I find there a lot of Newbie comment about the Agate project. I don't like it, because of looks like a paid bump. If yes, people behind the project need to stop this immediately.

Obviously there are too many newbies post on this thread but who knows probably old members who just got their account banned for one reason or another, Agate Mainsale has not been announced yet according to the information on their website, so am not sure if the is any info regarding mn either, but it wont hurt to ask in their telegram group, the admins are very active. For one reason or another... Maybe for a good reason? Who knows, but too many brand new newbies posting positive comments doesn't look convincing. And quote between themselves with a useless post about "bear market". A topic that can be discussed infinitely without being told something useful. That might be true, but people write all kinds of stuff, relevant and less relevant. For example this post you made is also not relevant, neither useful, you are just using it to fulfill your bounty post count for example... |

Im certain FABA team will keep majority of the tokens for themselves, thats the safest way for this idea to suceed as they are well experienced investors ,so they will work in best interest of the company.
Most probably the team will do this. The team will be the majority shareholder to implement what is in their mind. Also I believe that this is a good decision. Because they are more trusted than any other one by the community. Yes of course,since they started this company ,its logical to keep controlling the vote,atleast for now.Loosing control could endanger the whole company . Yep, it would make no sense to allow someone to simply overtake your company just like that. |

When can investors expect to get first dividends paid out? Any chance for that to happen this year?
I think that is too optimistic and unrealistic.There is a lot of things to go through so I wouldn't expect this to happen that soon. I dont think that anyone should be in hurry to think already about dividends.Let the team choose proper projects and then later on we can talk about profit. First we need to see how STO is going to go and then exchanges and listing. Then the party starts and we get to make interesting decisions. |

Thanks, im on lookout for a new wallet,will check it out. I think Agate is also preparing their wallet too,its a good thing to have many choices. This will be ERC20 wallet,or wallet that will support AGT token and other currencies supported by Agate? It will only support those currencies that are accepted within Agate ecosystem.Atleast thats how i understood wallet will work.Not much sense to be able to store tokens on the wallet that are not accepted within Agate. Probably You right and Agate will develop their own wallet for the ecosystem. I'm prefer to keep my token's outside projects. This is gave me a freedom. Another point is to be more organize, MEDDOZA wallet give me the option observe all my token's at one place with one click. This is not appropriate for Agate , so I advise to avoid this wallet, it is not official and you will need official wallet if you want to use all Agate is going to offer you. |

I am wondering can we still invest here even if we are small micro investors/ I think what you are offering token holders is an extremely lucrative deal and I bet many whales have already entered your arena. If I can buy FABA can I still buy directly from the site? I will check out more information tonight as venture capital is right up my alley and these are the kind of projects I would love to get involved in, even with my small investment as I am not a whale. I love these types of investments whereby I can earn an ROI while holding them as I am primarily a holder, more than a trader. I am not good at day trading and would prefer to get involved with passive income buying opportunities.
Minimum investement in this round is 200 USD,in 2nd ico round minimum is even higher so this is good opportunity to invest,its still accessible to most investors. Minimum investment based on the info on the first page will be $1300 during second round,and that is quite a big difference compared to $200 that is now, and especially compared to $1 during preico sale.This is the right time to invest if you are smaller investor as $1300 is quite steep. if the minimum investment of $ 1300 seems to be good so that it is quickly completed, especially the FABA is a big project 1300 dollars aint small amount ,is there any chance for team to lower that so more people can join in the second round? Yeah, if price in second round will be that high a lot of people won't be able to afford to invest, but hopefully there will be enough people that are interested and have the means to risk that or higher amounts. |

It will be invested in various companies I presume, like it is intended. I'm sure some will be allocated for marketing, development legal team. That's what I meant,i wanted to know if some specific amount is set. Yes of course! it's true that finding a new partner is a good idea for the AGATE project because we clearly see that this project has long been running and in my opinion it's not too difficult to get a new partner I think Agate is on good track, looks like it is developing slower then some of us expected, but I believe that is only because team is not communication as much as we would like.Hopefully that will change with the announcement of the last stage of sales. I really hope for the happy information from the AGATE project team, I hope it will happen soon because there are many members of the AGATE project looking forward to the completion of the ico sales done True, only after the ICO is completely done , we will be able to truly know where Agate stands and if the future of the project looks good or not so good. |

In which country is FABA registered and where is the team from?
For legal compliance, we are registered in the UK. However, majority of our core team members are based in the Czech Republic. While our mentors are scattered remotely for inspection and monitoring convenience. Are those you call mentors actually advisors or do they have a different role? What do mentors take care of in terms of FABA? |

Does that mean that there will be no more mining of ETH ? That will affect the price a lot right?
There will be mining but block rerward will be lower,it will be 2 eth ,down from 3 eth. I think that after this the price of ETH will increase very much. Otherwise, mining ether will simply die. I really hope that will happen, but somehow im not so sure.regarding agate,for them POS is defintely way to go,to have their own blockchain. POS is better the POW overall, for crypto future.POW is simply vulnerable and no matter what you try that fact will not change. |
