Just wondering, since the devs and investors aren't allowed to touch their IPO's for 6 months, why wasn't this enforced at the protocol levelfrom the beginning? Like for example, set a nlocktimeout for 6 months so it isn't spendable until the specified time has elapsed.

Apologize to those you have scammed. Donate all proceeds from the scam to charity. Except they'll all be worthless because they're dirty money. I defended Sevoque but seeing the way he's posting right now, it's hard to justify defending him anymore. Right now, he's placing himself in the "scam" group along with everyone else. If they didn't act this way, the whole thing would have blown over and business would resume as usual. you didn't get the job, we require minimum double digit IQ's

The thing is, you're promoting a coin that's being promoted by Mega in OP.
I've nothing against this coin ( dont like the premine, I must be honest) but mega is a scammer and not the kind of guy that should be trusted. He's not here for the idealistic side of cryptos and he should be banned (if even possible)
Cryptocurrencys are all about freedom and decentralization. Cryptocurrencies should be seen as an all new level in currencys and wolong is a piece of shit in this world. Greedy motherfucker that would do anything to profit with no ethics at all.

You support a coin, that's WHOLE premine is owned by a market manipulator and selfproclaimed coin-rapist! THATs why I asked where the damn BTC of the IPO went to. Is wolong still holding 200 or 250BTC? His "ledger" wallet is in YOUR damn posting, it shows a balance of 1.65 billion pandacoins and a shortage of 500 million coins (the wallet incoming is 2.5b not 3b, which would be 3%). And you are telling me, that you know nothing of this? You support that coin and have never been interested in these background details? Sorry, if I am not buying this...
And you claim to support the idea of the coin and "creating a long-lasting community driven coin", but let the coin be promoted by an asshole who controls the premining and IPO process, screams around like a pubescent teenager, is KNOWN for fucking any coins that come along just worth a try?

Luck is not the issue here. To get a proper p2pool we need the good parameters and a lot of MH/s. VTC p2pool is above 200MH/s, and that's good. Anyway there is an issue here the share parameter window is too high here, that prevents us to do coins switching when the difficulty is updated. (*24 is too high, I think *4 is OK...).
And to get a lot of p2pool nodes we must avoid confusion.
Ahh now you tell the real issue you have with the settings. I highly suggest you go with traditional Pool if you want to often switch Coins. Thats not the typical Scenario P2Pool was designed for. Also the whole switch+mine+dump mentality makes me really sick. Im into cryto for profits too but not at all costs!! Imho just look at VTC to see what this does to a very promising looking coin. Anyways if you want to discuss this further join IRC #p2pool-panda or PM me, no reason to Spam the whole Thread with our P2Pool issues. Traditional pool are worst for such an usage too. You will lost a lot of GPU power, dead on arrival may be very high. And most pools use now PPLNS, too avoid switch at the block level, here it makes senses, the block value is random like doge, mining a block close to 1 is worthless... Anyhow I don't think you expect this coin to be over doge in the long run. Don't you?And i'm pretty sure that you never expected Doge to become that big, didnt you ? Indeed, No... Nobody will know what will happen. And spamming that Panda will fail will not change it's fate. In case you dont remember, Doge, too, was being trolled heaviliy on the release. People where calling it Jokecoin, stating that it's investors and miners where stupid, that it was nothing more than a Ponzi Scheme and a Scam. And look where's it is now. It's a cycle. When a new coin become popular and start threatening other coins, their community become scared and spread FUD. |

confused as to what you mean, cryptorush is now back and live and we have got around 200 btc volume there as we speak. net hashrate would indicate that we are growing, very fast, soaring toward 5ghash with adaptive N is quite the achievement friend What I am saying is that all the other BTC pairs came back at the same time as PANDA, and THOSE currencies are not down 30% like PANDA so the fact that crytorush "just came back up" is not a good excuse as to why the price is down 30%. 1. those btc pairs had no where near the volume panda had on cryptorush - it is the biggest volume coin on that exchange 2. check the other exchanges like mintpal etc (and others on OP) to see teh volume there before you start screaming your head over nothing 3. im sure its to be expected that whilst the major exchange out of what we have available to us goes offline, people will temporarily put their funds in other exchanges sev Increased liquidity= reduced volatility. The opposite should have been in effect. The coins with NO volume should've been way off and panda should've been stable because of the increased liquidity. If a crashing exchange is your only excuse for the lower price, then how come the price is not higher at mintpal? They never went down. Just admit it...people are dumping.You're embarassing yourself now, go read a bit about economics and the stock market then come back, because you clearly are making things ups. listen this week I'm getting around 16 cards and I got 3 running even at that I will probably be around 11,000 Kh/s witch is nothing compared to 137,000 KH/s... On this coin 11,000 Kh/s is like 5,500 kh/s What is that.... How is someone getting 137,000 kh/s
That is like 250 + video cards LOL And? There's nothing impossible about that. Search around on Google Images, you'll find images like this:  GPU mining is something that practically any nerd can do, but there are also people who aren't just dicking around with their gaming GPU, or building little crate rigs with two or three cards. Of course, whether they'll see ROI, nobody can say. Big gamble. And its a very big gamble becouse of powercosts. It depend where you live. Here in quebec power is basically free. |
