Hdac is not a scam, but they no better than a scam.
Another "next week" has been made, they playing and get profit with our btc. They no longer read the messages in facebook which they usually read but no answer. They have no release day to exchange.

I don't know if this ever touch hdac team. But I have to say it completely not fair for us, out btc has drop allot and we lost a lot of chance for other project to. If Hdac refund now we have lost so much. I suggest Hdac accept people who country not added in KYC by submit passport and picture there

One more week pass. All i got is "they expecting to" refund next week, let me geust again next week they will another anoucement they will do it the week after . This happen exactly in KYC countries adding, that took them 6 weeks to add 3 countries. When the hell they have right to keep people money without their agreement, i believe this is criminal.

I'm not understand what will happen with investors who did not complete KYC form before 15th of January. Will be they refunded? Why this requirement was applicable for investors only and was not apply to bounty hunters? If I understand correctly KYC procedure related to token distribution? Or it is related to depositing of btc?
Could you explain.

HDAC is acting like a scam. They have lockup our money for 6 weeks and now they said it will take time for them to review the refund. We stuck here because of them now we have to keep suffering from there failure of adding our country and review the refund. No, it is not because already they have solid for the developments they mentioned in the road maps but for verification they failed to do that before the crowdsale, those who failed to upload their documents better upload again may be the second time you id will get verified. My country not added. I cant even start KYC |

The market cap is quite large, I think it is not good for investment, but Korean people like this project, it will go moon.
Thank to them my money just go air 40%.I bought btc to sent them at 18000usd and they say they will refund soon it about 10000 today. I think when they refund it about 7000. VERY WELL DONE HDAC TEAM me too. They are also claiming that they need to seperate unqualified participator and unsuccess participater. That mean there will be a risk that some of us will not get refund. I very worried for this even my country not been added. They are day thief!!!!! |

Now they will delay to start refund next week. And I only mean "start to". Let me guest they will start likely to refund 10 people a day okay how long it will take. It take them one week after kyc done just to make an anouncement that they "might be" start to refund next week. I Hope every one concern before take part in Hdac. Looking the way they handle this is I can understand how good they are.

I feel like I'm being swindled.
I did not pass KYC. I have not got it back yet.
We are in a period where many projects have passed by in January.
Our money is not valued. We missed a lot of luck.
Passers of KYC have HDAC tokens in their hands. But we got nothing.
If we do not pass KYC, what does our expectation mean? Why can not we get our money back fast. What does it mean to keep us waiting?
I think you made money out of our money.
I will be talking about this on all social media platforms (Bitcointalk, Reddit, Facebook, Twitter). I will also say on competitor platforms (IOTA, StreamR, Walton Etc.)
This is a clear deception. It is unfair.
Why do we take our money back late for KYC? The KYC extension does not benefit us.
There's nothing you can say to that. It is an injustice in the full sense
They can't add our countries then, now ruin our chance to participated in other projects. I don't know if they have conscience, or just a scam company now playing silence. |

Keep calm and exercise lil bit of patience. The Hdac got their hands filled at the moment with all post ico procedures, refunds and support tickets. You'll get updates when you get them. Until then, Get ready to buy Hdac on exchanges. We people who get refund by hdac make a big group. None of us get any reply or actually anouncement. It not about refund. The team trapped our money for month we sent there at ATH now they are going refund at very low. What it mean if they refund when btc crashed When you participated to hdac you will know how patient we are four 6weeks and they only add 3 countries to their kyc |

Dear Hdac participant,
We have announced previously that 10 countries (Israel, Vietnam, UAE, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Philippines, Cocos Island, Australia, Taiwan, and India) would be added by January 9, 2018. However, only 3 countries; Australia, Taiwan, and India were added where the remaining 7 countries could not be added.
We sincerely apologize for the confusion and letting down many participants regarding unlisted countries.
There was a misunderstanding while communicating between the person in charge and the team in Switzerland, where we made an announcement which was unconfirmed. Disciplinary measures were taken for the person responsible for this matter.
We once again deeply apologize for the issue and full refund, including transaction fees, will be made.
We promise that we will be more careful at everything and to keep up with the warm support we have received.

People start getting very angry due to delay with kyc they keep delaying they said that it will be an answer for 1 or 2 day which mean only 3 days of kyc left.
Moreover people still stucking at kyc checking status for 9 days.

Apologies from the Hdac team. They are working with IDNow to figure out a solution. Obviously they want everyone to be able to pass the KYC, otherwise they won't be able to take part in the TGE. I just very tired to waiting for their respond. I just want they fully refund as they say. But i verry worry about their term and conditions which said they will not refund if you fail the KYC. That sound weird isn't people fail KYC because of their fall, and now have to worried about if they refund or not. It just like You sent me some money to buy a product but i can't sent you the product, and my policy is i will not refund if i can't send you the product. 1. In telegram the mods stated that refunds will be provided to everyone mid-January. And no one took your money, you contributed it yourself without passing KYC first, that was your decision. You will still get a refund though, so there is nothing to worry about. 2. IDNow were on holidays for the whole week because in Europe you get almost a full week of Holidays for Christmas and New Year. So a lot of cases will pile on and cause delays. Do you work on your holidays or the weekend - I don't think so. first, People don't sent btc first then kyc later mate i create an account from begin of tge after a week try to finish kyc first but they still not support for kyc the telegram team keep saying that they will fix the kyc soon so you can countriputes first kyc later. then i sent my btc there and waiting untill now got into this stuck. second, everyone know to contact idnow or hdac support but problems they dont fix anythings for nearly two weeks i stuck at personal info page idnow dont answer for 2 weeks hdac support cant help it. waiting is only my choice Third the mods on telegram still only say they will individually refunds review, that even make people stuck at kyc very worried about that.If you dont believe you could ask every one that asking about kyc now if they worry about refund.  I am very sorry to hear that, me too I got same situations here, they will readily to answer every question about the project but they don't actually reply about problems through Facebook.

So 9 days passed i have sent 3 email. No answer from the team, no problem actually solved.What they claimed many ticket is answer but actually itt seem like lot of people out there havent gotten any reply for weeks.
Even Nationality issue India Australia Taiwan haven't been added as they claimed, there only 44 countries none of any new country have been add since 2 weeks.
Not even people stuck which Nationality issues Even korean and another country still stucking at KYC for checking status for 5-6 Days.
All of the forums is alot of possitive replies but i dont know if any people actually take partin this TGE.
Me too i have wait a week and Personal info issues have not been fix or even replies from the team The team said that they will not being treating any KYC applications because thy will be going on holiday, this was said before they went on holiday. This will be resolved you are not the only one in this position That is the problem. The problem is "what they said".can't seen what they do in action that solved the problems The problem is "not only person" none of us actually get any problems solved even it not about KYC.
