I have realize that, investors try to play smart in the crypto business in that, they begin to dump most tokens to cause a decline in token prices. This will in turn pave way for them to buy more tokens in other for them to hold for long and sell at higher prices when token values shoot up. In spite of this, is long term holding a smart thing to do as a bounty hunter and why?
It is their way of making big profits, because they already really understand it. For me to hold a potential coin for a long time is a smart move to do. Moreover, the current market situation is red again, certainly holds a wise choice. Bitcoin has its own benefits, altcoins have got their own benefits, they have got different blockchains, they have different way of use and so on. I just can’t understand people who make topics like: “Altcoins or Bitcoin?”. So what’s your opinion?
I can compare between Altcoin and Bitcoin in terms of interest and development. because sometimes it often happens when Bitcoin down, good some Altcoin up. but do not compare in terms of price, because it is certain that Bitcoin better than Altcoin. I think there is nothing to compare because both are equally good and can be profitable but with bitcoin, only with bitcoin not with altcoin because altcoin has many options because with Altcoin because in altcoin you can look for altcoin that you like and promise for investment |

Newbie here... I've been thinking about buying my first crypto. I think I want to buy ETH, but wondering if I missed the boat already? Primarily I'm choosing ETH because I think there are less foreseeable limitations than BTC, and it seems like ETH is basically accepted everywhere BTC is. Plus its cheaper  Is now a good time to buy it? Should I wait? Ethereum is on the decline. thus Ethereum will be a fairly affordable price. with such a price provides a pretty good profit opportunity going forward. my estimate of Ethereum would be a pretty expensive price. Because there were too much of them in 2017. Good projects are already made, junk only left (except some, but they are rare). So, there are less chances to get even a soft cup. Thus ICOs will be less popular in 2018.
The ICO market has been so diluted that as you said it is hard for them to achieve their goals and hard for us as investors to make a good return. The ICO market will not fail in 2018 but it will almost certainly decrease in size which I only see as a good thing. No one knows which coin will explode in 2018 or after that,it all depends on the market situation.If you invest on the altcoin it also comes with great risks because many altcoin will lose its value in years,but coin like DOGE is in the use for long so it might b a safe coin to invest.BUt I always go with bitcoin and investing on altcoin is just wasting of time in my opinion.

There are many cryptocurrencies out there, the fluctuation is wide and big. There’s a need of a coin that uses a process to stabilize its value.
No doubt that there is no other cryptocurrency or altcoin that can supersede the bitcoin. At least not for the next 5-10 years. Of course there are many rising competitors like Ethereum, ripple and litecoin.

I don't really agree because Ethereum and Ripple are not competitors to bitcoin. Ethereum goes for dapps and for "blockhain startups", and ripple is not really a coin, and is just a token used to maintain a network working and has no real value. LTC is just to bitcoin friendly in order to become his competitor, so right now bitcoin has no challengers in my opinion. yes there is a lot of cryptocurrencies out there but I know nowadays many people are investing in in promising altcoin and so no one can replace bitcoin because its own bitcoin altcoin is strongest hence than it will not ad that can replace bitcoin |
