Hi all, if anyone can help me i will be greatly appreciated
2 out of my 5 prospectors that i ordered are working, but my computer can't detect the other 3, i have used the device manager but it doesn't show the 3 boards, and i have tried using zadig and cgminer to try and detect them but no my computer still doesn't register them. Any help would be great

P.S. my other 2 boards are hashing at a combined effort of 980 ghs which is at a 729 mhz, the first one is at 515ghs while the other is at 480ghs, if you guys can help me boost the second card up, that would also be great

Hey all i got 5 out of my 6 prospectors here today, Ken didn't give me any tracking but it is here with harness kits and everything. just missing the one now. I have the psu's and water coolers coming on monday. so i will tell you how many of them work.

Ya i have H80i's and 650RM from corsair . I have already installed them on 4 of the boards - http://imgur.com/qGYFeqN1 works perfect . I still have to install on one other board . Ill do that 2mro . Do you have gold rush boards or prospectors? I'm wondering if the 650RM's aren't providing enough power... Gold rush boards will need 850w I think. He got prospectors he told me via pm cause i have been contacting him lately about my 6 orders that i am still waiting for. I just wish i can get some tracking |

Just to update - emkay47 is claiming to have recieved his remaining Prospector Boards. No word on the functionality of said boards yet. So guys , After a long wait . I have finally received my 4 remaining Prospector Boards . Here are the pics - http://postimg.org/image/w6tex1tx9/I guess , VMC just lacks logistics , but they are not a scam or a lie . Ken , stood to his words , and i have got my package . Thanks , ken . Update from Emkay47 Ya man , even i asked him to convert my remaining prospectors for Gold Rush .
But he refused , i am testing my boards , 1 dead so far . Showing as a Zombie .

Ken has told me that my 6 prospectors are staying as prospectors and that they have been shipped according to his project manager.
I will give you an update once i get tracking.
They have been shipped? Lol, I belive that when you get them. Putting stuff in boxes is just too damn hard to do for ActM. Accepting money on other hand is something they are great at. i am hoping it isn't bullshit, most likely it is. They are good at accepting money but it's too damn difficult to pack the prospectors into boxes and ship them haha Well i will tell you tomorrow if i get tracking |

So did anyone other than bar graphics get one of these that work.....  ?? I've been watching this closely : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=491609.0Update [April 21 2014] Computerjesus and Kodemadge are friends and they were talking about the same order I've updated the DOA rate to 60% accordingly. So, of the 25 known boards ordered: 15 Delivered are dead on arrival (computerjesus/ Kodemadge) 4 didn't get delivered (emjay47) 4 delivered and working. All,
I've order a prospector - I'm yet to initiate the bank transfer but will do possibly today or tomorrow.
I will make sure to tell you all about how the process goes, how quickly the prospector arrives in the UK, setup, etc - I'm also going to do a video on the setup, and a review generally, so stay tuned.
But the first step, ordering the card, worked fine. I've seen complaints that the shopping card doesn't work but it definitely seemed to work absolutely fine for me.

Weekly Update 4/2/2014
Pre-Order Customers:
We are offering 20% off the price of our Prospector card for our Pre-Order customers. We will apply your pre-order payment to your total Prospector card order. You will need to use this voucher code URZSZLUF and have a valid pre-order with us. Should your pre-order amount not cover the total on your order you will need to pay the difference. If there is a balance left we will issue you a voucher for a future purchase. When ordering as a pre-order customer you will need to add the Order ID of the pre-order you want transferred in the comment section of the order.
Datacenter:
The datacenter should be coming on line this week, barring any unforeseen problems. We will be bring up 1 rack at a time. We will have 4 racks in this phase with ~60 TH/s coming on line. We will be adding additional step-down transformers to bring the total up to 100 TH/s after we get the first phase running. The next phase will be to bring the datacenter up to 200 TH/s after the first month of running the first phase.
MSD Investigation:
We are continuing to work with the MSD through our lawyer to bring this to a conclusion is the shortest amount of time as possible.
Sells:
We have shipped our first miners and they have been delivered. We are continuing to get orders and we are continuing to ship miners.
Shares:
Next week I will start transferring shares to CT so our investors can start trading.

I have decided to stop asking for a refund as most likely they will give it, but it will take them ages. So i have decided to order these with the 9000 dollar pre order that i gave them in november. Once i get them i will post pictures of them working and them hashing and i can try and get this company some better reputation. (hoping here)

@rogerli9: Ken is a master wordsmith. He told his investors that Active mining started shipping product. They cheered. It turned out that the shipped product was ... rack slide rail. <==not kidding.
So when he tells you that refunds will "start in coming week," don't assume that you'll get yours.
He'll refund the guy who bought a slide rail, and you'll wait for yours til Ken comes up with a new story.
LOLOL HAHA yeah i know ken is a master wordsmith and really was it a rack slide rail? DAMN i guess both there companies aren't really good. |

I know i am going to get a lot of hate from saying this. I paid for my system on November the 24th and I have still being waiting for my system. I haven't given up on the company yet. I still believe they can give me my system that i have paid for. I understand that it is hard to get to the right amount of hash/s for the advertised amount. So for all the people that are asking for refunds and complaining. I recommend you become patient and just let VMC do it's thing. They aren't a bad company, all companies do this pre order stuff and make you wait ages, just give them time. Also for people that still have faith in this company. My order is said to be delivered on the 20th of march, so i am excited P.S. i know i am going to get a lot of hate ] HAHAHAHAHAHAHA 20th of march. What the hell are they going to build it with? Are you not paying attention at all? If (and I mean the slightest tiny little if you can imagine) they are EVER going to ship a product, it will be at least six months away or more. Sue them, or get your refund on the way, because you aren't getting a miner. Yeah i might do that, would you be able to help me to how to ask for a refund? |
