They still have the coins though. Vern does at least. He can still return them. The clock is ticking. As the events unfold in the next few months I think if Vern returns the coins now he can still keep himself and his accomplices out of jail, or minimize the legal liability at least. It's the same situation Karpeles was in when the "missing" coins were tracked to his wallet. It's obvious at this point Vern is guilty.
Now,after receiveship it will be good to look at Cryptsy wallets carefully and compare all these suspicious transactions(including money transactions of course).When we are talking about blockchain expertise,it is very hard to say what can be enough credentials for the court,because it is something so new,there are no school or something similar for that.Maybe these guys from Chain analysis ,which have company for blockchain expertise will have enough credentials for the court: https://www.chainalysis.com/Thunderjet good job with your wallet forensics. I'm still waiting on the official release from Uphold, and I know you guys are too. Here's what I can tell you so far that I know; Uphold was getting VOX ready today on it's platform. Uphold is officially following the scale I mentioned before. Meaning Uphold won't sell new coins at below 1/650 BTC, and Uphold will increase in prices when the exchanges increase over 1/650 BTC. Currently they are following Bittrex's exchange. Additionally and this is big news everyone, they have opened up the ability to buy voxels with all the other currencies listed on Uphold. To my knowledge, this also includes credit cards, precious metals, For a complete list of what you can use to purchase VOX or what you can trade VOX for, please visit https://uphold.com/As far as I know it's the first place to offer this many ways to buy a crypto coin. Let me know if any of you run into problems with Uphold so I can address them quickly to their team. Soon as I have the official statement from Uphold, I'll pass it along right here but it may not be given to me until Thursday. In the meantime, I wanted to give you a little heads up because I know you guys are waiting. Still waiting on uphold.... How can anyone take this company serious with all the empty promises they make? I'm not sure really serious companies follow threads or answer troll questions on Bitcointalk ....lol I was thinking the same thing |

No one has seen Mullick around in months. 80+wallet's int maintenance. I see hours in chat and ask him a simple yes or no question.. Hours, does Mullick still work for Cryptsy? this is the answer get.  Hours with all the wallet issues why would you not know if Cryptsy Main wallet guy is still working for Crtptsy. I would have asked this question in chat, But I am sure I would have been banned for FUD.... So Hours does Mullick still work for Cryptsy or not? Simple question |

I have been mining Unb for a long time. I have seen Multi-Pool get on UNB and the blocks fly by. Right now it is slow but it has never broke for me, I will keep mining it. I like the fact Jim sticks to his word about not changing UNB. Jim works very hard on UNB I admire his dedication. I also like the fact that Jim has spoken at several major Bitcoin conferences and has done some big interviews. UNB also has Michel Turpin one of Bitcoins top 30 most influential people on the team. Those two things alone mean a lot to me. That brings awareness to UNB from a lot of people in the right circles and in time I am sure the price will reflect that.
