Betcoin tries to ban people who win too much at their site, but they are so incompetent that they don't know that player has easily already had an active account at that site for over 6 months and has had no issue playing or cashing out.
So the only real victim here is that players who win will be shut out by Betcoin, and their points and status levels will continuously be reset to zero.
Just another way they scam, although the good news is they're not very competent. All you have to do is do a hard reset on your router and they think it's a brand new person lol.

Are there any plans to compensate players who were forced to accept bad lines on sports (negative line movements after they clicked accept) for nearly 2 years?
Or is it official company position that the profits you made on that 2 year practice will stay in the company's pockets?

Be careful with this site. I alerted them to some serious problems with their website, they then rudely called me by another name in their response to me, then apologized, and then banned me for having a "duplicate" account even though it's the only account I've ever had with them.
Please be careful when you deal with this company. They have a very poor fraud rating for a reason.

Since we have launched cash out we have processed over 10,000 such transactions to customers without issue who are grateful for such a feature in amongst bitcoin bookmakers. We are now at over 40 accounts following the pattern. All have stopped playing the same day and we are continuing to weed them out.
As you can see from the accusers all our brand new members of bitcointalk who will disappear once our investigation is finalized and their situation is resolved.
Another thing we have learned about scam accusations is every casino that has been a success has them. It's just a part of the industry unfortunately. The abusers and cheaters are quick to say scam when they are caught.
Just search any casinos name and scam and you will see. Also, those that have spoken negatively of Betcoin.ag in this thread have not been scammed or cheated in anyway and don't even say they have.
We are still researching and examining the players. All of their tickets have been responded to promptly, some have come forward detailing their pattern and we will work to finalize this. Others have panicked after being caught and now state scam even though nothing has been finalized.
If you blame more than 40 players in the fact that they somehow abused your site at the same time with the same pattern, thus you confirm that this is not a multi-accounting is but a real people. It is quite logical that many new forum users appeared here, once you frozen payouts. Where else should players go for information and share of experience? This is a well-known forum, and judging by your reputation at this forum, there have been many such players in your history who made complaint to your actions. And you want to say they are all bad and are you good one, aren't? If you want to know who disappear from the forum first return the money. As for me I'm not going anywhere. I sent my photos as you asked. We can speak with each other by skype, phone or web-camera. I want you to tell me what are we both waiting for? If 40 players are betting the same lines then obviously that's weird. I'll await more info and just point out that I am getting paid no problem. |

I've only been playing here a few weeks now but they have been nice to me so far. They process my payouts quickly when I need it done quickly and have provided me with some nice bonuses.
It is tough when a book has to deal with someone making 40 accounts or whatever to circumvent limits on games. I hope the funds are eventually returned to those users because otherwise it'd be an unfair windfall for the book but I don't blame them for trying to figure out how to stop it in the future.
Not a scam site though, they have paid me every time I've asked.
