Everyone can become a holder if the coins that they bought or get in a bounty campaign has no price in the market. The market is unstable everyday. No one can predict it. So they have a holding plan.

Being that I am deeply interested in the cryptocurrency space, I am often asked about buying and trading bitcoin and other nascent altcoins. However, I do tell people that the most important aspect of investing in Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies is to have a basic understanding of the underlying technology and best practices for safely securing tokens.
Many new speculators and “investors” are unfamiliar with how digital currencies are traded and how price discovery actually works. Unlike stocks, cryptocurrencies are traded 24/7 globally on different exchanges with few barriers to entry and minimal censorship. The price is determined by a free floating market exchange rate that is established by buyers and sellers on different exchanges around the world in different currencies and trading pairs.

You can only earn money from your TIME or your ASSETS. You need to provide value to someone else with your time or assets if you want to earn money. If you can't invest money, you will need to invest time. Figure out what your talents and skills. Sell your extra things. You can also participate in Airdrops and Bounty campaigns are the way to earn money without investing too.

To answer your:
1 Insufficient knowledge of crypto
2 Incorrect knowledge of crypto(That’s even lethal)
3 When one is not aware of what crypto is, a fraud news report would call it a bubble and boom! They have made a false image of Crypto in your mind.
4 Nobody, embrace the change. And when the technology is knocking their door, they are busy with their old mentality.
Investors want to make quick money from Cryptocurrency without loosing a single penny. This lack of patience leads to uncertainty. Hence, they end up criticising the crypto and not investing on it.
I have a firm belief, Cryptocurrency is our future and It has already entered into this world. It’s roots will only grow deeper and deeper with time. If you are looking forward to it for investment, its the time. Several bright companies are launching their cryptos. But be very patient while investing your hard earned money(your pocket money if you have no source of income except your parents and relatives).

If people are buying into crypto currencies as a long term investment, this small dip should matter little in the long run. If these people were trying to make short term flips to make money, they are not so different from the people who scammed them. Voluntary exchanges and park muggings are totally the same. The people who made these trades were not coerced and if they value crypto currencies improperly that is their own fault. Would you feel any remorse for them over this or any other investment that turned out a loss through natural shifts in the market?

I feel it just slide into something that sounds a little different, or they soar until ‘we the market’ break up an entity so large we don’t want it over our hands anymore, threatening carnage. Crypto enthusiasts talk about trustless. Permissionless. Immutable and that makes sense to a lot of people. But I find another perspective even easier to grasp.

Yes I believe an airdrop before ICO is a good form of creating awareness and also attracting investors to participate from the ICO event, although at the beginning of altcoins creation airdrops are really good in creating such awareness but recently most are now scams mainly to increase subscribers in their social media forums.
