1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [1080 | 1080TI] ETHlargement - The Hashrate Hardener on: August 12, 2020, 11:30:19 PM
for me tdp 80 and core oc 90+ memory 0 gives same 49mh/sec using claymore miner and strap 2, but memory oc gives zero boost, it was good before dag update, now better to keep at 0, i tried many settings but memory oc has zero effects now mining dagger algo with 1080Ti, better to use 70 with 45mh/sec, since my 1080 doing fine with 36.5mh/sec hashrates, power usage increased from 770 to 800, so it's not worth it i think temps also 2-3 degrees hotter 4mh/sec for me not significant at this point, since i still have good 193mh/sec total hashrate with 4x1080 and one 1080ti, but maybe new driver update might fix this problem in the future, now 1080Ti memory oc give zero boost for me, i tried many miners already both with memory tweaks and pill, best hashrate is at memory 0 for my two fan zotac 1080Ti

if you can stabilize oc setting -strap 2 gives good results without rejects using 1080 and 1080Ti, it is better than pill:

https://i.imgur.com/fuD9iR0.png

my oc settings: TDP 70%
1080Ti zotac core +90 memory 0
1080X3 evga ftw core -170 memory 500
msi gamer x 1080 core -70 memory 500 (using even tdp 73% since this gpu gives less hashrates than evga ftw)

since all stales gone might increase core even more and reach 193mh/sec maybe, for example 0 for msi gamer x and -50 for 1080, not sure why but after recent changes 1080Ti memory +500 gives zero hashrate boost

Well with old settings (TDP 70% core 90+ memory +500) using -strap 4 zotac 1080Ti got only 43.5mh/sec with ethash algo, i had around 48-49mh/sec before, so best to put memory at 0, in this case hashrate increased to 46.5mh/sec, i think it is something to do with latest DAG changes, anyway i get 195.5 mh/sec with 4X1080+1080Ti from my rig, using  memory +500 and -100 core TDP 70% for 1080 getting aroind 37mh/sec+ from each card, with pill i got only around 185mh/sec before, -strap 4 is most stable for my rig, no restarts at all, 4-5% stale shares

-pers auto --ocX also working fine :

very stable and good hashrate, zelhash algo working good as well with 230 sols using same oc settings, i also had problems using --par=144,5s hashrate was very low after few minutes, now working fine

there's third pool avialable as well: https://singularity-pool.com Pool Fee: 0.75% ~ Min. Payout: 0.1 MWC not bad bitforex https transfers also working fine, it took just 10 minutes to arrive

Super Zero (SERO) ProgPow algo would be good addition, since it is doing quite fine at citex recently with main v0.3.0 sero miner using f2pool, i have 91mh/sec hashrate on my rig (4X1080+1080Ti), maybe tt-miner can do even better

i lost only 2 days of mbc mining (10$ or something like that, but they pay you 30$) but many people probably lost more than that

i have same error using both hora and zano coins, 2 days ago it was working fine but now both say unknown protocol both 2.2.4 and 2.2.5 beta1 versions
AM POOL: Unknown protocol - cannot continue
mtp algo working fine

here's my rig results after first day of mining:

https://i.imgur.com/A3R0g1y.png

https://i.imgur.com/wWQ6Ddz.png

all 5 GPU working on TDP 70% memory +500, as for core oc i used following settings:

GTX 1080Ti zotac amp +100
GTX 1080 msi gamer x +150
3XGTX 1080 EVGA ftw (using second bios with automatic core oc) +0

it's very stable with good temps as well, quite good miner, has higher hashrates than other miners with same settings, used exact same settings as with equihash algo that i was mining last summer before asics arrived, also used --oc2 command in batfile, my rig uses around 20gb pagefile with equihash 144.5 algo, zelcash had some crazy price increase in last month or so, let's see how further can price rise

i'm testing TT-Miner-2.2.2-beta2 and see some gridsize changes with default intensity, now it starts from lower gridsize and increasing little by little, also there's blocksize as well:

i'm using older build now, maybe later i will test latest build with gridsize 4096, for hashrate 14.3mh.sec i use port 3001, i compared 24 hours mining results, i will test -luck setting as well tomorrow, thing is mintpond has quite high luck in last 5-7 days or so:
24 hours   117.9%
3 Days   124.5%
7 Days   108%

here's my last few days earnings:

2019-04-01   0.39158624
2019-03-31   0.60101800
2019-03-30   0.45075329
2019-03-29   0.47766784

only 31 march i got 0.6, yesterday only 0.39, if situation doesn't change i will try 2miners again, with gridsize 4096 and -luck option using latest build
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: TT-Miner 2.2.1: ProgPoW, MTP, LYRA2V3, UBQHASH, MYR-GR Win/cuda9.2/10.0/10.1 on: April 02, 2019, 09:49:35 AM
i understand, thing is my rig has higher average hashrates on mintpond using older 2.1.19 build with intesnity 20 and gridsize 4096 on all 5 GPU, with later builds it has intensity 15 and grid sizes are 7000+ for GTX1080Ti and 5000+ for GTX1080 but i don's see any hashrates improvements in 24 hour period, difference is around 1mh/sec daily average 16mh.sec+ VS 15mh.sec on newer builds, so maybe better to use older build at the moment with lower default gridsize, miner hashrates itself are more or less same with both builds
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: TT-Miner 2.2.1: ProgPoW, MTP, LYRA2V3, UBQHASH, MYR-GR Win/cuda9.2/10.0/10.1 on: April 02, 2019, 08:16:29 AM
i noticed new beta 2.2.2 build available for download, it's worth testing or just minor changes
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: TT-Miner 2.2.1: ProgPoW, MTP, LYRA2V3, UBQHASH, MYR-GR Win/cuda9.2/10.0/10.1 on: March 28, 2019, 01:51:58 PM
i use TDP 70% on all 5 GPU (1080-1080Ti) memory 0 and some core oc (around 1600-1800MHZ would be fine) i just using default settings (intensity 15, gridsize 7000+ GTX1080Ti, and 5000+ GTX1080), miner hashrate is around 14.3-14.4mh/sec, no slowdowns and stability problems or high % of stale shares, i installed new 425.11 hotfix driver as well using cuda 10.1 and windows 1709, in summer i probably try new 1903 windows 10 19h1 build, my rig needs around 32gb pagefile, so on 55gb ssd partition i have around 11gb free space left during mtp algo mining with tt-miner, i have only 4gb ram and celeron g1840 cpu on h81 motherboard, but overall 2650w power with 2X1000+1X650W gold certified PSU's
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: TT-Miner 2.2.1: ProgPoW, MTP, LYRA2V3, UBQHASH, MYR-GR Win/cuda9.2/10.0/10.1 on: March 28, 2019, 12:43:24 PM
well after 31 hours of mining i got around 0.60 zcoins on f2pool, so it is around 0.46zcoins daily, i'm going back to mintpond, well average 24 hour f2pool hashrate was only 13,2mh/sec vs 14.3mh/sec miner hashrate, sometimes when mintpond luck will be higher than 110% i may try 2miners as well, otherwise mintpond gives best profit overall for my rig
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: TT-Miner 2.2.1: ProgPoW, MTP, LYRA2V3, UBQHASH, MYR-GR Win/cuda9.2/10.0/10.1 on: March 27, 2019, 05:00:00 AM
well zergpool is even worse, i only got 0.31 zcoins after 29 hours of mining, while average pool hashrate was quite high (14-16mh/sec), i will reset payment threshold and try f2pool today with PSS payment system, i'm testing f2pool chinese server now with 2.2.1 build, well on f2pool it is more or less same as nicehash mtp, they pay you once in 24 hour, threshold is 0.1 zcoin, but with pss they pay you according your pool hashrate and not after each block found but immediately, just need 1 day to wait, no luck involved, only pool average hashrate and network difficulty matters
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: TT-Miner 2.2.0: ProgPoW, MTP, LYRA2V3, UBQHASH, MYR-GR Win/cuda9.2/10.0/10.1 on: March 25, 2019, 11:51:15 PM
well i tested  2.2.0 build around 24 hours with intensity 16 average hashrates on mintpond is more or less same as with older build, i will try intensity 15 today as well, mintpond has very high luck in last couple of days, today luck was 135% (that means you get around 35% less than whattomine calculator says) last 3 days 125%, mined only 0.47 zcoins in 24 hours, i will try zergpool today, and then f2pool which have 5% fee but pps payment system (it pays more or less same everyday, matters only your hashrate and network difficulty, no luck involved)
well i'm testing zergpool today, it has 0.5% fee but quite low total hashrate (only 1.2gh/s), with newer 2.2.0 build now i have intensity 15 and it's working much faster, gridsize is around 7000+ GTX1080Ti and around 5000+ GTX1080, average miner hashrate is 14.4-14.5 mh/sec now, no slowdowns with teamviewer, i will check results after 24 hours of mining, maybe test f2pool also
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: TT-Miner 2.2.0: ProgPoW, MTP, LYRA2V3, UBQHASH, MYR-GR Win/cuda9.2/10.0/10.1 on: March 25, 2019, 12:04:11 AM
well after few hours of mining avarage pool hashrate is around 17mh/sec, miner hashrate is 14.8-14.9mh/sec, stale shares % max 1%, i will continue testing in longer period, well last 2 days mintpond has very bad luck so earnings dropped even with lower network difficulty
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: TT-Miner 2.2.0: ProgPoW, MTP, LYRA2V3, UBQHASH, MYR-GR Win/cuda9.2/10.0/10.1 on: March 24, 2019, 08:33:12 PM
well i will test older version with intensity 16 at least 24 hours, then try newer intensity 15 version as well, just need to test at least 24 hours for stability and average pool daily hashrate, i somehow think that intensity 15 will have better stability and less demanding for my rig let's see, with intensity 15 grid size will be lower as well
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: TT-Miner 2.2.0: ProgPoW, MTP, LYRA2V3, UBQHASH, MYR-GR Win/cuda9.2/10.0/10.1 on: March 24, 2019, 07:06:13 PM
well for my 5 gpu rig pagefile usage haven't changed in new build it uses around 31.5gb pagefile on 55gb ssd partition with 4XGTX1080 and 1XGTX1080Ti using 2x2 gb ddr3 ram and celerion g1840 cpu
