StuffCoins.com appears to be a scam.  I deposited a small amount of BTC to place a bid.  After being outbit, I requested a withdrawal.  It has been a week and I have not received.  I have tried multiple times to contact the site admin and have received no response.

Do not send your BTC or DOGE to StuffCoins.com!  Sad

Not a scam, your payment was sent!

So what's going on with earncrypto? You know everyone is saying scam, I'm still holding out hope, kind of...lol

If you don't keep people updated (on your facebook page), what are they to think?

Edit:

Just read your post in the newbie section, guess you were sick... please update your facebook for earncrypto...

Earncrypto was a joint project with a friend who has connections with the whole 'Get Paid To' industry. There were some major issues with users using stolen credit cards completing trial offers and purchases. Some advertisers ended up saying we were defrauding them, one cut ties and refuses to pay us (so we'll just eat that as a loss), some of the others wont release any money to us until we get the site updated to their standards of fraud protection.

You would not believe how many users create alt accounts, fake referrals, use proxies to complete offers not in their country, as well as users who were using some automated bots to complete low level offers to get to the the minimum to withdraw.

For that project to be viable the minimum withdrawal has to be increased so its not so low that users are encouraged to create fake accounts to get quick withdrawals, aswell as either high point offers has to be just all removed or we need more forms of verification on users. Like how you cant buy btc without providing bank information, IDs, we'd need to verify through phone, possibly with ID for users who complete offers with credit cards.

That projects just been one big headache. Users call the site a scam, advertisers call the site a scam. Once the new fraud measures are in place and all the payments are done I'm cutting ties with that project. I've already removed all the links to Stuffcoins on it.

I think the sites sent about 450 out of 600 of the requested payments. Some of the btc payments are sent from this blockchain address so that you can see coins do get sent:
https://blockchain.info/address/1DwsHSKpCaD3pfDTJzHwLp6wPa2zHAdfGv

Then of course lots of ppl withdraw LTC/Doge/etc.
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][DOGE] Dogecoin - very currency many coin - v1.4 Released MANDATORY UPDATE on: January 19, 2014, 02:55:53 AM
StuffCoins Update!

Not sure where to post an update to the users concerned about Stuffcoins so figured I would post it here.

Any emails sent should be responded to before the end of the weekend. Theres a few hundred unread emails I need to get through.

Doge withdrawals are being sent on their usual timeframe, within 72 hours. They are sent manually because we have sellers trying to scam buyers and the site so I need to manually review user activity. Sellers are trying to encourage buyers to leave feedback before receiving the item. DO NOT DO THIS! Only leave positive feedback after you have received what you have bought. Once I get caught up I can work on automated some of the withdrawals.

Btc withdrawals were delayed due to various reasons but are all sent or being sent. I'm closing down the btc auction area temporarily so I can improve the buying/selling process. Once its more streamlined I'll open it back up to btc. Its easier for me to just focus on dogecoin since there are more people willing to buy/sell with it through the site.

Our doge deposit system while revamped, is still kind of buggy. If your deposit doesn't show up just click 'Check for Deposits' and the site will credit you with any deposits that didnt go through. This is automated and in real time so please use that button until its fully automated.

Let me know if you have any other questions/concerns. Will continue getting caught up and working on the site!

When people call the site a scam just keep in mind people also call Crypsy and Coinbase a scam. Sometimes its just a failure in providing good customer service. Also most scams are usually involving online wallets. With Stuffcoins you only deposit what you are bidding with, and when you withdraw we send all your coins instead of letting you only withdraw small amounts because we dont want to hold your coins forever.

Sorry to cause more concern and I'll work on being more forthcoming with information in the future.

EDIT: Also sellers can not input tracking information that becomes visible to the buyers in an easy to click format so they can see up to date tracking on items shipped by USPS/UPS.
7  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Bips.me / Stuffcoins possible scam on: January 19, 2014, 02:45:49 AM
Hi.

I have about 0.07 bitcoins in Stuffcoins. I requested to withdraw them a few days ago. I have heard nothing yet. There goes most of my bitcoins Sad

I have had customers buy about 0.08 worth of products via boxbilling/bips. Boxbilling shows that they were paid, but there is absolutely no evidence in the Bips control panel. No invoices, no payments, nothing.

Does anybody know if either of these websites are a scam? I've really worried as I lost most of my bitcoins Sad

Your withdraw has been sent. Just behind on btc withdrawals, no current delay on any doge withdrawals.
8  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Is StuffCoins.com a scam? on: January 19, 2014, 02:41:08 AM
It's irritating because it looks like whoever is running the site is continuing to post new items.

Those are actually automated auctions. My account has a $5 Steam and Reddit Gold that gets autoposted everyday. The second the auction ends, a new one is recreated. This was to have stuff on the site for users to bid on when there werent any sellers. So I wasn't manually posting those to the site each day.
9  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Is StuffCoins.com a scam? on: January 19, 2014, 02:39:31 AM
It has now been a week since requesting a withdrawal from my account.  At this point, I would venture to say that StuffCoins.com is indeed a scam.

Not a scam, your payment has been sent.

I'm just trying to juggle work with just getting over being sick + getting a sinus infection after getting over my cold/flu.

One of the main issues I'm facing is having to manually send all the withdrawals which I need to do because of sellers trying to rip off and scam buyers. So in order to protect users deposits I have to manually review sales/withdrawals to make sure sellers arent trying to scare/trick buyers into leaving positive feedback without actually receiving the item.

I will have everyones emails answered before the end of the weekend. If they aren't answered by then, just send again.

I'll try to have a more open dialogue with everyone and be more transparent.

13  Economy / Digital goods / Re: StuffCoins.com - Instant Xbox, PSN, UGC, Nexon, GPlay, +more! on: December 13, 2013, 06:07:54 AM
whats the largest discount you can do on amazon gc ?
Right now we aren't doing any discounts on Amazon GCs (besides our reoccurring auctions for $1/$5 Amz, but you have to bid/win). After the black friday discount I'm trying to get the site stocked and more cards/products up. If no one buys we'll lower prices, but so far sales have been trickling in. For Amazon GC Discounts I'd say check out https://gc4btc.com/ I buy from them time to time and its at a 20% discount. Just have to keep checking back at their site, or setup a script to ping you when cards are up.

The following have been restocked:
-$50 iTunes
-$10 iTunes
-$10 Steam Gift Codes
-$20 Steam Gift Codes
-$5/$10 Amazon Codes
14  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why should I use Bitcoin instead of Paypal? on: December 13, 2013, 04:15:11 AM
Paypal blocks me from purchasing ebay items and having it shipped to friends overseas. Sometimes if the shipping address isnt in the same country as the billing address on Paypal they just say no during checkout.
15  Economy / Digital goods / Re: StuffCoins.com - Instant Xbox, PSN, UGC, Nexon, GPlay, +more! on: December 12, 2013, 06:24:07 AM
The black friday sale cleaned out all of the gift codes we had. I've finally added more codes to the site.

The following has been restocked:
-KarmaCoin
-GameStop Gift Card $10
-Hulu Plus Membership
-Google Play
-Dominos Gift Card Codes
-$10 PSN Playstation Codes
-$15 iTunes Codes
-Xbox Live 3 Month Memberships
-$25 Google Play
-$10 Steam Gift Codes

Full List:

Test it by buying a $1 Amazon.com code!
