Non-material service is a good idea. There has been infostry.com but maybe not anymore. It had some points used as money. If nem is used in such service, it may be more productive.

infostry.com - the site seems to no longer exist, it hasn't since around 2000. Fortunately, waybackmachine has some snapshots. I took a look - it's actually a pretty neat site and an alt coin would have been great for it. The concept of infocredits was ahead of its time maybe
