CLOUDbet is back in my good grace love this place  so many wins on this site today Nice to hear so does it means all the winnings got graded fast and you got no problems like pending bets, or bets are not graded? yea all my bets are settled and they have good odds here. I was a high rolling gambling because I spend $30,000 there in the past year but not anymore is coming from me to fund this site as I see it is just like throwing my money down the toilet for their support and even their third party live play casino in central america is very poor in service and quality They both do not care about the ones who actually pay their employement so no more, from me start as of today!  I would suggest to others to do the same and move on to other ones that actually are greatful and appreciates you as the customer and doesn't hand you phoney and fake excuses like they do! Cloudbet is the largest bitcoin casino and sportsbook, according to alexa.com I don't know why there are so many people here complain if CB is still no.1 in bitcoin gambling industry. Their support really suck or you are other sites' shills?? They do have a terrible support unfortunately. I believe its handled by an individual or a very small team. The support was good in the beginning and has slowly started dying since then. I've been waiting on a pending bet since September 14th not here to bash cloudbet. But they have treated me like this over and over and over , I left for competition coup,e days again and it has been AMAZING. Withdraws within hour and bets settled within 10-20min this places is falling apart and they need to fix it before it to late |

What games did you bet? Big tournaments will be graded very soon, but they grade small tournaments very slow. No no this is a MLB game. Going on 4 days now. I've now deposited at nitro and will never bet here. Hell I have no money here to bet they have stole it all and holding the rest in "pending bet". Figured this site was ok since this thread is so long but my experience has been awful so far.
I wanted to bet NFL Futures and I noticed they had several really good odds. So I made a deposit and went to make my bets. EVERY SINGLE BET when I placed my bet, they said the odds moved to really crappy odds. And the old fake odds are still showing up on their site, duping more people. They have to be doing that on purpose.
So I tried to withdraw what I had deposited as there are no bets I want to make on the site. Withdraw gets rejected with no explanation or email sent to me about it. I just tried to withdraw again, they are probably going to tell me there is some play through requirement or something. Trying to force me to make shitty bets that I don't want to make, when the only reason I deposited was their fake odds. Such bullshit.
Then when you make the bet it won't settle for 4-5 days this site has become total shit. It's also lost like they scam the winners. I will explain in my next post lol |

but is so far the best site ...
For odds yes but for customer service they fail. They took long to fix a problem and problems are continuously happen. e Yea customer service is a F LATELY. And it takes tdays to settle my winning bets sometimes. |

I wanna explain better how cloudbet is scamming me :/ So I had .5 or so last week bet it all on 3-4 baseball games ... The 2 I lost they settled right away and took there money. Then the ones I won 3 different games took OVER A WEEK TO PROCESS. to only not receive all the money.. Only part of my winnings... ( they are capping my money) less $ less chance to win they put MY MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT 1 day at the time as to slow me down!! Settlement and cancellation rules
All markets will be cleared according the final result after 9 innings (8 1/2 innings if home team is leading at this point).
If a match is interrupted or cancelled and won't be continued on the same day, all undecided markets are considered void.
As you mentioned, the rain caused the game to be postponed in the 7th inning, and the match was never restarted after this point. All bets were therefore pushed, and we have refunded your stake.
