Not sure if worth coming back to this pool  we have changed our Ethereum mining payment scheme from PPS to PPLNS Read my message again, and let me know what you do not understand from it ... to confirm you are saying that PPLNS will pay half the amount that normally i get paid? take the broken fan off and see what it says on it.
you should look for something like 12V , 2.6A . If still not sure post a photo of the label on the fan
After you find this go on eBay or google generaly and look for the specific fan.
