You seem a nice person, you are always courteous and forthcoming. You are helpful and try your best but I think you should not be representing Cloudbet in any capacity. The "suspicious" flag/activity card is usually used by gaming/gambling sites when they selectively scam users.

There are obviously problems with Cloudbet and their operations, there is no need for you to taint your good name with these people.

Let Cloudbet use someone else to be their public face, you deserve better than this.

First of all, you keep repeating flagged activity, betting integrity, suspicious activity, all empty woprds. So far you didn't offer here ONE SINGLE SHRED OF EVIDENCE. Not one. Well, I'm preparing one big post with my case and the investigations that I have done on Cloudbet and E-gambling Montenegro. When I'm done I will publish it on SBR forum, and basicaly on every betting and bitcoin forum I have heard off. And I will bump on those threads each and every day. I will also wright to the owners of SBR and the other forums and warn them that they are promoting scam. I will make sure that I'm the last person Cloudbet has scamed.

I garantee you that no matter how much you pay SBR to keep your rating, no one will ever deposit to Cloudbet again.

There is no need to get frustrated with Ronnie. Though it seems you have a valid case to be upset I would request you complain to the gambling licence issuer now because the owners of Cloudbet are ignoring you and Ronnie has no effective power to do anything about it.

It is good enough that information sent to Ronnie is at least getting traction with the Cloudbet site owners with some form of response in most cases. I know it is not not enough but still you should contact the licence issuer and complain now because they Cloudbet owners are messing you about.

They are taking 10 000 euros per month from Cloudbet, and the possibilty to take players side in any kind of dispute is close to zero. I'm from Croatia and Montenegro is neighbouring country, and I very well know how things go there. Montenegro is one of the most corrupted countrys in Europe. In any other european country E-gambling Montenegro would have been closed long time ago.

This is all my faulth, I should have checked all this long before I deposited to this scam side. I will make sure no one else make that mistake.

If you have round 2000EUR that they are not giving access to you to then that is unacceptable but if anything it sounds like a typical case of selective scamming.

Sorry to read about your issue. I think it is time take the complaint to a higher level because you are not getting any joy. Even with the corruption before you make a complaint to the licence issuer maybe you should do the ADR way first as Ronnie suggested.

Informing people about your plight is the right way forward but you have to be proactive in other ways too.

These "SBR" people you wrote to about your complaint might not see things your way so you need another plan just in case as a back up.

I hope you get your money back, this sounds like selective scamming to me. Cloudbet should allow you access to your funds.

First up i'd like to point out that Mirae is not in any way paid by us to 'shill' (although it should go without saying if you just check their post history!) We have run paid signature campaigns in the past but do not approach individuals to promote us on the forums via fake positive messaging.

@JollyGood I'm a social and community manager at Cloudbet so I am employed to keep an eye on the forums as part of my duties, but I'm also active on Twitter, Telegram, skype, etc to stay in touch with our players, organise events and promotions, and try to solve any issues that come through via those channels.

I work with some very talented individuals who genuinely care about providing a great crypto casino and sportsbook experience. Not just because most of us are gamers ourselves, but because we all believe in the power of crypto and want to see it succeed as a successor to fiat. I can safely say that the vast majority of us wouldn't choose to work for a company that was 'selectively scamming' customers.

I know most people only see the negative issues that are posted on the forums or via social media, but we have a huge number of happy customers playing daily, placing bets and making withdrawals instantly. Unfortunately I only tend to interact with the players that do run into issues, but that's why I'm here - to catch anyone that has fallen through the cracks.

@teteczv I haven't posted your betting history because I'm not allowed to share player data publicly online. I'm not accusing you of anything, just stating the reasons for the investigation. I'm also not part of the investigation team so probably wouldn't even be able to point out what a suspicious bet was.

I'm very much hoping this can be cleared up soon and that it's all a massive misunderstanding, but until then the only thing I can do is continue to push for a resolution in the investigation and relay any information I receive back from the team.

@LTU_btc Thanks for getting in touch, it looks like something is missing from the screenies you posted. There were some issues with our odds provider over the weekend so it could be the cause. Could you please PM me your Cloudbet nickname so I can investigate? If it's just as case of us not having the lines for that league I'll make a request to our sportsbook teams to add them for you.
