I HAVE TOTALLY AGREE WITH RoadStress.  He is absolutely right.   Just because they put a letter up informing everyone of their bankruptcy that doesn't make them not a scam operation.  As a matter fact, if they knew all this information ahead of time why didn't they tell their customers about it....Oh I know, because they didn't give a shit.  Just like an other scam operation they put up some fancy numbers and explain everything like they weren't at fault.  They even invested in Mt. Gox....How stupid can you be?  I mean really didn't you do any research on anything you set out to do.  Not only was it a scam operation from day one but it was ran by morons who didn't have any business knowledge.  I'm not saying I'm better or anything but come on have a little more acumen before setting out to do something like this.  Obviously I would have started by not doing business with a Chinese company.  What did you think was going to happen?  I truly feel bad for all the other individuals who lost their money too like myself.  This has put a burden on all of us and now if you try to justify Bitcoin people will throw Mt. Gox or Bitmine in your face that they can't trust this technology.  Can you blame them?

Are you an advocate for them?  I mean seriously these people have had excuses after excuses not to deliver.  They don't respond to emails and phone calls.  I have tried them at least 20 times both ways all during "business hours"  They have stolen money, not paid taxes, and most likely have left the country.  It's already apparent that they have left the country cause their mining operation is in Iceland.  This way can avoid the Swiss govt. when they come after them for tax evasion.  These people are criminals so if you want to advocate for them, then go right ahead.  Oh by the way if they truly shutdown their mining operation why is so many bitcoin transactions going to their bitcoin address still?  That's kind of interesting...isn't it?

The main issues here are 1) they haven't paid their taxes that is required 2) the cloud mining is still operational even they use the excuse that bitcoin prices are too low to payout 3) this was coordinated plan to steal people's money when they knew it was impossible to deliver.  They are still making money from bitcoins they mine and aren't paying back they owe their customers.  These people are true scum and hopefully it will catch up to them sooner than later.

Oh I didn't know that.  Thank you for telling me this.  But look how much they have received and the final balance now.  They are trying to spend the bitcoins, probably converting it to cash, and running without paying any taxes.  This should be the major issue here.  These scumbags are like Mark Karpeles of Mt. Gox and so many individuals like myself have lost their money believing the crap they keep saying.  They should go to jail for these crimes.

I filed a complaint at the email address provided.  I HIGHLY encourage everyone on this forum to do the same.  If they have not paid taxes on their earnings in any currency (cash or bitcoin) this is the probably the best way for us to get the government involved with this fraudulent company.

This is true, elvizzzzzzz is right. @crocko there is no sign or added negative review/trust for Giorgio Massarotto.  Please do this and keep pushing everyone on this forum to do the same.  It is very very important that his reputation on here gets ruined and untrustworthy.  He can't just get away from stealing millions of dollars without some kind of consequence.  We all now know and realize that the Swiss government doesn't care and won't do anything.  I'm almost willing to bet my life that Giorgio knew this when he started this scam operation.  Again below is his user page and please click on the trust link then fill out a negative review and submit.  Thank you!

Bitmine AG is a fraud.  They have stolen so much money from me and many other customers.  They have banked all the Bitcoins from their cloud mining and other illegal operations.  The really messed part of this is that Swiss government won't do anything about it.  As a matter fact, they allow this happen and don't care.  This is really weird for me as I'm tired of getting scammed and no responses from them either.  Unfortunately if you live and are a US resident and/or citizen you can't do anything about it either.  Bitmine AG has managed to steal so much money that now all they have to do is declare bankruptcy and get away with it.  Bitmine AG will be another Mt. Gox, you wait and see, and again Bitcoin prices will fall again.  It's really too bad cause I truly did believe in Bitcoin and it's future but now I'm convinced it's not worth the money, time, and effort to pursue it.  Bitcoin was really made for the wealthy who want dominate the currency market like any other currency.  People like me who believed that it would bring true freedom in that space were dead wrong and once again we got screwed.  Giorgio Massarotto and his criminal friends knew exactly what to do and when to do it so that they would make money and screw us out of our money.  As a matter fact, I'm very sure that he planned this out carefully and put the pieces into place to get what he wanted.  Now he just like Mark Karpeles, are enjoying the luxury of wealth they acquired from their customers and have nothing to worry about.  Doesn't surprise me a bit and the only person I should be blaming is myself for trusting these assholes.  Well this will not happen ever again.  I will never trust anyone again in this space again.  This was a very expensive lesson ($6000) but worth it so that I would become wiser.  Thank you all for your time.  

I can't afford a lawyer...I asked for a quote and they want $1000+ to file paperwork and that doesn't guarantee anything.  Since these thieves are overseas and it would be out of justification of them.  It's a gamble with a lawyer really.  Bitmine knew they could get away with doing this to so many people especially since they are located overseas they did it all on purpose.  They are not sitting well on a lot of funding do as they please.  At one point I thought I could trust them but unfortunately I was wrong.  They have ruined my faith in Bitcoin and any company that is selling Bitcoin hardware.  You can even do a Google search on BFL as you will find that the FTC has shut them down for the same reason.  Again unfortunately the FTC would be out of their jurisdiction to go after Bitmine so guess what again they got away with doing this.  It's quite sad that we live in a world like this but it goes to show not to trust anyone unless you truly know them.  Giorgio Massarotto will get what he deserves for what he did cause I do believe in karma and one way or another they will have to pay for these crimes they have committed.  My advice to anyone that reads this forum is that they never give another penny to these criminals.  Thank you.

Has anyone gotten a refund?  Was that just a another lie by Bitmine and Giorgio Massarotto?  I mean seriously can anyone tell me if this is a valid company or a big scam?  They don't respond to emails or phone calls.  They are never at work and of course no machines or refunds given.  I'm truly screwed because I used my savings to buy a machine from them and now I have nothing.  They write on their website why we should trust them but it has almost been a year since sending money to them and I have nothing.  Bitmine and other companies like Bitmine is why less and less people are going to trust Bitcoin.  I have already given up on Bitcoin just because of this and now out $6000.  I hope that they get sued and they get shutdown since they are still "selling" a product that they have yet to produce and/or refund multiple customers.  This is a warning to all that want to buy from Bitmine....DON'T DO IT or you will end up like me.  Broke and wished I hadn't done it.  What a world we live it...and then people wonder why we can't trust each other.  Shame on you Giorgio Massarotto...you truly are a clown!

Doesn't everyone know that Giorgio Massarotto is no longer a man.  She has decided to have a sex change and now goes by Jennifer Massarotto.  If you ever contact Bitmine be sure to address her has Jennifer or Ms. Massarotto as she gets very upset and has a period if you don't.  She decided that she no longer needs male genitalia and was born a woman so after she obtained money from fake bitcoin machine selling business, used it to obtain her long life dream of become who she really is.  I have confirmed this by her family, friends, co-workers, and even local newspapers in Switzerland.  She is now working on purchasing all of her clothes, shoes, accessories, house, and etc. with the rest of the money she obtained from customers she defrauded.  I just can't wait to see how she will do in jail once they arrest her for all these crimes that she has committed.
