Recently Primedice added a feature to block/ban players that beg in chat from getting rain from chatbot. Great feature but I have a issue with how it is being used and why Its concerning.

There is no such feature that blacklist you from rain/tip, you can only get muted for breaking chat rules. Follow chat rules and you wont have troubles.

So I wait for my turn well chatting and rolling for hours and nothing comes. I start counting in chat after I notice the mod I have a issue with tip every player active in chat but me. Passive aggressive type and I even call him out knowing he would do this.
So I finally get confirmation I am banned from rain because of one issue! So it appears to me that this mod as altered the rules to smear my account and has told other mods to do the same.

So personal issue aside...We have a site blackballing players and not informing them. Two the feature is being misused for personal issues to make the site unfriendly.
The issue is if he can do this or any other mod,then whats stopping it from happening to others?Chat already runs according to whoever is tipping,so watch out if you get in the way of the fan club.

Its bad optics to ban players and not tell them why because it looks like primedice could implement other features related to play. Not the case but its not hard to think that if a site is using hidden features against you.

Treat players fair and let them know. Boycotting site for a week because I am a customer, no matter how I am being painted.

Like to add that I had a transaction lost once and these same mods gave me the run around for a week. Stunna solved the issue in 2 hours. So not impressed with any but hui and kristoffff.

Understand what you are saying but in this instance I know the mod does not like me and it is a mutual thing. The chat ban is not the issue really, its that they also take away rain. When I created this account I got rain from two mods and was ignored by the rest because I did not grovel and feed their ego about how pretty they are or how cool they where. Now I receive nothing from mods and have been banned from rain under the new feature.
Would be fine with it if they told me in the first place, instead I figure out I am on a 2nd class account and treated less then.
They should have a warning so players know and can go play on a site that thinks more of them. It also would eliminate the optics that they can do more than lock you out of rain and actually effect your play.

Contacted support about this and was ignored. Like a player or not we should all be treated the same or fairly.  Every change lately is for the worst.

1st part: man, your answer is a good joke to tell between friends. But Primedice chat is a public chat with a lot of unknown people, it is not the place for that kind of jokes. So I agree with a temporal ban in this case.

2nd part: ok, but here you are right, banning a player from the rain (or from any other feature of the site) without informing him/her, doesn't looks right. I'm sure it was something specific of that situation/mod, because I've seen a mod who always says when he mute somebody, and the reason for it, and I think this is the way to go.

I'm talking my mind here, maybe Stunna thinks otherwise.

Part 2 is true sometimes. If some one is spamming they get warned and they eventually get muted. Same for some one that may be off topic and being a bit ruthless on some one, they get a warning and boom. In my case nothing, not even mentioned in chat that I got muted either. This is why I am mentioning the issue to this extent. Its not of the norm for mods to do this but I have witnessed it in the past and its been kept on the low because no one wants to go there.

Somehow I missed all the replies on my cell, reason I am coming back to touch on each response.
Never forget that you are the customer and not the other way around.

I expect some cordial respect usually and right those that are trolling off for the most part but you did something early that peaked my interest. You took the effort to go look me up on Primedice and see that I should have been around long enough to know the rules. You follow up with less respect but I got something out of our exchange.

You are posting on a very infrequently used account but it showed up 3 times that I noticed not long after Stunna posted and once was actually with another of my accounts(Thanks for helping me find that account,I appreciate it). Write that off to you being Serbian and being very close to the headquarters of Primedice.

You have a bit of merit and glanced to see it and you got it form Micro after you tore into a similar incident then mine with some one discussing rain. You also talk in one post as if you are support or higher and I leave that for others to read since you have a short history.

Either way thanks for feedback and I stated earlier that I really can not prove what I saw in chat without a mod verifying here and Stunna decided to skip that chance and I wait for some support to eventually come in and respond. Till then I wait and can not really attack the issue I have since I do not record chat and presumed a site would want to acknowledge they do this or they do not.

This was never about rain or chat bans but how it was used and to answer the foolish aspect. I had my ban removed after I requested it and also after I rained multiple times to prove a point. As I stated earlier its hard to know if this feature is part of the mix without a dev coming in and verifying for me and I doubt that will happen now.
This initially was not even a slag on Primedice either, just a kink I wanted them to look into. I know this site has trolls and sig spammers but I presumed the one person taking a interest would be Primedice.

Dropping the issue anyways because I do not plan to incite mods in the future will just leave quietly like so many before me when the day does come.

To hard for you to answer as well! Its a simple verification of blackballing players that I am asking for and yet its like I have asked for a audit of the whole organization! Not sure why its such a sensitive issue for the site and I presumed I was opening up a aspect they had not thought about. Silence on the subject and attempts to shut down conversation seems to show otherwise. Its odd because it really is not a big issue at all, just wanted to point that it could be a issue for players long term.
As for contacting support, I have shown I had a better track record here of getting issues sorted and I am talking to people farther up the food chain. My past history of having a transaction found took a whole week of support giving me excuses till I posted here and it was sorted in 2 hours. Support is fine for basic issues but anything in depth is pointless and often misunderstood. Have attempted live support 3 times and each time it just deletes my ticket, on my iphone live support has not even been working. So far 2 maybe 3 Primedice employees have come into this thread and have ignored the question.

Used to be that you could enter a sites thread and get help, now these bigger sites just want to advertise in them. The greatest way to advertise is to help solve issues or questions in a timely manner to show you are on top of things. Ignoring or telling some one to go somewhere else for help just shows that players get the run around on more serious issues.

Thing is I saw it and know which mods where talking about it in chat but I will drop this issue now due to it being annoying to have gone this long. Just a eye opener that I have been dealt with this way twice now and last time I was right and its documented here as well under NotFresh account.

There are alot of trusted Players that make exchanges between currencies for a very low fee. If Dodge's fee is too high for you you can always exchange to other currency with a lower fee such as Bitcoin that has only a 5k satoshis fee.

Please be adviced to use our Forum for those kind of exchanges where you will find those trusted Members.

If you are going to endorse this action to trusted players like you are by posting this, you should protect players from being taken by making it clear who these trusted players are. I see a new person every 2-3 days asking to make a trade and they end up sending to a person I have never seen in chat. Its 50/50 if they got scammed.

This is the same issue with scripts you guys say not to talk about them in chat but at the same time promote one.

Anyways its a bit of the issue I have with most crypto sites, they are never held to the flame and can dance around most issues. My feeling is that I was not wanted and the site gets what they want. Moving on.

There are alot of trusted Players that make exchanges between currencies for a very low fee. If Dodge's fee is too high for you you can always exchange to other currency with a lower fee such as Bitcoin that has only a 5k satoshis fee.

If you are going to endorse this action to trusted players like you are by posting this, you should protect players from being taken by making it clear who these trusted players are. I see a new person every 2-3 days asking to make a trade and they end up sending to a person I have never seen in chat. Its 50/50 if they got scammed.

This is the same issue with scripts you guys say not to talk about them in chat but at the same time promote one.
Somethings need to be more clear.

I don't endorse non-escrow'd trades between players, I recommend people do so at their own risk. We've partnered with a company that does altcoin exchange for a lot of big exchanges and just finished implementing it, will be launching soon.

Still Forum would be a better option if you want to exchange currencies since everyone has a trust level (reputation).
