1  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: **WARNING** Do NOT buy Gift Cards from "MrBossMan" on: March 01, 2016, 10:20:29 PM
OP is alt of chronicsky and many others which I could state. He is angry that I refused to do business with him because he wanted free egifts. Post up pics of me scamming you? I'm waiting...We never did business ever. Fuck off I reported your thread to mod and is trying to get you banned for accusing me of something when we never done business. Also, you posted in wrong thread. Haters gonna hate.

Show proof of all your successful deals. Also unlock your thread if you are a legit seller.

I asked you a question first. Show me proof of me scamming you? I don't see anyone jumping on your thread who actually bought from me saying I scammed them right? Haters gonna hate.

There wouldn't be anyone jumping on OPs thread that bought from you because NO ONE HAS BOUGHT FROM YOU.

Yes, I'm sure all $500 Walmart egifts given to many hero trusted members of this community was all fake too? Your an idiot.

Proof?

I'd like to see the staff remove the thread locking option for accounts below full member status, as 90% of the time scammers use it to their advantage. I've been scammed twice this year so far for just under $600, and thats by me not following my own rules with using escrow for every transaction even if the person you are dealing with appears to be trusted. Sorry if I offended anyone by my thread I just wanted to create some awareness, if anyone else has any ideas how to tackle this problem please voice your opinion.

With that being said, how well would a 3rd party verification service for bitcointalk members work? You upload a picture of you holding up your ID, proof of address and contact information, social networks (facebook, twitter, instagram). Once verified you receive an a forum signature that shows your level of verification, and a link to your verification profile. If this would help the community I'd be interested in a JV for this, and i'll invest whatever is needed to get it completed.

I think that would be a great idea, I think that might have been talked about before here but got pushed aside a few months ago.

I'd second that ... I haven't heard of that idea proposed yet, but shiiiit anything is better than the way things are going now.

How the owner can tracked when he widthraw to euro from an exchange site?

And one last question, if he never widthraw and do only btc payments how he can be tracked?

I am just try to figure out how is possible to track the pc or ip or name of the owner?

As i think only the balance and transfers from one address to another can be tracked but never reveal any other personal info...

I am looking to try to setup my 20 Antminer's s7 as solo mining.

Is thee any tutorial on how can i do it?

I know that the easiest way to do it is to use a service like solo.ckpool.org but are any negatives to try set it up on my own?

Thank you

17  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: About antminer s7 on: December 29, 2015, 10:20:48 PM
With some simple calculations you can see that you need about 1300 $ to get one S7.

Then you can get for the first two weeks with current difficulty about 155$ (1 btc 430$) and then with the next difficulty at least 10% up you will get for next two weeks 140 $.

One month total profit 295$

Then if you calculate the extra about 8% difficulty up every two weeks (and for now what i say is very minimum) then you will see that you will need about 10-12 months to get your money back and then start from 2017 for profit.

You can imagine how much you will earn with that machine in 2017 with halving (50% up the difficulty extra to what you count) at this summer...

No way!

You must bet that the btc price will go at least 100% up !!!!!

If you are looking for profit then it doesn't worth at all even with free electricity unless if you mine a lot of btc and you can do something with them and earn some extra money (forget about exchange as the profit is small) and unless that you hope that the btc price will be increase a LOT !
