I love how it is stated that everyone has their miners now. I doubt half of anyone has received their miners.. I know for a fact I haven't received a thing not even a thank you card.

It does show he is still going to be an exhibitor at the Las Vegas one. I can't go into much details about any lawsuits or anything of that matter however, I am still working on getting this resolved for everyone as well. Josh is continually burning all the bridges he possibly can. Good luck to everyone in these matters. It is only a matter of time before Josh and everyone else affiliated with AMT's unlawful activites are going have to answer for their crimes. - Jared

I think they are mistakenly thinking they only had one customer... not the hundreds of customers that haven't received working miners... unless they are counting the broken ones they shipped.

I am posting this here since it was deleted by AMT on the New Official AMT Thread and was in response to continued public deformation of IMET.
Cease and desist on these acts of public deformation of IMET. The truth will come out in the proper forum based on your lawsuit post.
Your previous remarks, posts and comments regarding AMT, our dealings, and just about everything you discussed was a direct breach of contract based on the NDA you signed at the start of our dealings. Threatening the "mysterious answer" of how to fix the boards for an additional payment you felt was due for a 90% failed production run, was a sleazy thing to do. Your production is what caused our boards to fail, plain and simple. We have the original boards and all of them suffer from one specific flaw which after more than one PCB diagnostician analyzed them each came to same conclusion - which is IMET failed to do something vital during their production process. The lack of which caused almost all the modules to fail immediately or shortly there after. Those which lasted through testing did not survive more than a few weeks to a month. IMET If you care so much about your reputation you'll refund us so that we can refund our clients. Or we'll continue and sue you for a lot more than the refunded amount. You'll also spend about that much during these proceedings especially if we join you in the class action. Think about it. ON A PUBLIC FORUM
AS SOON AS IMET ISSUES US A REFUND FOR THE HUNDREDS OF MODULES WE HAVE THAT DO NOT WORK WE WILL REFUND ALL CLIENTS WISHING TO RECEIVE REFUNDS.
WE HAVE PAID IMET OVER 200,000 DOLLARS - THAT'S A LOT OF REFUNDS. *Yawn* Heard this one before... except they were blaming phin for their short comings. Hey IMET can I have a refund please? Since AMT can't seem to find their money? If this story is true it has a sense of irony to it... the scammer getting scammed? lol |

I wouldn't say he alone is "leading" the lawsuit. AMT screwed so many customers over with hopes and dreams based on empty promises that there were/are plenty of people willing to join in on this lawsuit. Not that it matters, but Mr. Lenell isn't the one that started it, he joined because he knew he should and just because he begged for 4 weeks doesn't mean anything, other than he really wanted to believe in the empty dreams AMT was/is providing. This lawsuit isn't solely about money. It is about the fraud and deception that AMT has fostered. It's about all the people and their families that have been burned by AMT, Joshua Zipkin and Jim Brown. If you are Josh or Jim who cares. Even if you are some other guy, a puppet of Josh or Jim, it doesn't matter. The only thing that matters is that people are given what they are/were promised and that is why this lawsuit exists, because AMT obviously was not holding up their side of the bargain. |

AMT screwed a lot of us over... there are over 250 pages acknowledging this. I'm hoping my post will change this forum, though I highly doubt it will. I don't care about anything else other than everyone getting what they deserve and I think this forum would do much better if everyone was of like mind. If AMT gets these miners out yippie more power to them (I don't believe them since they have lied about delivery several times over) however I just ask everyone to try to keep the posts on relevant info. Thank you for listening everyone. Alyssa, does this PSU issue effect everyone or do you have enough for your earlier orders? What about the orders that are # 1000 - 1100? How soon can they expect to receive their miners? Have you already sent out miners to others on the list? and if so what order are you at as far as complete builds? What order are you at as far as DIYers? I understand that some other people may get them slightly sooner if they do the DIY route if it is only a few days difference than it doesn't make sense for me to do that. It seems you are responding more which is great! I'm sure that 80% of your customers here wouldn't be so... upset, had you done this from the start however that is in hind sight. I just want to know just like everyone else does a realistic date on when you are planning your deliveries.... Thank you. |

I get on here for updates and it is penguins and kittens and/or people that haven't even made the mistake of buying a miner from AMT. maybe post relevant things on here and act like grown adults, that would be nice. Anyone want me to head over to Frederick to inspect the machine with a couple of tools? Doesn't matter to me personally, it isn't my machine, what difference does it make if that machine he has does what it is supposed to do? Doesn't benefit me unless I have one in my hands. The one that was promised to me months ago. |

A client which sympathizes with our situation on this thread made some high def photos of his 1.2Th, we thank for his help.
I'm looking at this picture and it doesn't quite add up... I don't see a cat 5 hook up in the back yet it shows it is powered on and hashing when the cat 5 in the front isn't hooked up. arent pis also wifi enabled?  or possibly the display sticks if you just pop the ethernet out possible... but don't see wifi card or antenna either. |

AMt_miners I am still waiting for your response, you asked me my order number and didn't respond. Is that what you call customer service?
They have none. It is too difficult for them to train someone and it will take weeks to get that rep up to speed to address simple questions at least that is what was stated a few weeks back via AMT. |

Selling ORDER # 870 3 miners because AMT wont give me a refund  Leaving for active duty April 7th and need to get rid of them as training is at least a year long in multiple states Sorry to say but I don't know anyone that would want the 3 make believe miners you paid for at this point. |
