Find this interesting because I always felt like Caroll had a more direct line with the company back when she was just in charge of streamers and when I would watch she would play that off. So seeing she is now in a much higher position just adds one more murky aspect of the site.

Just another optics issue that ties into my issue with the site, will keep tabs on this thread to see what future dramas blow up.

Just wasted 3 hours attempting to get a ticket for venom step 2 only to run into errors. No lobby so I close the platform and restart and get error message about 4 times. So I frantically look for the browser version only to find the same issue.


Will give one last attempt and then just gonna write it off as a waste of time.

You are running into the biggest issue with crypto and gambling. People use it for two reasons, one to get funds in and out quick. Two, they want to remain anonymous for multiple reasons.

Its not a easy thing or people would have taken the bull by the horns and ran with it.

Its a real simple issue that been drawn out and I have just decided to kick rocks completely. My health is to important than to be worked up by some folks that pile on without checking the facts and accusing me of yet more and more b.s!

If you ever wonder, just watch chat and you will see this individual Lint is on multiple accounts. He would state the same stupid stuff to me during this issue on about 4 accounts all well mods where telling me to drop it. If they can not see the same chat style when they are up in there as a job and I was just a customer, then its a dead horse being kicked.

The thing I wondered and I have been active on Primedice off and on since 2015, was why all the regulars had left.
Just presumed it was due to a better site with rake or something and kept asking to no avail. Now I am understanding that the trolls run the nest and people slowly got squeezed or fed up. Who knows but it has to be a part of the issue because they are all gone.

Just because some mods think they are more intelligent than others does not mean we do not pick up on the subtle digs. The whole passive aggressive I received from a few was really unnerving and frankly disgusting.

Radiante I never did cross paths with you but I can tell you are sincere in your words. Hopefully the site weeds out some of the old guard as the site has some entrenched trolls.

Anyways...Like I said I just come in to get the last word ( ) and let you know that there is no changing of names and starting over this time. Sure some will say "hey he admits to being on other accounts"! I discarded some for bad luck and others because I forgot the password and never setup a email. Then others when I really did not understand dice and used it to move my yobit exchange funds when I thought the more addresses something passed through the better. Was still pretty new to bitcoin at that point obviously.


I think I have done enough explaining of the issue and everytime some one says they got something to add but I might not like it, there never is anything. So it might pay some folks to stop making veiled threats in my direction. Its stupid and not helping the Primedice image.

Faucet as a drawing point is just going to create a ton of headaches for you and bleed you slowly in multiple ways.
If you look at faucet sites like PD and Stake that you mentioned, they have problems with begging and scammers.
Looking at Nitrogensports they have issues with multi accounting which also kills any legit action because people see obvious cheating going unchecked.

You need to solve the issue of the player playing one guy on 4 accounts or this is just going to bleed funds and be closed in 4 months time.

This is the story and I can see you believe it but you lacked integrity into actually reviewing if you banned the right accounts. You know that because people questioned you right off the bat.

Let me suggest you tell people how long they are being banned for then. I only found out that it was perma after a few hours went by and I contacted you through messenger on my other account. Honestly thought you would hear me out but that was not the case at all. Weird thing is all the stuff said was in hindi so I guess some one must have been in your ear to find it offensive. Either way it does not add up for me and said a lot about your true character, I was wrong to think you where a nice person all this time.
As for contacting support, I did this and you disconnect. I contact another mod and they need to talk to you to see the story. Its a circle jerk.

Edit: Just noticed something you highlighted and want to address. The whole troll started based off that so do find it interesting to point to it but not know that. Lint was playing dumb and at the time I did not realize it and was baited into a conversation being helpful about people using Alts. I stated some mods here have alts and that they are allowed, Seuntje confirms that in the supposed troll I am banned for and thats that. End of discussion but lint carries it on and you mute on of his accounts and I thank you and you mute me. Thats the story. Obviously no one has reviewed the chat to see Thisguyfucks is not Thisguybusts and could not see that one was created that day to troll.
So easy for me but I guess not for PD.


I am not here to establish a reputation, see I am not invested in trying to appear as something I am not or selling a brand. Already know how the trust system is played out here and it does not interest me in the bit. So that is just dragging a aspect into the discussion that is not needed. These implications that you have something on me are another aspect that troubles me. Implying on the net is the same as passing verdicts and smearing a person. It was suggested to contact you for chat logs because I wanted to clear my name. Other than that I did not ask you to come at me as a add on. Honestly did not expect that from you either.

Lets be clear I had no time to troll that day, I was having a serious issue dealt with my waterline that was and is costing me thousands of dollars. Sent a deposit by accident to wrong address busted it quickly so you do not get wrong idea.

Imagine the browsers would be the big 4 mentioned or it would not become a mainstream thing for the everyday user to take advantage of.
Feels like it could open up a lot of security issues that would create backdoor issues and privacy like some of you have mentioned. Google is notorious for mining data in a uncomfortable way.

Was more curious at that point than anything and ended up busting that amount anyways. Will just make sure not to send to that account in the future.

Pretty much the same story line that I have been fed from the start but this time that I was using a unnerving amount of accounts.
So that there should make it obvious that it is lint but they keep painting me as the guy creating these accounts. Thats beyond frustrating and asking me to apologize was the icing on the cake. Lets flash back, Katarina perma banned me which is not done lightly and then refuses to talk in kills all communication. Does this sound like a reasonable way to conduct business? I liked her when she first joined the team but her over reaction and continued support from PD staff has shown me that I would be stupid to continue playing there.

To explain why I have two accounts currently. I will explain currently in a second... I switched from Sandpaper to get away from the potential issue of being trolled for what happened in this thread with me and EnFoR3Er(Sp.), as he makes some statements that show he is connected to the site beyond being a player. So not knowing who I have pissed off I create Thisguybust in hopes of getting that behind me but I get this instead.
I used to use Primedice as a middleman site to transfer funds back in the day and would create and drop accounts as it suited. This would be why I have a unnerving amount of accounts and it was more me thinking I was creating another step for any snoops. Stupid right!

Some people can live with stuff like that over their heads but I just rather not deal with a added unknown. Especially knowing I am flagged in a way that could cost me coins.

Lets be clear some people are good and we are all human and have bad days, own it and move on. If I had trolled I would not be writing this stupid response and would have made nice with Katarina.

Its crazy because I was already having a crap day and then I get perma chat banned for something that was not me and I was never given a second thought after. When I say crap I mean I just ate 15k dollars in waterline work and went to PD to relax.

Suggestion C was just in the style of communication. I attempted pm/msg and received crickets. I tried messenger and it did not work at the time. So when it did work I tried it and we got the chat log where she just disconnects me. When I pleaded my case in chat I was told to cool it or both my accounts with be perma banned.

When I get copies of the chat it will pretty clear because I do not speak Hindi and the names Lint58 was dreaming up is a style people active in chat would recognize as him and not me. Lets break down something about this issue, I was rolling and its not a script type of roll as it was bouncing all over the place during this chat. Lint58 had 2 rolls over a 10 minute span, he would chat right after his alts to make it appear like they where different repeatedly. My only issue was he picked a name similar to mine to use against me to make it appear like I was up to something. My roll history and the chat logs should clear the issue to anyone that is a regular in chat.

About suggestion A.. I do state that it is not always clear that there is forum to people joining the site unless they catch that in chat or in a email.

About Katarina I have had interesting discussions and recall when she started. Her manner was different than usual on this aspect and I do agree. But I can only judge some one in how they treat you when you are down and that moment spoke volumes to her character for me. No lose to her but I have lost a account and most likely flagged for a easy exit the next time as well.

I know the person behind this account Radiante, I just forget who it is at the moment. It will come to me.

Just attempted to send from chat banned account to my main and found out funds can not be sent when chat banned. So just another headache.

Ran into a issue today that was funny at first but became more alarming as I got responses from support.

I was baited into a discussion about accounts in chat and it followed the line about banks and alt accounts not allowed in chat. Short story is it ended up with alt accounts being created by the person I was in discussion with and one very similar to the one I was using.

Me: "Thisguybust"
Alt" "Thisguyfucks"

Now for anyone that followed the chat from the start, they would be able to see that the two where clearly different individuals. Any one that would go to the start could tell difference so lets just leave that snip short for I can get long winded.

The end of the saga was me stating:

Thisguybust(Me) "the mentality to sit up in chat and troll is just beyond me"

Support: "@Thisguybust muted...as I promised, I will keep muting you"

Will use my name but will not drop the individuals involved because its not the issue.

I find out that I am unable to use support messenger well chat banned. So I start to write a post here, till I realize that the troll had been getting chat banned but it was not effecting his main. So I log into my main which is Sandpaper44 and try messenger. It does not work, so that must cross accounts.
I enter chat and try to get help to which all I receive is warnings to drop it and odd info like they connect these accounts to me. Not through IP but some how! This is a redflag because it indicates the troll is hacked me or Support is making up a story that suits the story. Either way a normal person should be a bit shocked.
Can understand supports take, troll w/e, do not waste time on him.
So if I am innocent and I am, then this means PD has a problem either with support or with a hacker.
My balance never changed during that time and I was still actively rolling.

Suggestions:

- Create a email box on bottom for times when messenger is not working, most people do not know about forum and finding support email there.

- Have the messenger open to active players that are facing their first chat ban.

- Do not have support just put a person on ignore under assumptions they where wrong


I walk away from this thinking if I can have such a drama over a small issue like this, what awaits me if I ever do have a serious issue! I know this is small potatoes to most and its more feedback then anything.

Would really like to know that due diligence is taken in the future for a lot of new players can run into the trolls and if I can fall victim with help of support, I think it will make people weary to chat or play.

Still pissed and still debating if I want to continue knowing that I have unknown issues with the site.
But food for thought on how to make a few changes. Most likely just stay out of chat.

Seems like if I attempt to play on my other account I could be getting angled in a way that I could run up some bitcoin(In my dreams) and then find out I can not withdraw from my account.
Whole thing is super bizarre because the issue that set the whole troll off was squashed as soon as it started. Seuntje(Sp.) confirmed that you could play on different accounts as long as you did not use them at the same time. So it was a dead issue but the troll kept going and made it appear as if I was attacking him.
But he was speaking in hindi, I can not speak that language one lick. Barely speak my own language English.

So here are thoughts in my head:

- If I am banned why not the troll, he is active on multiple accounts as I type this. )Lint58 I believe.
- He admitted to trolling me and I still got banned and accused of something he obviously stated in chat!
- Why would she not discuss this obvious issue fairly with me in any format?
- Why was she so defensive and nit picking my words?
- Am I banned from play here?
 
You can even see she closes the discussion on me without answering my queries. This is the same mod that told me I must have sent a transaction to the wrong address and stalled me for days till Stunna jumped on the issue and solved it.
Will link that post so its clear I am not some troll, I just expect to be dealt with fairly.

If you are going to endorse this action to trusted players like you are by posting this, you should protect players from being taken by making it clear who these trusted players are. I see a new person every 2-3 days asking to make a trade and they end up sending to a person I have never seen in chat. Its 50/50 if they got scammed.

This is the same issue with scripts you guys say not to talk about them in chat but at the same time promote one.
Somethings need to be more clear.


Came in here with a issue and was ignored besides the account that is clearly a employee of Primedice giving me some kind of odd rub in attempt to silence any critique. Have had more than a handful people contact me saying they can see this and told me its nothing new.
I do regret connecting Stunna as the feedback I have gotten has shown he is a solid character.

Anyways its a bit of the issue I have with most crypto sites, they are never held to the flame and can dance around most issues. My feeling is that I was not wanted and the site gets what they want. Moving on.

To hard for you to answer as well! Its a simple verification of blackballing players that I am asking for and yet its like I have asked for a audit of the whole organization! Not sure why its such a sensitive issue for the site and I presumed I was opening up a aspect they had not thought about. Silence on the subject and attempts to shut down conversation seems to show otherwise. Its odd because it really is not a big issue at all, just wanted to point that it could be a issue for players long term.
As for contacting support, I have shown I had a better track record here of getting issues sorted and I am talking to people farther up the food chain. My past history of having a transaction found took a whole week of support giving me excuses till I posted here and it was sorted in 2 hours. Support is fine for basic issues but anything in depth is pointless and often misunderstood. Have attempted live support 3 times and each time it just deletes my ticket, on my iphone live support has not even been working. So far 2 maybe 3 Primedice employees have come into this thread and have ignored the question.

Used to be that you could enter a sites thread and get help, now these bigger sites just want to advertise in them. The greatest way to advertise is to help solve issues or questions in a timely manner to show you are on top of things. Ignoring or telling some one to go somewhere else for help just shows that players get the run around on more serious issues.


So its looking like I am off after I finally got through to support(It did not work on my Iphone).
Thing is I saw it and know which mods where talking about it in chat but I will drop this issue now due to it being annoying to have gone this long. Basically turned into a he said she said thing and honestly can not be bothered. Just a eye opener that I have been dealt with this way twice now and last time I was right and its documented here as well under NotFresh account.

I expect some cordial respect usually and right those that are trolling off for the most part but you did something early that peaked my interest. You are posting on a very infrequently used account but it showed up 3 times that I noticed not long after Stunna posted and once was actually with another of my accounts(Thanks for helping me find that account,I appreciate it). Write that off to you being Serbian and being very close to the headquarters of Primedice.

You have a bit of merit and glanced to see it and you got it form Micro after you tore into a similar incident then mine with some one discussing rain. You also talk in one post as if you are support or higher and I leave that for others to read since you have a short history.

Either way thanks for feedback and I stated earlier that I really can not prove what I saw in chat without a mod verifying here and Stunna decided to skip that chance and I wait for some support to eventually come in and respond. Till then I wait and can not really attack the issue I have since I do not record chat and presumed a site would want to acknowledge they do this or they do not.

This was never about rain or chat bans but how it was used and to answer the foolish aspect. I had my ban removed after I requested it and also after I rained multiple times to prove a point. As I stated earlier its hard to know if this feature is part of the mix without a dev coming in and verifying for me and I doubt that will happen now.
This initially was not even a slag on Primedice either, just a kink I wanted them to look into. I know this site has trolls and sig spammers but I presumed the one person taking a interest would be Primedice.

Dropping the issue anyways because I do not plan to incite mods in the future will just leave quietly like so many before me when the day does come.

You took the time to look me up, one more step to ask support if such a thing was around! Well you are wrong in both ways, I am actually around since 2015 and devs have been in chat for a well talking about the feature.
The mute is also not the main issue, it is a byproduct of what the real issue is but every one feels like I am talking out my ass and Stunna decided to ignore and promote moving in on another sites action.

One issue for me and I have been black balled perma, its not just a hour or a day. Have waited days to address this and confirm it. The problem I see with having mods in charge of this aspect is bitcointalk has a history of people being corrupted and pushing aspects to make friends or people that pay them more money. Most people can read between the lines on who is trolling because those folks tend to never let off the gas pedal in their focus on a topic.

Best to just say "hey we got some idiots in here be warned, use a brain cell"!

Understand what you are saying but in this instance I know the mod does not like me and it is a mutual thing. The chat ban is not the issue really, its that they also take away rain. When I created this account I got rain from two mods and was ignored by the rest because I did not grovel and feed their ego about how pretty they are or how cool they where. Now I receive nothing from mods and have been banned from rain under the new feature.
Would be fine with it if they told me in the first place, instead I figure out I am on a 2nd class account and treated less then.
They should have a warning so players know and can go play on a site that thinks more of them. It also would eliminate the optics that they can do more than lock you out of rain and actually effect your play.

Contacted support about this and was ignored. Like a player or not we should all be treated the same or fairly.  Every change lately is for the worst.

It was put in last week,its a new feature that most do not know unless they are sitting up in chat watching it being discussed.


The first part would be fair if chat frequently did not drop into something sexually off. The idea that chat can change based on the mod on shift is crazy because some only come into chat at the start and end of a shift. So they could sit back and ban people without anyone knowing why or by who. The reason I was really banned is more that I do not respect the triva that attracts begshits out of the woodwork. That same group will gang attack anyone that has a opinion that is contrary to a mod or them getting more tips. I have had people come at me that I never talk to because I had a issue with one of their friends.
So primedice encourages that behaviour, in fact I have been in discussions and seen mods tip those that attack me as a subtle way of saying go at this guy you got my blessings.

Part 2 is true sometimes. If some one is spamming they get warned and they eventually get muted. Same for some one that may be off topic and being a bit ruthless on some one, they get a warning and boom. In my case nothing, not even mentioned in chat that I got muted either. This is why I am mentioning the issue to this extent. Its not of the norm for mods to do this but I have witnessed it in the past and its been kept on the low because no one wants to go there.

Issue:
Recently Primedice added a feature to block/ban players that beg in chat from getting rain from chatbot. Great feature but I have a issue with how it is being used and why Its concerning.

Yesterday I received my first chat ban for replying to a trivia question for what a mods favorite meal was with “cock”! Instantly chat banned and thats more a personal issue ongoing with a mod then actual legit issue.
So take my lump and move along,right? Wrong!!!
Today I watch as rain is passed out to every player due to it being doge coin. I thought how funny now they are saving on tips by handing out crap coins. So I wait for my turn well chatting and rolling for hours and nothing comes. I start counting in chat after I notice the mod I have a issue with tip every player active in chat but me. Passive aggressive type and I even call him out knowing he would do this.
So I finally get confirmation I am banned from rain because of one issue! So it appears to me that this mod as altered the rules to smear my account and has told other mods to do the same.

So personal issue aside...We have a site blackballing players and not informing them. Two the feature is being misused for personal issues to make the site unfriendly.
The issue is if he can do this or any other mod,then whats stopping it from happening to others?Chat already runs according to whoever is tipping,so watch out if you get in the way of the fan club.

Its bad optics to ban players and not tell them why because it looks like primedice could implement other features related to play. Not the case but its not hard to think that if a site is using hidden features against you.

Treat players fair and let them know. Boycotting site for a week because I am a customer, no matter how I am being painted.

Like to add that I had a transaction lost once and these same mods gave me the run around for a week. Stunna solved the issue in 2 hours. So not impressed with any but hui and kristoffff.
