Now I can understand why it took them months to deal with KYC, they always said that IDnow make things problem. But now I can believe that all problems is because of hdac. They tricky as Same as the way they treated their participants. I am the one who believes in Hdac a lot, but now they fail a lot. All they can do is say be patient and sorry.

why peoples wants a refund ? whats the drama There ? can someone enlight me please ?
Things like this Hdac has start for a month but they got a problems wih there KYC that people can't finish their participate due to lack of countries in there kyc list. What they say is they will fix it soon and they will refund if kyc not fix so sent btc first and people could do kyc later. but turn out 3 weeks pass none of news countries has been add (KYC which can be fix easily in other ICO). But the problems not star untill some guy on Telegram found out that their term say that it non-refunable if you fail the kyc and the team start using words like refund will be clarified or individually refund that make people worried a lot if they refund or not. Untill now there are no offical anoucment or fix of conditions about refund. One more think at first they promissed to fix kyc before dec22 then january 5 and now january 15. people don' trust them any more. because of this people want to refund because the team can't promised that they could fix kyc and btc is crashing so people not only want refund but also refund imediately before btc truly fail. |

People start getting very angry due to delay with kyc they keep delaying they said that it will be an answer for 1 or 2 day which mean only 3 days of kyc left.
Moreover people still stucking at kyc checking status for 9 days.
They are very good at taking money but working............
Apologies from the Hdac team. They are working with IDNow to figure out a solution. Obviously they want everyone to be able to pass the KYC, otherwise they won't be able to take part in the TGE. I just very tired to waiting for their respond. I just want they fully refund as they say. But i verry worry about their term and conditions which said they will not refund if you fail the KYC. That sound weird isn't people fail KYC because of their fall, and now have to worried about if they refund or not. It just like You sent me some money to buy a product but i can't sent you the product, and my policy is i will not refund if i can't send you the product. 1. In telegram the mods stated that refunds will be provided to everyone mid-January. And no one took your money, you contributed it yourself without passing KYC first, that was your decision. You will still get a refund though, so there is nothing to worry about. 2. IDNow were on holidays for the whole week because in Europe you get almost a full week of Holidays for Christmas and New Year. So a lot of cases will pile on and cause delays. If you want a holiday, you should give an official notice here, so that everyone will understand the team on vacation instead of fraud Hey they suppose to finish all kyc problem before TGE end Delaying to holiday is their problems, they didnt say that i cant participate in tge and they alway keep saying contribute first and kyc later as it fix, they are the one not keeping their word now. |

So 9 days passed i have sent 3 email. No answer from the team, no problem actually solved.What they claimed many ticket is answer but actually itt seem like lot of people out there havent gotten any reply for weeks.
Even Nationality issue India Australia Taiwan haven't been added as they claimed, there only 44 countries none of any new country have been add since 2 weeks.
Not even people stuck which Nationality issues Even korean and another country still stucking at KYC for checking status for 5-6 Days.
All of the forums is alot of possitive replies but i dont know if any people actually take partin this TGE.
Me too i have wait a week and Personal info issues have not been fix or even replies from the team The team said that they will not being treating any KYC applications because thy will be going on holiday, this was said before they went on holiday. This will be resolved you are not the only one in this position That is the problem. The problem is "what they said".can't seen what they do in action that solved the problems The problem is "not only person" none of us actually get any problems solved even it not about KYC. I participated in TGE but still waiting for the KYC as my country of origin was not listed for verification What is your Nationality. Did they answerd your Email. Nigeria, India, Australia, Taiwan, Thailand, Philipine, Vietnam, Pakistan, Indonesia, etc countries are waiting for adding to the list.But there only 10 days left |

That look great but problems is there are alot of contributers in that havent dont there KYC yet which claim to fix for to 2 weeks and havent been fixed yet. Most of them don't read the term and conditions, some of conditions claim that they will not be refund if they fail the KYC. Kyc only extend to january 5. I dont know it good for celebration or worried Feel relax there is no limit in time for Kyc, plus they be for sure refunding if kyc failed. There are limit in time for Kyc January 5. And even if they refund bitcoin crashed. |

This information has not yet been made available, the Hdac team is having internal discussions and we will make sure to post if we have any information on the progress of the TGE. looks very promising, because the team looks competent, and the partnership with Hyundai gives you a big advantage.

Yesterday i just bought 2 bitcoin with worth 36000usd and put it in the HDAC but the problem is when i do the Indetification that IDnow not support my passport then i cant not finish the submit. Moreover, that money is my mother have work for many years and all we got i told her to trust me and put all in Hdac. Then in there term thay say that if failed to pass the authentication they might not refund or not refund more than 0.1bitcoin. What sholud i do now, i found some guy on their facebook web side that have same problem to me and they try to contact many day but no answer (i'am just yesterday).I just dont really want to fell my mother.
I need some info right now.

Hey there Huynhtonphuc. There's no need to panic. We are still currently fixing KYC issues. we will update you once it'll be fixed. If you don't pass the KYC, or there is trouble processing you will receive a full refund. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Wait for support from the team support@hdac.io if they dont this would be a big problem.
