3  Local / Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian) / Re: bagaimana kelangsungan forum BTT ???????? on: September 20, 2018, 07:15:50 AM
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why are you selling your altcoins so soon? on: September 16, 2018, 10:56:37 AM
I here and see that a lot of people are selling their altcoins for this reason or for that reason. In some cases I here that people are even spending their altcoins to buy Bitcoin. Now that one really has me confused. To me it's way to early to be selling your altcoins. It's like selling an original painting before it even gains in value or while it is still gaining in value. What smart investor does that unless they are selling out of fear or because they are desperate. For me I am holding all of my coins for now because it is way to early to even think about selling your altcoins; what say you?

So tell me, why are you selling your altscoins so soon?

The reason why someone sells altcoins as quickly as possible is usually influenced by bad news or FUD and they don't want to suffer a big loss then they immediately sell it. for me personally I choose to look at the market situation and if the market wants a certain type of altcoin delist and I have it, I usually transfer to other markets that are still listed
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to choose an ICO for investment on: September 16, 2018, 03:51:12 AM
People are writing longreads on the factors to analyze while investing in ICOs. Huge lists are not very helpful, because it will take too much time to do the research and there are too many projects one has to look at to make sure one knows what ICOs are generally like. I wrote an article on medium with 5 easy steps to evaluate an ICO before investing: https://medium.com/@nd.invest.ico/is-evaluation-of-icos-really-that-hard-eb063e1eb73f. Do you agree or disagree with the points I made there? What are the main factors you look at when you evaluate an ICO?

I do not really agree, because many things that make ico failed even though it has a good team, brilliant concepts and profitable projects, because many factors can influence such as a fortune, market conditions, a supportive community, investors interested in the project and how much the team is willing to work for the project.
6  Local / Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian) / Re: [INFO]Hal-hal Yang Harus Diperhatikan Sebelum Deposit Pada Market on: September 16, 2018, 02:37:00 AM

7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Will the Altcoin die in 2019? on: September 15, 2018, 11:04:19 PM
2019 will have many of  big coin as Telegram, Facebook... What will happen to the remaining altcoin?

Lots of coins that survive and fall, depending on the project, community and developer of the altcoin. For example doge and bitbean even though it is called shitcoin but can still survive because it has a strong community

9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH pump from 167$ to 184$ time to buy ? on: September 14, 2018, 08:59:35 AM
ETH get pumped from 167$ to 184$ and it still going up i guess its the best time
to invest tomorrow it can reach +200$
some stupid peoples who didn't baught DOGE with 36 satoshi are waiting ETH to crash to 150$  Grin
its better from them to buy now or cry later when ETH reach 1000$ soon

If you buy now it is included late because there has been a $ 17 increase even though it is quite small, but if you want a long term investment, it is OK because the market has not recovered 100%
Because whenever the market can still go down. Sometimes a trader waits for a breakout before entering to buy, it's depending on what type of trader you are

10  Economy / Economics / Re: Money Matters on: September 13, 2018, 04:34:19 PM
Isn't it interesting that those who pontificate that "Money is not everything" usually have money?

Be broke for a few weeks unable to pay your bills, pay rent and afford basic necessities, and then let's see if you'd still hold the same position about money.

Let us be sincere and stop fooling around; MONEY IS SOMETHING! A very huge something!! At least in this present world. Might not be a big deal in another world. But in this world? Save me the sermon.

Without money in this world, rarely does anything get done. In fact, many things suffer needlessly without money. Even the Bible is flat-out frank enough to recognize the fact that money answers all things in the context of this present world. It doesn't say money is "the answer to all things" but it answers all things.

So please, before you sermonize me that money is not everything or that money is no big deal, credit my blockchain address with one thousand units of Bitcoin and forget about it. Then I'd believe you. In fact, I'd sing it along with you...money ain't nothing!

Maybe for someone who lives in a modern life will say money is everything, and for those who have abundant money who will say money is not everything. let's see in the rural areas that have not been touched by modernization where the population does not know smartphones or electricity, like the badui tribe that I have read the story, where they forbid anything modern entered their territory and if there were residents interested with modern life, they were asked to leave the area
11  Economy / Economics / Re: People are not motivated by money. on: September 13, 2018, 08:49:46 AM
I always hear the argument for capitalism "B bb BUT people won't innovate without the profit motive" WRONG

Humans want to solve problems, create, and innovate, they do not need money to motivate them.  Cavemen were painting art 20,000 years ago without the desire of money.

True scientists like Tesla, he didn't care about money it was about the pursuit of science.

Capitalism does not cause innovation, most new technology is found by government programs like nasa (internet, smartphones, etc)

Depending on which side you look at, and indeed the desire to have something is one of the biggest motives in human life. At this time the majority of the desire can only be filled with money, different in the past, where technology is not as sophisticated and fast as this process
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 100 usd enough to start trading ? on: September 12, 2018, 05:03:13 PM
I have 110 $ ...witch crypto is best to start trading with a small amount as 100 $ actually i'm in etherium ... i see a verry small progress .. is there another crypto more profitable and faster with 100 $ ?!?!?!?!?!?!?

Yes you can. I first traded with a value of $15 and it is from the faucet I was working on, the results were pretty good and I was almost inactive for quite a while. actually what is needed is basic good trading, even though you have thousands of dollars of capital if there is no basis at all it will be useless
Second, do not be greedy, usually losses occur due to greed or join in because they see other people get big profits
13  Economy / Economics / Re: How did Crypto help you out? on: September 12, 2018, 02:46:40 PM
This question is especially for those who have been into crypto for a long time. How did cryptocurrency help you, most specifically financially? Did you earn more? Gain more investment? I do have a friend who wants to get into crypto but he does not have a lot of savings in his bank account or any major investment. I told him to save more before getting into crypto because they still have mortgage and car loan to pay. Do you think crypto will help him out to?

To be honest, crypto makes my finances better, I know bitcoin since May last year through a faucet, initially just ordinary but I started to glance when prices began to rise slowly, since then I put my money in bitcoin and chased in other coin faucets different coins, such as dash, freebit, freedoge and bitbean.the results achieved are quite good if we can see the market and willing take risks.
14  Economy / Economics / Re: Is there manipulation of sharks ? on: September 10, 2018, 01:33:40 PM
I feel that sharks (Big traders) haven't collect enough Bitcoins. You can see that there were scandals when Bitcoin price rose. The scandals were exchanges hacked, China suppressed Crypto, etc whenever Bitcoin price up.
It's not a good news for Bitcoin and prevent price rise but it still rising, is this a signal that Bitcoin coming back ?
How do you think about it ?. I want to know your opinion Smiley.
Thank you Smiley

I've read about bitcoin from the start, from only a few dollars to the top of the end of last year and not only this time bitcoin fell. market manipulation by big traders not only in bitcoin but also in altcoin, especially for beginners this is a profitable business to jump in and they don't know that this big trader game has been trapped ..
15  Economy / Economics / Re: Would blockchain technologies continue Its development without cryptocurrency? on: September 09, 2018, 05:50:37 AM
Blockchain is a system of recording or databases that are widely distributed on the network, or also called the distributed ledger. So blockchain can stand without cryptocurrency. only now we find hundreds of projects using blockchain and create lots of tokens to deal with in the project
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What is your opinion about cryptocurrency market now? on: September 08, 2018, 05:15:48 PM
Dear everybody,
In this year, I seen that the cryptocurrency market is very bad. Downtrend is the main status. Although I always believe it will recover at the end of year but I feel worry when see the diagram of the market. What is your opinion about cryptocurrency market now? And it will recover next time?
Please share!
Thank you!

In a market, it is normal for prices to rise and down, and indeed this year is a pretty bad year for Crypto where almost every day the market down for a few percentage. The possibility of recovering could happen, but we don't know when, maybe next year or a few more years
17  Economy / Economics / Re: If the stocks market will crash again like 2008, what will happen to bitcoin on: September 08, 2018, 03:28:16 PM
If the stocks market will crash again like 2008, what will happen to bitcoin?
I personally think that people will take their money out and will invest it somewhere else.

Do you think that bitcoin will be a good alternative?

Yes, if the opportunities in cryptocurrency are better. They will invest in crypto market, rather than investing in properties which need many obstacles to deal quickly compared to crypto
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Do crypto games have a future? on: September 07, 2018, 01:27:30 PM
As I see the market is overloaded with scam games or primitive collectibles with few exceptions.
What do you think?

I am also a fan of games, If there are now many scam crypto game, because many people are looking for easy access to get crypto to be tempted to access it
in my opinion crypto games can develop if you can see what game opportunities are interesting, besides making payments easier in every influential item. for gambling games, I think it could be growing but not too much, maybe by giving access to big gambling using crypto as a payment tool will make it easier
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Private sale After ICO complete on: September 07, 2018, 12:43:23 PM
I am currently confused by the decision of some projects that hold private sale after ICO, that sounds strange to me because usually the ICO project first will be preceded by a private sale to potential investors and investors with a minimum purchase of up to 5 BTC. after the private sale , there was a presale and then ICO.but now everything is like upside down, some crypto projects hold presale and ICO first and after that they hold a private sale.some investors who want to know how much fund that they get so far they can only answer "this is private sale, if I tell you it is not a private sale, but a public sale", the answer makes sense but does not solve the problem

I have an assumption that some of the developers chose this thing:

1. that is one of their reasons to make investors and bounty hunters who want to get tokens impatient, even though it sounds unreasonable but with this, their projects are viral and many of the crypto know their projects. well if indeed this method is chosen maybe this is one of the bad ways to be chosen just to give a viral impact to the project.

2. and the most reasonable thing is, they have not reached hardcap yet, so they try to find new investors who are interested or cooperate with other projects until the hardcap that they want is achieved

the project example is : swissalpsmining and thinkcoin

what do you thing?

To be honest I was also confused by their decision, even some project opened re-ico again even though the project was successful and the percentage of the share was in accordance with the allocation, where did the next token come from.
A project like this is likely to be chaotic and fail if the private sale is opened at the end to pursue the target (correct me if I'm wrong)
20  Economy / Economics / Re: Be Creative and Earn on: September 06, 2018, 01:10:47 PM
For me he is quite creative and maybe no one thinks like he was before or has ever existed but can't do like this person. Bitcoin does make someone tempted and be creative
Personally, i don't know about technology like this
