1  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin ever be 20k again? Why or why not? on: May 16, 2018, 12:29:59 AM
I believe in the potential set by the futures market. When you are dealing with that much institutional money and experience, you have to trust that they felt justified in securing those prices.
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If Bitcoin dies does altcoin die? on: April 16, 2018, 01:20:40 AM
Bitcoin is a very popular crypto coin today, we know that Bitcoin will be very expensive in the future but I imagine if Bitcoin die, whether there will be hope for the future of altcoin? because most altcoin exchanges are to bitcoins
your opinion is highly appreciated. Smiley

It might depend on the reason why Bitcoin can die. In case when the death is due to total ban of Bitcoin as done by all governments or regimes then there is a possibility that Bitcoin death can also mean the death of altcoins. Now, if the reason can be other than that or it is within Bitcoin like losing the appeal from the market then there is a possibility that another coin can rise up to take the vacuum of leadership.

I think bitcoin will probably always be king, and ethereum will likely be in the top 3. I don't think you could ever completely ban bitcoin without banning crypto which seems impossible.

I think when you're dealing with a respectable/reputable service, such as a federally insured bank; there is a symbiotic relationship based on trust. The more that entity is trusted, the more money will be managed with it, because people will feel safe. For me, you can translate this into crypto; given the condition that you aren't dealing with seedy people and empty projects.
5  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin will do to banks what email did to the postal industry. on: April 16, 2018, 12:48:02 AM
I'm not sure they are mutually exclusive. Banks offer a level of security and peace of mind who's existence will be many years from now in the world of Crypto. I think governments are the entities that will be changed more.
