1  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cloudbet | Bitcoin Casino & Sportsbook | The No.1 Bitcoin Gambling Site on: October 24, 2018, 08:48:27 AM
I want to confirm that my account was unlocked and that I withdrawed my funds. If anyone thinks that I should express my grattitude to Cloudbet than he is dead wrong. Cloudbet locked my account without any reason whatsoever and kept my funds for more than a month without any explanation. That coused me a lot, in the terms of time, money and nerves.

In the final email they sent to me, they didn't offer one word of explanation. I find this highly unprofesional. I would never deposit a single peeny on Cloudbet again, and I will never recomend this bookie to anyone.

I think that if I didn't make all this noise on this forum, I would have never get my money back. I want to thanks all the forum members that support me on this matter. Solidarity with other players on such issues is very important.

All the best, and be smart, chose your bookie carefully.
2  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cloudbet | Bitcoin Casino & Sportsbook | The No.1 Bitcoin Gambling Site on: October 22, 2018, 04:48:08 PM
This person called "Ronnie" just offers empty words every time there is a problem. You might think that Fraudbet is bigger than Google or Apple by the way it takes time to solve problems (although they are not solving them, they just keep "investigating" indefinitely) as like they have millions of customers.

Fraudbet is a fraud, and "Ronnie" is a complicit in this fraud.

Just because he uses nice empty words when leaving a post doesn't make him a saint. That is just a most common tactic for damage control.

My account is frozen more than a month. It is almost funny that they are investigating for more than a month. And in the mean time they are not answering my emails and they are refusing to tell me which bets they think are suspiccious.

It is obvious that they are bying time hoping that I will give up on my money.

It is such a cheap scam that is ridicolous.
3  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cloudbet | Bitcoin Casino & Sportsbook | The No.1 Bitcoin Gambling Site on: October 22, 2018, 04:18:37 PM

@teteczv I haven't posted your betting history because I'm not allowed to share player data publicly online. I'm not accusing you of anything, just stating the reasons for the investigation. I'm also not part of the investigation team so probably wouldn't even be able to point out what a suspicious bet was.

I'm very much hoping this can be cleared up soon and that it's all a massive misunderstanding, but until then the only thing I can do is continue to push for a resolution in the investigation and relay any information I receive back from the team.

Ronnie @ Cloudbet

Keep on pushing Ronnie, and I will keep on bumping here calling you scam untill the moment you pay me my money.

Bump.

As promissed I will bump this thread every day in order to keep it on the top of the threads. I don't want anyone to miss the scam Cloudbet is pulling on me and other players.

I want to apologues to all memebers of this forum for bumping the thread, and ask for little solidairity. Tommorow it could be you getting scammed by Cloudbet or other scam bookie, and there is no other way than to keep other players informed.

the only thing you are doing is bringing more traffic to them

Why do you think so? You think that after my experience there will be another fool to deposit with Cloudbet?
there always is someone
also dont mind that 4x4x retard, he must have something loose in his head
also JolyGood calling me a scammer for no reason lmao, shows the picture of how retarded people are here = a lot of people will still deposit into the sitr even with some people having problems

OK than, I will bump here every day informing people what kind of scam Cloudbet is running and keep this thread alive, and if people still want to deposit on Cloudbet, that is just fine.

What is your next step to try to get your 2000 EUR?

I'm not sure. I will try to inform as much people as possible about Cloudbet. Shering information on this scam site is the only thing I have now, and I'm waiting SBR to do something about my complaint.

All players can also take part in the site survey “Where do you bet?”: http://100bookies.com/interactive-poll-where-do-you-bet/

I haven't had such a good laugh in months, watching your list. What are Cloudbet and 10xbit doing on the list of best bookies that accept crypto?

What is your criteria? Cloudbet is working without license and they are stilling money. There are tons of complaints on Cloudbet. They own me 2000 euros and they are not responding on emails. 10xbit is a funny bookie, you got limited there after 7-8 bets.

You should be responsible with such a lists, some one might take you serious and deposit on some scam bookie like Cloudbet.

Cloudbet and 1xBit have the full right to be on this list. Cloudbet it is long been a well-known cryptocurrency sportsbook, and 1xBit offers the best line and best odds in the industry. In addition, they are both in the middle of our rating, which in itself signals some problems that they have. In general, you can have problems with any bookmakers that exist on the Internet, if you neglect their rules.

Have you ever actually bet at 10xbit?

I guess not, because you wouldn't say such a non sense. What good if they offer such a lines when you can't bet on those lines? They put limits on your account after few bets, and slash the odds. You are clueless about betting.

Cloudbet is working WITHOUT a license and they are scamming people. They are not paying winnings, and they are not answering the emails.
There are no perfect sportsbooks in fact. After all, the main task of each bookmaker is to increase their capital at the expense of the players. Therefore, no one wants to just give you your money. Every bookmaker necessarily has some cons. We do not encourage players to register in these or other bookmaker offices. Our task is to show everyone the choice of bookmakers that exists on the Internet. Because many players often believe that in the world there are only a few bookmakers in which they are accustomed to always play. And where to bet, in the end, everyone must decide for himself.

Well, in fact there is only few places where you can safely bet on line. Pinnacle, Bet365, and few others,  no more than 20. The rest is all garbage. And when you put a list, you claim that there are 100 or 50 BEST bookies on line, you are actually suggesting that they are all good, some better than others.

In real world, bookies like Cloudbet and 10xbit are garbage and scammers. Just check last 10 pages on Cloudbet thread on this forum and see what is Cloudbet doing to me, and than tell me that they should be on any list that starts with the word BEST.

@teteczv

I actually think Ronnie is a good guy here just trying to help out by linking the forum users to the Cloudbet site owners, probably without any pay just trying help out.

There is no need to get frustrated with Ronnie. Though it seems you have a valid case to be upset I would request you complain to the gambling licence issuer now because the owners of Cloudbet are ignoring you and Ronnie has no effective power to do anything about it.

It is good enough that information sent to Ronnie is at least getting traction with the Cloudbet site owners with some form of response in most cases. I know it is not not enough but still you should contact the licence issuer and complain now because they Cloudbet owners are messing you about.

I have absolutely nothing against Ronnie, but still he is trying to downplay and silenced people who have valid cases.

Complaint to E-gambling Montenegro will be as efective as complaint to the mailman. They are taking 10 000 euros per month from Cloudbet, and the possibilty to take players side in any kind of dispute is close to zero. I'm from Croatia and Montenegro is neighbouring country, and I very well know how things go there. Montenegro is one of the most corrupted countrys in Europe. In any other european country E-gambling Montenegro would have been closed long time ago.

This is all my faulth, I should have checked all this long before I deposited to this scam side. I will make sure no one else make that mistake.
12  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cloudbet | Bitcoin Casino & Sportsbook | The No.1 Bitcoin Gambling Site on: October 19, 2018, 06:50:25 PM
@teteczv Our ADR is EGM, you can find their contact page here.

You aren't being investigated for winning, but because our system flagged some activity as suspicious. As I've stated previously I don't know why you were flagged specifically as I'm not involved with the investigation process, but we would never refuse to pay out winners - any crypto casino and sportsbook deliberately refusing legitimate payouts wouldn't last long in a niche industry.

Thanks very much,

Ronnie @ Cloudbet

First of all, you keep repeating flagged activity, betting integrity, suspicious activity, all empty woprds. So far you didn't offer here ONE SINGLE SHRED OF EVIDENCE. Not one. I call you to post my entire betting history, you gave me excuses. I dear you now to post ONE SINGLE SUSPICIOUS BET. Only one. Let see what are you accusing me off. I know that you are not involved in the investigations, but since you work for Cloudbet, how difficult is for you to obtain ONE SINGLE SUSPICIOUS BET from my betting history and present it here? Only one thiny bet? Is that impossible?

You will not do that again, because there are no such bets. Cloudbet is making up fancy stories in atempt to steal players money.

Second, you have just offered me to submit complain to E-gambling Montenegro. Let see for example what Ask Gamblers, very reputable casino review site has to say about E-gambling Montenegro:

https://www.askgamblers.com/online-casinos/cloud-bet-casino-review/

Copy paste from the page: NOTE: WARNING: Cloudbet Casino operates under E-Gambling Montenegro license, a licensing authority whose legal rights to organize games of chance via internet and other telecommunication channels have been a matter of court trial recently and not yet decided.

Do you understand meaning of this? CLOUDBET IS WORKING WITHOUT LEGAL LICENSE. Is that simple. And you are expecting me to ask justice from a shady company being currently on several trials on Montenegro courts, and the only reason they are still operating is that the company owner is Montenegro prime minister cousin?

This is where I shouls sick justice? You got to be kiding me. I tell you what. Here is ESSA.

http://www.eu-ssa.org/

They are impartial organization investigating suspicious and alegedly fixed games. Why don't you send them suspicious games from my betting history and see what will they told you. I bet they will have good laugh.

Well, I'm preparing one big post with my case and the investigations that I have done on Cloudbet and E-gambling Montenegro. When I'm done I will publish it on SBR forum, and basicaly on every betting and bitcoin forum I have heard off. And I will bump on those threads each and every day. I will also wright to the owners of SBR and the other forums and warn them that they are promoting scam. I will make sure that I'm the last person Cloudbet has scamed.

I garantee you that no matter how much you pay SBR to keep your rating, no one will ever deposit to Cloudbet again.
13  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cloudbet | Bitcoin Casino & Sportsbook | The No.1 Bitcoin Gambling Site on: October 19, 2018, 09:51:25 AM
@teteczv - If you wish to escalate the situation further you are welcome to contact our ADR, who would be able to investigate the issue independently using the information provided by both parties to come to an impartial decision.

I can't comment on the investigation myself as I have no information about player's betting history, and wouldn't know what to look for even if I did. If it's all a mistake then i'll be issuing a rather large apology and expecting an explanation from our teams on how you were falsely flagged, with assurances that this won't happen to others in future.

Ronnie @ Cloudbet

Escalate the situation? I didn't create any situation, you did that when you locked my account without any reason and try to steal my money. What did you expect, that I will seat calm and watch you are stealing the money? Situation you say, there was no situation, I was betting singles in the 50-150 euros region size bets. If there is anyone normal and sane in Cloudbet, can he answer the simpliest question of all, If I knew of any fixed game, shouldn't I bet big on such a game? It is obvious that this "investigation" of yours has nothing to do with betting inetgrity, which is one of the most stupid expression and explanation I have ever heard of. You are simply buying time, delaying on purpose.

I don't want to escalate any situation, I want you to unlock my account so I can withdraw my money and forget about your ugly service. If you don't want winning players just put that on your site. You can put a sign, something like we only serve loosing customers.

I don't know what is ADR, and I cannot contact anyone at Cloudbet because, guess what, THEY DON'T RESPOND TO EMAILS. Not even to confirm that they get my documents. How is that for customer service?

So be kind enough and tell me what is ADR and how can I contact him, them, or whatever? I just want this nightmare to be over. And I learnt my lesson, I will never deposit to shity, unlicensed sportsbook ever again.

.
14  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cloudbet | Bitcoin Casino & Sportsbook | The No.1 Bitcoin Gambling Site on: October 18, 2018, 09:05:36 AM

@teteczv I've been told that we are unable to post a player's betting history on a public thread, but I am sending messages every day to check for updates on your investigation. I'm trying to push things along and as soon as I have any information to provide I'll pass it along asap.

Thanks,

Ronnie @ Cloudbet

Sorry Ronnie, but I have enough of this. I appreciate your efforts but this isn't working. Of course that they won't let you post my betting history becouse that way they will have no argument for holding my money, and that id the point of all this, hold customers funds and work with that money. That is why everything was OK untill the moment I made the second withdrawal. They were afraid I will withdraw all of my funds, and they say, what the heck, we can trade with this man money for few months, let say that there is betting integrity investigations going on. Betting integrity my ass.

Cloudbet are cheaters, and they are working without license. I will go to SBR forum today, and post my entire case together with investigation I did on your bogus license. Lets see what will SBR community have to say about Cloudbet bussines model. Than I will open the same thread on every betting forum I have heard of, and I'm in the betting world for a long time. Let see how long can Cloudbet survive pulling things like they did on me.

I was cooperative long enough, I will no longer take this.
15  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cloudbet | Bitcoin Casino & Sportsbook | The No.1 Bitcoin Gambling Site on: October 18, 2018, 06:42:22 AM

@teteczv - I'm not involved with any of the investigations so can't comment personally, but I'll pass on your message to our teams and ask if it's possible for me to share any information on the ongoing process publicly. I can completely understand your frustration, and will continue to chase this for you and try to push for the situation to be resolved as the highest priority.

Thanks,

Ronnie @ Cloudbet

No Ronnie, you cannot understand my frustration. You would understand my frustration only if someone try to steal your wallet with 2000+ euros in it, and in the same time the thief is yealing that you are the thief. Only in that case you will understand my frustration.

I am stil waiting for you to post my betting history. Lets all the gambling and bitcoin comunity here see what I have been accused of and have a good laugh. Lets all people here see what kind of bookie you are.

You are holding my money for one month now WITHOUT ANY REASON WHATSOEVER. I have already submit official complain to SBR. Obviosly I cannot submit official complaint to the company that issued you licenes since that company doesnt exist at all. You hold mine 2000 euros. I depend on that money. Can you please tell me who will pay me compensation for not having my money for one month?

If you dont pay me my money until Monday I will open one big bold thread at SBR forum explaining the situation. Let see why SBR is supporting thiefs and see what have members ther have to say about all this.
16  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cloudbet | Bitcoin Casino & Sportsbook | The No.1 Bitcoin Gambling Site on: October 14, 2018, 08:06:46 AM
Afternoon all,

@Teteczv - Unfortunately your account is still under investigation and I haven’t received any updates about the progress, but I’ll keep chasing and let you know any results ASAP.

I can also assure you that we aren’t “preparing to disappear from online space stealing as much money as possible.” we are one of the oldest crypto casino and sportsbooks and will soon be celebrating our 5 year anniversary.

Than act like one. You don't behave like a "one of the oldest crypto casino and sportsbook". You act like an amateur fraud sportsbook, who is trying to collect as much money as possible and disappear. Good sportsbook does not lock accounts without reason, and not respond to emails. They are not threatening that will keep customer funds for 6 months.

Have you ever heard this happening to Pinnacle or Bet365?

I dear you to post my entire betting history here and point which games you team find it suspicious. And if there are any like that, which I seriously doubt, explain why the betting amounts on those bets are the same as on any other bets. Surely, if I know of any fixed games I would have bet big on those games.

If you consider yourself as a serious sportsbook, you cannot act like this. I'm accused of God knows what (betting integrity, lol) and I must wait 6 months. You should be more considered about the integrity of that"company" that issued you illegal license.

This is how rats and thieves act.

OK?
17  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cloudbet | Bitcoin Casino & Sportsbook | The No.1 Bitcoin Gambling Site on: October 09, 2018, 12:23:59 PM
BUMP

I filed an official complaint to SBR today, and while I was there I find two cases same as mine. Here is one of them:

https://www.sportsbookreview.com/forum/bitcoin-sports-betting/3493764-cloudbet-11-11-2018-banned-account.html

Completely the same demands with ridiculous explanation of suspect in betting integrity, with the same warning that the "investigation" can take up to 6 months.  My opinion is that Cloudbet are preparing to disappear from on line space stealing as much money as possible.

I will contact Montenegro gambling authorities if it is possible for them to contact that shady company that is issuing "license" to scam books like Cloudbet, although I don't expect much there. Montenegro is one of the must corrupt countries in Europe.

However, try to spread the word on Cloudbet, don't let other players be scammed like me or that fellow from the sbr forum.
18  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cloudbet | Bitcoin Casino & Sportsbook | The No.1 Bitcoin Gambling Site on: October 05, 2018, 05:09:32 PM
It has been 25 days since Cloudbet froze my account. I heard nothing from their team since than, although I sent them all the documents they asked for the very next day.  This ronnie guy who is speaking on their behalve on this forum is also ignoring my messages. In the meantime I did some investigations in Montenegro. It seems that the company that issues Cloudbet a license is shady company with lot or problems with the Montenegro gambling authorities, and it looks like that they have no right to issues those license at all. So basically Cloudbet is working with bogus license, meaning they have no license at all.

On Monday I will file complaint with SBR and see what they can do about my money.

In the meantime, be smart and STAY AWAY from Cloudbet.
19  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cloudbet | Sportsbook and Casino | Bet with BTC and BCH | 100% Deposit Bonus on: September 17, 2018, 03:46:51 PM

The other user has had their account frozen while an investigation takes place into betting integrity. Unfortunately i'm unable to comment on the ongoing investigation on public forums as it would be unfair on the players and a potential breach of data handling laws, but I am already in contact with the player via PM and will provide updates where possible.

We were one of the first crypto Casino and Sportsbook operators out there, and have had a huge number of very happy customers since 2013. Reading back through this thread should show the lengths we are prepared to go to to help out with customer issues.

If you have any questions I'll be happy to answer, publicly or via PM.

Thanks very much,

Ronnie @ Cloudbet

Ronnie, feel free to post here my entire betting history. You have my permission to do that. You can even post my picture here, or my full name and surname. I don't care. I don't know what betting integrity means, I don't know even if that phrase has any significant meaning which I doubt, but I have nothing to hide. I didn't bet big, I didn't bet any shady games, for Christ sake one third of my bets were on US Open, bets like overs and under in the first set.

Locking winning accounts isn't the right way to succeed in this business.
