1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [Awesome Miner] - Powerful Windows GUI to manage and monitor up to 200000 miners on: February 06, 2019, 08:25:22 PM
My earnings for the rigs mining Grin started to show incorrectly recently.  It seems like it's 10x what it should be.  Is there anything I can check or do to re calibrate this?  I didn't make any changes in options when this started to happen.

Thanks

Where do you enter power usage info for the dashboard to calculate profit after power usage?

Thanks so much for selling a useless FPGA without the needed program, you FUCKING USELESS DOUCHES!

Calm your shit, it's barely out. Did you even buy one or are you angry because?

You don't rush software unless you want broken buggy stuff.

You don't rush selling hardware to the public without the applicable software; especially when there were delays that should have given additional time to develop software lol...

I had the executable saved on the desktop of my rigs.  They all disappeared.  Has this happened to anyone else??

Bad time to scale the operation any bigger imo.  Profits are too low unless you have near free electricity so risk vs reward is heavily tilted one way.

Out of dozens of wallets, this one is in the top 3 of ALL TIME regarding time it takes to sync (for a small amount of weeks at that).

Not sure if possible but a feature that would be nice to have during summer months is a way to set GPU Clocking Profiles based on time of the day.  That way  we can run higher limits at night when its cooler and lower during the day if needed.

I don't see how we don't have more volume on the voting for Binance.  Constantly see posts/comments about getting on new exchanges and we now have an opportunity to get on one of the largest exchange with the most exposure.

I have some cards that start around 45mh but will drop to the mid/high 30's once I apply any sort of memory oc.  Has anyone experienced this?  I have other rigs that work just fine and will run the overclocks just fine w/ a result of up to 55mh.

I'm using 65%/+100/+750

I'll purchase but waiting on updates on the mining firmware.

we need a new exchange , i sent 12k raven from my personal wallet to cryptobridge as a test and the charged 200 raven as a FEE!

my balance on the exchange was only 11799 after their fee

stay far away from this scummy exchange

Did you make 2 deposits within 1 hr?  They charge 2% for that.

I had a smaller one of 4999 from another wallet , basically just testing to see how easy it is to move stuff back an forth yes

200 raven for one deposit is pure highway robbery

There's a warning in different color that tells you about the 2% charge.  They are just trying to stop people from mining to their wallets since it causes capacity issues on their servers.  Don't see this as being their fault.

I contacted Bittware and they are delaying the release of the crypto version of the XUPP3R.
Looks like I may have missed out.

Did they provide any details on current lead times?  It was 4-5 weeks previously.

Hi, now if you whant you can buy more than one Z9 unit.

Cherrs W_M

Guess they weren't selling enough and want to dump before several of the coins switch algos.

Btw...link in OP will show sold out.  Have to go through new URL through BM site to get the multiple quantity option.

Looks like Bittware reduced their standard warranty for the "crypto" models.  I believe they typically have 1 yr mfg warranty on their products.  Kind of disappointing the warranty was reduced that much for a $6k product.

Hopefully Bitmain has not produced tens of thousands of these Equihash ASICs. If there's only a few thousand of these, then it won't affect the network enough to create a problem. But if it's a lot, then a fork may actually be necessary.  Undecided

Batches are typically in the thousands, but there will be multiple batches and probably models with higher hash later on (Bitmain naming this one as mini is a clue)
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Bitmain launches the Z9 Equihash miner on: May 03, 2018, 07:38:54 PM
The "mini" in the name should give it away....Bigger more powerful sibling is coming in the pipeline soon.

Does anyone know how it works if you purchase the Bittware version since the defaults is w/no memory installed?  Can you purchase your own DDR memory to install, and if so what kinda?

The following is offered from Bittware, but what is recommended?

R4 = DDR4 16GB RDIMM
R5 = DDR4 32GB RDIMM
R7 = DDR4 128GB RDIMM
L5 = DDR4 32GB LRDIMM
L6 = DDR4 64GB LRDIMM
Q4 = Dual QDRII+ x18 144Mb
Q5 = Dual QDRII+ x18 288Mb

My Bittware board has no external memory, and I will add either standard PC DDR4, or Bittware QDR-SRAM, as needed in the future; only Ravencoin (DDR4), Bitcore (DDR4) and Equihash (QDR) need external memory.  Cryptonight7 would, although I haven't examined it in depth.  Phi, Keccak, SHA-224, Tribus, X17, Lyra2v2, Neoscrypt, Xevan; no external memory needed.

Will the hash increase be equal to the amount of external memory added?  For ex. will going from 16GB to 32GB double the hash etc..?  Also, is QDR specific to Equihash or is also compatible with RVN/Bitcore?

Actually I already ordered some of these boards. I should get them by the end of May ready to test. So if you want to wait for a guinea pig here I am.
What was the lead time on your order? And where did you order from if you dont mind

Check first post.  I spoke with Avent and their lead time is 4-8 weeks currently.

I am still waiting to hear back from Bittware
