittrex supports team finally finds the time to respond to me and give me some lame advice like: have you tried to hit the refresh button again!? Really!? That's your advice? The refresh button?? For the past 3 weeks i've checked the Bittrex site more than a teenage girl checks her Facebook after changing her profile pic!
And before anyone asks, of course i enabled 2FA!
I can't take this anymore. I´m done. Screw Bittrex.
