Запретить то можно все что угодно, но как ты будешь контролировать то чем не владеешь, конечно запреты отталкивают массовое принятие крипты, но черный рынок это не остановит. В последние месяцы телеграм сделал огромный вклад для продвижение криптовалют, конечно это так же связано и с большим количеством скама, но вспомните начало 10-х годов, все эти пирамиды, хайпы и виртуальные пулы типа hashocean, главное что теперь уже сотни миллионов имеют простой и доступный способ использования криптовалют. |

Этот парень просто дурачок. Он хозяин 8 000 Bitcoin, однако его мышление - это не мышление богатого и успешного человека ...
Ему нужно было совершенно не так действовать - не бросаться на свалку разгребать руками мусорную кучу (он же не мусорщик). Надо вспомнить, что он человек разумный и проблемы нужно решать мозгами, а не руками.
Я бы посоветовал ему основать новый криптопроект и выпустить под него токены. Токены проекта с одной стороны дают право на разработку (вторичную добычу) этих 8 000 Bitcoin, а с другой стороны, представляют собой лицензию на поиски в этой мусорной куче.
Я думаю хомяки с радостными визгами будут раскупать такие токены. Возможно за счёт ажиотажа он даже на этом сможет выручить больше, чем 8 000 Bitcoin.
Эта история еще вовсе не закончена и дело здесь не во владельце, выбросившим ноутбук с кошельком содержащим 7500 BTC на свалку. Как известно Джеймс Хауэллс, в течение 10 лет безрезультатно пытается убедить власти Ньюпорта дать ему разрешение доступа на местную свалку, для поисков потерянного жесткого диска, но увы пока безрезультатно, более того имеется официальный запрет для Джеймса на проведение раскопок свалки. И сейчас его юристы уведомили местные власти, что в случае отказа предоставить доступ на свалку для поисков до 18 сентября будет подан судебный иск на возмещение ущерба в размере $500млн, возможно это как то сдвинет дело с мертвой точки.
