I want to know the denominator of bitcoin. As an example Micromint protocols use electronic coins and Netcents use scrips. Likewise what is the denominator of Bitcoin? Is that something only a value mentioned in the Block chain? Highly appreciate if somebody can provide me an answer.

I am trying implement a new virtual currency. I need to use the existing Bitcoin P2P network infrastructure.  Does anybody have an idea about any place where i can take the source code of the bitcoin peer to peer network infrastructure? I only need the Bitcoin P2P network portion of the source code. Could someone able to advise me on this?

Hi,

I would like to implement my payment protocol on top of bitcoin peer to peer network. But i am not sure whether i am able to do that. I am not fluent in programming. Could u explain me how to reuse this source code for implementing my project? Is that source code tightly coupled with other rest of things in the bitcoin?

I am researching on a new peer to peer mobile payment system. So peer to peer network is out of my scope of the research. I have to use an existing source code of peer to peer system. Pls can someone explain me these things in a understandable manner? I can't understand anything in the Wiki article (https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Proof_of_burn). I'm in struggle understanding the Proof of Burn. Highly appreciate if someone can explain this to me.
