I had been an idiot selling always the btc rewards in signature campaign. I do like to encourage more users to invest in bitcoin but never had done all the things I said to myself like investing in bitcoin. I had several reasons why I made such poor decision making.
First, I had bought high bitcoin and sell low. It was a result of being panic that market will going to collapse and bitcoin will going to end.
Second, I do not believe other users when they say in regards to bitcoin market movement will do good ocer a period of time and instead follow my instinct resulted to the decision of selling it low to save some of my funds rather than getting none. But it was completely wrong!
Third, Emotions overflowed and my patience is low that it did not help me in the investment.
Fourth, After I get discourage I end up making another bad decision making in which I bought a scam token in the ICO. I did not learn my lesson well about scam ICO.
Now, I know that bitcoin will going to have a bullish trend since bitcoin market was 10K$. I had that feeling already but due to bad experience I never get the chance to prove again to invest again in bitcoin. Sad but now I had made a huge regrets not doing the things I do advise to others investing into bitcoin is good.
However, I had also read some posts of newbies being able to get the chance to buy bitcoin and now enjoy watching the market as it moves closely to 40K$. This is no ordinary event and I was not able to take part of it.

Unfortunately I have the same situation as you, although bitcoin is closing to $39k now I am feeling very upset and sad because I didn't bought bitcoin back then when it was just in the $6k range and now I am watching in pain as bitcoin's price rapidly rises. I also think about the thing that it is better to sell it even though you bought it at a higher price than get nothing at all and that was the mistake that prevent me from enjoying bitcoin's lovely moment and I hope that opportunity rises again and by then let us all try to grasp that opportunity. |

This lockdown killed a lot of us, much more than virus. Sometimes economic problems are much worse than medical
It's really hard to make decision when you can get crushed eitherway. Not locking down means more dead peolpe due to pandemic and locking down bringing economic disaster. If the government is competent enough to do something when we are being locked down then it might ease our burden but most of the government are somewhat incompetent anyway which also brings us to another silly disaster which is pandemic spreading so fast despite the lockdown and economy collapsing. Its not that governments are incompetent, its just every single one of us including people in higher positions struggles because of the pandemic but if your country is somehow already experiencing economic problems even before the pandemic that's when you think about your government because it can kill poor people and put them in a very big disadvantage but we always need to keep in mind that sacrifices are made, decisions are made during this pandemic and whatever the decision is we will always have problems because its a pandemic, we are fighting virus here so it will be a really rough road. |

The election is necessary for each country but it doesn't mean that our situation would get worse. Why don't we look at the brighter side of life instead of doubting our government? The government can't end the problems that we're going through but let's give them a chance to lead us and decide what's best for us.
Okay first of all I think he is just talking about the US because not all countries will have elections this year and I think that the government will not immediately jump into increasing citizen's taxes, inflation etc. because if they do they just like slowly killing their people and the country itself so I doubt it. and I am with you in letting government what's the best for us because at the end of the day, it is us that voted them so might as well believe and them that everything will be under control but it will be a rough road because at the end of the day we are all victims here. |

Personally I don't feel that we are all equal.
People who have cars can go on a trip while those who have less money have to sit at home whole summer.
People who have money eat healthy food and vitamins to improve the immune system, people who have less money often have no choise.
Of course I learned something from all this situation with lockdown. But this is more about my own life!
I agree with OP. Our family doesn't own a car so we're stuck here at home... for months. Doing groceries are harder because you need to carry all those weight while commuting, and staying away from people to avoid contact. Also, the paranoia is greater since I'm living with a bunch of high risk people (seniors and a PWD). Well if we are talking about the virus then we are all equal, everyone can be infected by the virus, from poor to rich and from young to old but honestly OP's opinion is wrong, we aren't all equal, rich people can fully follow to the health protocols such as stay at home and do not go out as much as possible, go out only if you are gonna get some things for you and your family but poor people needs to be out there in the streets working just to earn some money so that they can have something to eat and I am feeling sad because authorities still manage to arrest some of those people, I mean we are all in the same ocean but were all in a different boat, poor people will risk it because its either they die from the virus or die from hunger and seeing them get arrested for violating quarantine rules makes me think that we are losing humanity, some country's government are struggling to aid their citizen so poor people will not only be depending to the government's help but also to themselves that's why they are risking to go out and find something that will earn them money and put food in their table. This pandemic really makes us see the gap between the poor to rich, this also makes us reveals our true selves whether we will still be concern for others or we'll just take care of ourselves. |

Using Bitcoin isn't that easy. There are some drawbacks. If you need to send somebody money and choose Bitcoin for this purpose, you need to buy it the first. And the recipient will have to cash out Bitcoin. And don't forget about Bitcoin high volatility.
if you want to send money to someone, we better disburse it from Bitcoin to the currency we use, if we send it in bitcoin, the recipient has to create a bitcoin wallet first, so this will make it difficult for the recipient. Well the two people that are involved in the transactions should have bitcoin wallet in the first place because if they will consider using bitcoin in their transactions and then the other one isn't fully aware of what bitcoin is then they might have problems with the transaction. Its better to stick to the traditional way if you are not still comfortable using bitcoin and I can't really blame those people who are afraid or who avoid using bitcoin for you will really risk a lot in there, it takes good amount of knowledge. |

Covid-19 cases has deal with many country activities because of the lockdown the government has put in place. Many people lost their life for corona virus just because they disobey the law the government put on ground to protect them from the virus.
I think the vaccine is a solution to the covid-19 that is spreading all over the world. Many countries are testify about the vaccine that is really helping them to end the virus in the country.
Vaccine isn't the only solution we have to end the pandemic, there are some countries who have defeated the virus without the presence of vaccine, countries like for example New Zealand, they defeated the virus and the vaccine isn't even made yet and why is that? because the government and the people have one goal, they are doing all of their parts in fighting the virus, people are well disciplined to follow health protocols given by the government and government did their part but for countries who have worst pandemic situation than any countries a vaccine is their solid hope in defeating the virus but honestly even if the vaccine is made if people are still not well disciplined to follow rules then it will be a long process but for me the real vaccine here is discipline, following health protocols given by the government, we citizens will have big impact to the outcome of the pandemic situation in our country |

Need to give officials and Political people better salary and more bonuses.
Then They Don't need to steal or bribe as their salary will be higher.

Bad idea in my opinion because corruption doesn't depend on salary so much. If people earn more money they could still get more through corruption. Also the salary of politicians and officials should be somewhere close to rest of the economy. If there is a huge gap between the government salary and the private sectors people could become angry. Another thing is if the government can actually afford high salaries. Usually corruption is very high in poorer countries. So it might be very hard to increase the salaries for all politicians across the board. Well in my opinion its not really about how high their salary is because for them at least there is no high or low, they will always want more than they are earning and those kinds of people usually gain more confidence in doing it if the citizen is not well educated about what's happening in their country and yes corruption is often happening in poorer countries and that is why some countries don't progress at all so that is why voters needs to be wise in choosing who will they vote for. |

Money matters!!
I would always go for a job that pays well even if I am not happy as I need to pay bills and buy stuff that I like. In the meantime, I would certainly carry on with my search for a job with the same salary range in the field that I love.
In life it is very hard to find a job that you love and pays you good. But, as we all know life is a struggle and we need to overcome those struggles.
Life is not easy, it is harder and everyone has to face it but what we are doing is trying to avoid it so we are struggling for our basic needs since we prefer salary over the career.Remember the first step is always harder once we start doing it then we will be the master of it and at some point we will earn more with no tiredness of doing that job. Yes money really matters in our life but it isn't the most important thing, money is very overrated and honestly life is more than just money. If I were to choose between the two I will choose a job that I like/love even if it only pays me low because money is not a good thing to be our main goal in choosing our career path because if you do and you don't like the job very much you will suffer for the rest of your life, as long as I am earning with the job that I love even if its only a low salary I will still continue on doing it for I won't see it as my job only but as something that I love to do and i will be happy doing my job but if the job I like doesn't earn me money at all or I barely earn from that job it is a different story, with that situation you need to be practical and set aside your dreams but don't forget about it because you will eventually find it after things have settled in your life |

You need face masks almost anywhere these days. Without them you are kit allowed to enter stores, offices or restaurants. So we all need them, there is no way around it. Which doesn't mean we need to buy them. Face masks can easily made at home out of old clothes. One good thing from making masks yourself is that you can wash them at home and reuse them. The cheap hospital masks can't usually be washed and have to been thrown away eventually. A home made mask from cotton can be washed by 60C+ to kill the virus.
Cloth or fabric mask is still a good thing to have when you go outside because it still helps in keeping you and others safe from each other in case one of you is infected without knowing it or what we called asymptomatic but if you still want a decent protection surgical mask is the best options specially if you still go to work and interact with some people, that thing will prevent you from the virus and if you have some cash you can also buy a faceshield which will really help you avoiding the virus and you can just wear a simple fabric mask if you are wearing a face shield because you have 2 layers of protection already. |

I have an old friend in this forum who has been here for a while now and have witness so many development on the frorum, it was easy to rank up on this forum when the merit system was not in place all that was needed then was to have sufficient Post's with certain amount of activities to rank up on all level and ranks. But with the introduction of the merit system the power is now in the hand of the member of the forum and how good and informative you posts is that will be worth some merits.
So my advice to us newbies on the forum is to create good and quality contents, high quality Posts and create thread that add value to the forum.
Now if you want to rank up, you must post quality posts. With the advent of the merit system, the easy way to rank up by posting spam has disappeared. How much are you contributing to this forum, depending on how much merit you qualify for. I have seen many members who have posted thousands of spam but have not earned a single merit, they are still in that newbie rank. So there is no other option but to post quality in order to rank up in this forum. Honestly I have seen many users who are really posting some decent replies or post itself in the forum yet they are having a hard time earning and getting some merits here in the forum so what low merit users including me needs to do is to provide direct answers to other users here in the forum, an answer that will really clear all of the misunderstanding that has brought by the post itself, because with just simply saying your opinion even though are are quite knowledgeable about the topic other users may not see your reply, strive to make your reply and post stand out from the others, as of now I am still practicing it but generally I am still new in this forum so I think I have a long way to go. |

because the cryptocurrency in my country is not used for payment, so there is no special effect on crypto even though the economy is declining due to this pandemic, but in fact trading on my country's local exchange is still the same, there is no drastic decline.
Well for countries who don't have a good acceptance of cryptocurrency there will be almost no changes at all because it is not well entertained by many people in their so the changes will not even be visible enough to see but for countries who do have high acceptance and usage of cryptocurrency, the buying of crypto might be reduce due to the recession happening and many people might cashout their assets and turn it back to fiat because some people will lose their jobs because demand in the country will be greatly reduced, depending on the usage of the country, the more a country is active in cryptocurrency the more it will have an effect to cryptocurrency and its market. |

Only through the application and can make money? I don't think it's that easy. may be able to make money but the time needed to withdraw is very long and the results are not so much. You can search for it in the play store with the keyword "Faucet". but most of them are just scams and only advertisements. my suggestion is to install the Trading application , that is better.
I have searched a lot of apps in order to try and make money online. Not only the most of them are scams and those who are not require a high amount to reach in order to withdraw. This amount needs years to be reached so it really doesn't worth to try. I believe that we should not be so naive as to hope for easy money using applications. You are right that almost all such applications are fraud and almost always ask the user to deposit a certain amount of funds for further activities. as a result, the user will lose their funds and will never be able to withdraw as if the money earned. I made some money online when I was a kid. It was kind of fun, but it takes a lot of time for vers vers little money. I should have valued my time more and tried to do something more valuable (learning new skills) or even try to build a website instead of being a "customer" The only application options that gave at least a percentage of tidy up is software that provides the user with specific tasks, such as downloading various applications. Nevertheless, the payment for these actions is very low, and these tasks are very few. at the same time, you need to constantly monitor this application on your smartphone. it is unprofitable and does not provide the necessary income. Most of these have really low pay that it will take long time before you can cash out. It is better to treat them as not source of income but rather extra extra income that you are not expecting at the end of the month. Because most likely, it would take months before you can encash. Just try other solid jobs instead of these apps. If you live in a very poor country, this income could be interesting. But in most countries it's only beer cash. I would much rather mow grass or collect aluminum cans than lose my time with these apps I have tried a few money making apps and most of the apps I tried was a legitimate one but as you all have said it really takes a very long time to withdraw your earning and for me honestly the time and effort you will make will not be worth it for the reward we are getting but I looked at the link provided by the OP and most of the apps are not really money making apps but its like getting the percent of the money that you use in the said app, for example you bought something online and you use a cashback app then the price of the product you bought will be reduced and you can saved those money and the others are like investing and getting an interest in it but nonetheless it is still something we can get money from. |

Coronavirus has made us stay home for months now, Bitcoin's price rised while most stocks crashed. Bitcoin's price rise probably has something to do with Coronavirus, People are staying home, buying things online to avoid contact with other people. I totally agree with you.Due to pandemic, bitcoin got the attentions of the people who are terrified to go outside and just want to use online transaction to buy their needs. Bitcoin is very easy to use and hassle free, that is why bitcoin is the most used digital crypto all over the world.Well, on the positive side COVID 19 help other people to appreciate Bitcoin because of our situation right now BITCOIN really helps us to survive this pandemic just by staying home and help not spread the virus. KEEP SAFE EVERYONE. There are many payment methods for online transactions, bitcoin is only a small part of them. Even in some countries like China and Vietnam, payments in bitcoin or another cryptocurrency are prohibited. So I do not think that bitcoin is going up due to people participating in many online transactions. Perhaps during the epidemic many companies' stocks plunged so many investors turned to invest in bitcoin and that caused bitcoin to rise in price. This is what I have saying to myself upon reading post that says bitcoin's reason for its growing price was because of the people who are in quarantine and bought bitcoin because they are afraid to go outside, first of all fiat also have online transactions and in my country that is the one who really got lots of attention during this pandemic, lots of people sell stuffs online and then they mostly pay online and yes bitcoin's acceptance is not that great right now to think that people are using it because they don't want to touch paper money, in my country there are only few stores that accepts bitcoin so I really disagree that bitcoin got lots of attention because people are choosing it as their payment in online transactions, people are still comfortable with fiat and will always be. The only thing that is really happening right now is people are being exposed more to cryptocurrency, they are knowing about it but we may not know maybe some people will use bitcoin after months of knowing about it but still I think they won't still make it as their primary payment for online trnsactions. |

Well honestly upon reading your post I think you are on the right track, I don't know which coins you have bought but the fact that it is all down makes me think that you will get profit eventually specially if you have bought top tier cryptocurrencies, you definitely shouldn't worry about it for I'm sure you'll get profit from it you just need to wait for the right moment to sell it, just stick on holding it and do not try to trade it often because I think you are still a newbie.

Questions or not, but the world seems to have a say to the rising of the cryptocurrencies, its not that they're ignoring the fact that the cryptos were destroying their businesses or stocks or the system of every nation's currencies, but their simply making an act to regain its power by creating an online ways of fiat payments for any transactions.
Okay fist of all cryptocurrency did not destroy anything or currently destroying anything in the business and stock field or even the system of every country's currency, if there is to blame and it is obviously the pandemic that is happening to us right now and online fiat payments already existed many years ago, the usage of it just increased now because of the pandemic and it is not because to gain power or anything that you are saying. what would happen if the world abolish the use of paper-made money and adopt whole-heartedly the effectiveness of cryptocurrencies?
The termination of the use of paper-money is very possible but complete end of fiat is not possible, fiat is already embedded to our lives and if ever the world wants to go paper less then it will still be fiat, in my perspective crypto will not be ahead of fiat but what I see is fiat and crypto will collaborate to create much more better system that we have now and of course it is with blockchain. what nations could possibly rise if theres no more fiat in the world?

Like what I've said in the first questions, it is not very likely to happen, fiat will not be gone in this world. Yes, there is a lot of changes that is happening here in the world but keep in mind that it's still people who makes changes in this world and if the world can't keep up or adapt in the changes that is planned to make in our society then it is better to stay with it and just continue evolving on its path. |

It is true that almost all countries have experienced an increase in the amount of debt due to the unstoppable spread of the corona virus.
And the state must go into debt to save the economy, so it is true that increasing debt cannot be avoided. Without being indebted, the state
cannot provide assistance to its people who have lost their jobs, a big disaster that happened in 2020, indeed destroying the world economy.
Hopefully this COVID19 pandemic will end soon, so the national debt will not continue to increase.
Many countries are not really focusing on how big their debt it because people is more valuable than the country's economy, leaders are willing to accept that their country needs to be in debt in order to save its people and yes it is gonna be hard in the long run because the government will need to increase tax or anything in order to slowly pay their debt once this pandemic ends |

I think there are enough post in this forum on different boards where any low rank user can submit their post and earn merits. Distinguishing whether a post qualifies for merit or not completely depends on the OP.
You need to decide by yourself whether that post qualifies for a merit or not as every individual here has different criteria for awarding merits.
Honestly every post is worth to be merited as long as the given reply or post gives the people who will read it knowledge about a certain topic and yes we have different criteria for awarding merits to people in the forum but the main thing you need to target is the one I said in the first sentence because that's what the forum is all about but of course giving merits is hard for you can't just freely give it because your merit might decrease because of giving without thinking or understanding the topic and the reply first so I think we all need to research and give good answers to a topic and also add some reference where they can read more about a certain topic because that's add up to the goodness of our post. |
