1  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] SimpleFX.com - forex broker with BTC and LTC crosses and 1:500 leverage on: October 26, 2018, 12:42:19 AM
lol I was looking for a solid broker that accept BTC... someone mentioned you on Twitter.

Design is sooo amateurish, plus all these terminations. Not even licensed.

No post in 2018 explains a lot. Please do us a favor and shut down your scam-my operation.

Anybody knows if it's possible to put a BEEP / Notification on Kraken's Beta Trading desk?

Having to look every few minutes to see if orders have been fulfilled is a big time waster. Yesterday I had one close and could not see it until 20 minutes later as I was doing other stuff.

PS: Same applys to their Cryptowatch... and I also use Tradingview but they don't have Kraken's chart... so it's always quite off.

This is their JPY fees: https://bitflyer.jp/en-jp/Commission?top_link

Thank you for the link.

Do they even offer margin trading at the European exchange yet? I know
that they offer up to 15x leverage on their Japanese exchange, but I´m not sure
whether their license in Europe would even allow them to offer anything but a
spot market.

You are correct. After verification they don't have margin/leverage option.

withdraw are again unavailable
seriously why did a maj of several days for fix only half of your famous issues?

same here, deposit and withdrawal service unavailable

Well guys, I'm glad I'm not alone...

Received confirmation of Level 4 status, and first thing I see is that the Deposit/Withdraw services are unavailable.

Plus, website is kinda slow. I did not trade on Kraken so far, but I wonder why they went down to do all the upgrades if they are still overloaded?

1. They should shut down new applications entirely until their Support is up to date and reply within 48 hours max. This is internet business. 48 hours is reasonable but still long for online businesses.

2. Same goes for Deposit/Withdrawals. When it comes to money, people have emotions and flood the support team with unnecessary tickets.

3. Fix the scale issues. That means a bug free & lightning fast web and trading platform. Routinely do weekly upgrades with short down times.

I do understand exchanges want to grab as many customers as possible, but history tells these customers will leave ship at some point when better structured exchanges will pop up, and will not come back.

This is not like traditional banking when you seem "stuck" with your porfolio/loans at a specific bank and prefer to stay over crossing the street as it's complicated to do.

Hope the (3) points I pointed out will be considered by Kraken, in their best interests for the medium / long term.
5  Economy / Exchanges / Re: www.bitpanda.com - Official BitPanda Support Thread on: February 09, 2018, 05:03:44 PM
Is there a way to see BitPanda's daily / weekly volume?

Looks a great EU exchange, but it is not listed at all on CoinMarketCap.
6  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Be carefull with epayments.com on: February 09, 2018, 04:55:15 PM
So do not pay for their card. I think i paid like 100-200$ for express dilevery. But not sure. I just know i paid extra.

It's $45 and 40€... for Express Delivery through DHL.

You are losing credibility and honestly just stay away from them, they suck. Smiley

Only downside is their low daily volume. They will catch up when more people join.

Yes, the volume is pretty low at the moment.
Only ~5 BTC of trading volume in the last 24 hours is pretty negligible.

Have they already released their fee schedule for the time when the initial
waiver of fees is over?

This is their JPY fees: https://bitflyer.jp/en-jp/Commission?top_link

They don't have fees either in USA, in February. I guess they will extend the period for their Europe clients in March until they reach a good daily volume.

BTC-JPY 24 hours Volume: 1438.62 Ƀ (241498 Ƀ including all)
BTC-USD 24 hours Volume: 472.72 Ƀ
BTC-EUR 24 hours Volume: 6.14 Ƀ

Note that many users might use free leverage. I wonder if it's calculated into the volume. (should not)

BitFlyer Europe launched on January 22th.

https://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20180122006686/en/bitFlyer-Launches-Europe-World%E2%80%99s-Bitcoin-Exchange-Regulated

They were well prepared for that launch, so it is one of the fastest application I did!

https://bitflyer.com/en-eu

Verification was quite done fast as well. Also they answer tickets in less than 24 hours...

So to all Europe people, go sign there... NO FEES until February 28.

Only downside is their low daily volume. They will catch up when more people join.
9  Economy / Exchanges / bitFlyer Launches in Europe on: February 08, 2018, 11:55:02 PM
I'm starting this thread as I did not find any information regarding BitFlyer Europe.

bitFlyer Launches in Europe and Becomes the World’s First Bitcoin Exchange to Be Regulated in Japan, the US and Europe
https://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20180122006686/en/bitFlyer-Launches-Europe-World%E2%80%99s-Bitcoin-Exchange-Regulated

Approved as Trade Pro (Upper Tier) in less than one week.
Support respond to tickets in ~12 hours. Fastest and most professional exchange I experienced with so far...

https://bitflyer.com/en-eu

No fees on trades in February Wink
