Sorry to hear about you situation. Jeezes, second half of October, what are these guys doing...
this is just one big scam going on. Isn't it generally known that Bitmine.ch is deliberately comitting fraud to every customer? i think thats not right -> in this forum were very important informations -> i don't know if somebody delete this informations -> but if you have the right informations, it will cost bitmine a lot of money... or it cost's bitmine a lot of money... -> a big information source was "zepir" i don't know if this is the right spelling....
but at the moment it looks like -> that they don't have enough money...
They should be able to pay every scamed customer back with +10% easy. But they don't want to. Instead they are using this fraud money to expand and build a could mining center somewhere. What a stinky pack. |

It seems that they have lot of devices in spare because they who have posted here that the have taken order*2 instead of refund have gotten their delivery quickly. Seem a little like they are delaying deliveries and refunds but delivering quickly if you want more devices instead of refund. |

I recommend rejecting the package. When they ask for a signature, just tell them that you are not taking it. Send them an email/phonecall one last time to make sure they know what you are doing... they might throw a gazilliion hashs your way to stop the chance of having to pay for shipping for nothing (that stuff is expensive!)

Dear All Victims of Bitmine, Please make sure to gather all information posted by user "giorgiomassa" and "giorgiotheclown" to use as evidence against Giorgio Massarotto in all police and court documents. This was the advise of my lawyer as we are building a case for a lawsuit against Bitmine AG. My USA based lawyers are working with http://www.nkf.ch/ to figure out the best approach this case. I advise everyone that has been scammed by Bitmine to do the same. Bitmine doesn't intend to refund your money and/or send you a product. IT'S A BIG SCAM AND ALL EVIDENCE PROVES THIS. I got an answer yesterday from bitmine regarding a question about their bitcoin wallets. They told me that the BTC wallets they have and the funds in them is reserved for the Iceland data center. I have tried several times to find some info about the datacenter but have not found any info at all... here is the exact answer Kerim (Bitmine AG)

Ok, I got confirmation that these btc are for covering costs of the future operation. We understand it may anger you to see such an amount while we are holding your refund, but let's imagine bitmine spends all assests for refunds and closes the next day, we could refund not even half of the customers. Would you accept it?
I know this may sound unpleasant and unrealistic but bitmine and customers are currently on the same boat, and much of the possibility of refundings everyone depends on the customers being able to wait until the given estimate date, or being reasonable enough to find a compromise which doesn't involve direct payments. Refund dates estimate given to you and other customers are based on a btc value of 500$, if there aren't major other issues ahead and if the current value of 600-650$ keeps being like that if may very well be sooner.
If there is any of the proposal which might interest you let us know, otherwise I have to ask you be patient until we can process your refund. You may always contact us and ask how things are going and if the estimate date given to you holds.

I've replaced the default PSU with a couple of ATX PSUs. The device "coin craft rig" works fine now and its amazingly silent compared to other miners.

Ok after 2 weeks they told almost everything.
They can not send us our money because they make another business with our money and btc.
Now they told me they don't have money because they invest in Island.
WTF?!
Its my problem that they have shit business plan? That they take money buy hardware and now they could make any refund because they invest?
Its insane! Its crazy!
They have the best business plan ever!
- make hardware promises in BTC world
- take money
- invest in hardware
- make hardware line for one big company
- put small customers in ass
- take their money and make another invest breaking all rules
- be Swiss
Now we don't have any choice.
We must cooperate together to take our money back!
They CAN NOT send money not because they don't have it. This people make another big business with OUR money! Did You really see?
