1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Your smartest move up till now on: August 05, 2018, 11:48:59 AM

My smartest move is that I have almost never sold anything that I bought a few months ago. I decided that I would hold until the market recovered and I will not fix the loss. I think this is the right decision for beginners, because the more you fuss you the more you lose in the end.
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will the governments kill cryptocurrencies on: August 05, 2018, 11:46:20 AM
Some governments are starting to embrace blockchain and cryptocurrencies and others are literally closing the doors to this technology. Do you think governments will continue to fight back against cryptocurrencies and decentralization?

I think no. It seems to me on the contrary that officials see this as an opportunity for additional revenue to the budget, due to taxes on mining and on profits from trading on the exchange. They will do that everyone will be able to use it, but will have to pay a tax, for me this is the most logical decision.
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why Ethereum Classsic is going down? on: August 05, 2018, 11:42:17 AM
Check the chart for last 30 days - https://coinranking.com/coin/ethereumclassic-etc

I think this is due to the fact that the entire market of altcoins is now falling. And Coinbase announced the listing on August 7, which everyone was waiting for. But already all who wanted to buy - bought, and now there is no one to buy, so the price falls. I think that during the listing there will be a micro pump, but then the price will fall even more.
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Does participating from an airdrop got you big rewards? on: August 05, 2018, 11:39:50 AM
My friend introduce me about the airdrop campaign, it is good, but you can only have a small amount of alt coin for every airdrop, and the price equivalence of it in the market is just minimal. And in terms in participating on it, some airdrop is a time consuming. May I ask does participating on it gain big earnings?

Personally, I have never been able to earn a lot of money on this, although I have been participating not so long ago. But my friend who deals with airdrops for about two years said that only 2-3 times of all the coins that he was paid, he could sell for good money. But it seems to me that it takes too long to wait to get something, so I'm not particularly fond of it Smiley
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what are people doing? on: August 03, 2018, 04:41:37 PM
THIS IS SO INTERESTING TO ME!!! so whats the word??
what are people doing?
HODL?? PANIC SELLING?? COMMENT BELOW I'm curious as to what everyone is doing during the current CRYPTO LANDSLIDE??? LET ME KNOW!!

I think it's not difficult to understand if you read different chats. The crowd always thinks alike, if the price falls - everyone sells, if the price increases - everyone buys. You just need to understand that the market always works against the crowd, and you always need to think differently.
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Value of investments decrease on: August 03, 2018, 04:39:38 PM
The value I saw in my investments this morning got me thinking "do I continue with crypto or just quit?". Honestly am greatly concerned.
There are always opportunities on the market. If the market falls or grows, there is always a tool for making money. If you do not see these opportunities and you constantly suffer losses, then why are you doing this? It is necessary to be able to adapt to any variant of the development of events.
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: holding and prices will go up ? on: August 03, 2018, 03:09:51 PM
Everyone is holding and saying prices will go up again what can make prices go up again ? I do believe it will go up but not like last December unless something comes in and changes the market so what do you think it could be ?
I think that the price will start to increase when everyone sells at a loss and will no longer want to buy. When the whales will buy as much as they need and see that there are almost no those who are holding, they will start pushing the price up. The funniest thing is that people who sold at a loss will start buying again, because most do not learn from their mistakes.
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 80% of ICOs are Scams on: August 02, 2018, 07:18:59 PM
Saw this study on twitter... https://twitter.com/Zeex_me/status/978981735101878272

I've seen a lot of people asking about how many legit ICOs there are, so I thought I'd share

Quote from the article: "The study begins by breaking down ICOs into 6 groups: Scam, Failed, Gone Dead, Dwindling, Promising, Successful. “On the basis of the above classification,” they wrote, “we found that approximately 81% of ICO’s were Scams, ~6% Failed, ~5% had Gone Dead, and ~8% went on to trade on a exchange.”

"Scams were defined by researchers as “Any project that expressed availability of [an] ICO investment (through a website publishing, ANN thread, or social media posting with a contribution address), did not have/had no intention of fulfilling project development duties with the funds, and/or was deemed by the community (message boards, website or other online information) to be a scam.”

DYOR people ...

I think that even more. At least a very large number of projects do not match their roadmap and are very delaying the development. And at the moment very few projects worthwhile. I hope that this trend will change soon, otherwise there will be no more projects, in which it makes sense to invest.
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are you using ETH for? on: August 02, 2018, 07:14:39 PM

Only for investment in ICOs. I think that ETH will start to grow only after the date of transition of the algorithm to POS mining is known. After that, I'm sure that the price will grow several times due to the fact that the miners will be gone. But I think that it will take a long time to wait, so it will be time to buy it cheaply.
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: $1000 to spend on coins. 5 years exile on a desert island. what do you buy? on: August 02, 2018, 07:09:03 PM
you have a grand to spend and then you're off to a desert island with no contact from the outside world for five years.

which coins will still be alive by then and which will be thriving? as i'm on the conservative end of things i'd only go for bitcoin myself. in half a decade an insane amount will have changed.

what about you?
My pick Eos, Stellar, ONT, NEM, NEO. If I invest for 5 years, I will not risk and look for not popular coins, because in 5 years the market can change very much. But I think that these coins will remain, because they have good teams, a good product and I think a good future. But in fact, if I invested for such a long period, I would choose only Bitcoin, because only in it I'm sure.
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How safe is our money in crypto? on: July 29, 2018, 04:51:02 PM
Money is not at all safe in cryptocurrency, There are so many hackers around here who's only business is hack a wallet of bounty hunters to get money without doing anything.

And why bounty hunters? I think that they do not have a lot of money on their wallets, while there are more interesting people. And usually hackers use your not mindfulness against you, because of what you lose money. It seems to me that this is only your problem.
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why so much hype on crypto on: July 29, 2018, 04:47:53 PM
Because most do not know what they’re investing in and would rather listen to the crowd. What happens then? Prices crash once you’ve bought into it. Taking a loan or using all your life savings can be hugely risky, especially if you do not have the prerequisite knowledge on the tech and the coins. Be informed. Ask the right people. Arm yourself with knowledge before jumping on the hype-wagon. This would significantly reduce your risk and most importantly, position you to invest in the long-term fundamentals of the technology.

Because people are hungry for quick and easy money. Especially when your friend tells you how he made a lot of money with almost nothing. Unfortunately, people do not understand that when they enter the market on a hype, then at this time you need to sell and not buy.
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Facebook And Google Go back on Decisions as cryptos Fans React on: July 29, 2018, 04:44:18 PM
Crypto prices have rebounded following the reversal of separate anti-crypto decisions by Facebook and Google. After previously banning cryptocurrency ads on its platform, Facebook has whitelisted Coinbase advertisements, and Google on its part now includes major cryptocurrency coins in its exchange rate converter tool.

I think everyone understands that the game that these companies lead is understandable to all. Everyone wants to buy a cheap Bitcoin)) Especially when there are many rumors that these companies want to release their tokens, this all looks like pure manipulation.
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you feel like quitting? on: July 29, 2018, 04:36:48 PM
The market has been down for too long. Do you feel like quitting cryto because you ve lost much?
For me, am a die hard fan of crypto. I will be a coward if i run away. I will stay till the green light shows. What about you?

I do not think so. Just a prolonged downtrend causes such views in the market. But people quickly change their minds and as soon as the growth begins, everyone will immediately come back to buy Bitcoin. Therefore, I do not see anything wrong with the fact that people are leaving the market now, this is ordinary cleaning.
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Airdrops are worth it !!!! on: July 28, 2018, 11:41:31 AM
Lately I have seen a lot people complain about fake airdrops or low profitable airdrops
But in reality Airdrop have been worth it; if you can make your research and improve your standard

Recent airdrops such as Fresco, Helbiz, Nobs Crypto, Kanade,  have been hitting up the exchanges with fair and profitable prices

Which is telling us that Airdrop is Alive

I think that these are rare cases when airdrops brings normal money. Yes, maybe 5 out of 100 and will be profitable, but is it worth it? I have personally participated in many and I either do not get paid, or pay $ 1-2. I do not see the point of doing something for such money, only counting on a miracle.
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: altcoins are dying on: July 28, 2018, 11:37:19 AM

I do not think that this is so. Just need to wait until the season when the overall growth of the market begins and then the altcoins will be able to show themselves well. Until then, the most correct decision is hold. If you have a big minus, then just do not do anything, I'm sure that by the end of the year we will see quite different prices in the market.
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you even read whitepaper bro? on: July 28, 2018, 11:14:55 AM
Let be real. How many of you guys actually read the whitepaper? I read whitepaper sometimes, but reading multiple of them can be a burden and a headache. Do you guys got any tips on getting through whitepaper a little faster. It killing a lot of time. Thank.

In fact, I never read the whitepaper completely. Why is this necessary? You can look at the specific information that interests you and here are certain conclusions. But if I invested a large amount of money then I would read it.
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypro will make people smarter? on: July 27, 2018, 03:39:49 PM

I do not think so. If a stupid person has come to the market, he is likely to simply lose money and leave. This usually happens not only in the crypto market but also in other markets. You must have a head on your shoulders so that you can earn in this market.
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should i invest ? on: July 27, 2018, 03:26:27 PM
Should i invest certain amount on TRX and Cardano ?

just need opinion.

I think yes. These projects have a potentially promising future. TRX which just switched to its own blockchain and ADA which has huge plans. Personally, I have Cardano in my portfolio. I want to buy a Tron when (if) it drops to 300 satoshi. It seems to me that they will grow well when the overall growth begins.
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Winner of this year, ETH or BTC? on: July 22, 2018, 01:02:30 PM

I do not know how Ethereum can overtake Bitcoin now. Eth falls even faster when the whole market falls. This year has not yet ended and anything can happen, but I'm sure that Bitcoin will remain top 1. Next year if Eth starts a more rapid development then it will have chances.
