1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [BCN] Bytecoin. Secure, private, untraceable since 2012 on: September 14, 2014, 02:59:51 PM
Did you watched the interview with the Father of C++ on reddit thread? all the 2 hours were so exciting for me!

The question is probably stupid, but is he related to the creation of BCN?

Let's just say, he relates to the all crypto-currency world. Without his developments there would be no bitcoin, any alternate cryptocurrencies, and many other great things
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Xmining Pool [BCN/XMR/FCN/QCN/XDN/BBR/DSH/AEON] CryptoNote Merge Mining on: August 10, 2014, 11:37:18 AM

3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Xmining Pool [BCN/MRO/FCN/QCN/XDN/BBR] CryptoNote Mining Pool on: August 04, 2014, 08:09:33 AM
Even more great news!

We've launched a mining pool for Aeon coin.

Feel free to share your hashrate with us! http://aeoncoin.xminingpool.com/

That sounds great. Adding new coins to the pool make this pool more attractive for us

I agree with you. Every time the new coin is available in this pools more new miners come and join this pool))
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [BCN] Bytecoin (CPU-mining, true anonymity) on: July 28, 2014, 06:38:34 PM
One of the reasons why I mine Bytecoin is that it require less energy to mine this coin than Bitcoin.
So, Bytecoin is more ecological coin than BTC. IMO, it's an important advantage in the area when environmental issues have risen to the fore
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [BCN] Bytecoin (CPU-mining, true anonymity) on: July 28, 2014, 12:01:18 PM
Well, Bytecoin is close to be added to hitbtc - https://hitbtc.com/vote

Did I get it right, if there is two ways to secure a place on hitbtc:
1) to be the currency with the highest number of votes (no it's impossible to vote for the coin)
2) to get 2 or more Market Makers. Who are that market makers?

Wow, I've forgotten about hitbtc. I don't know who exactly are market makers, but here is what I've found - https://hitbtc.com/mm
According to this info MM are members who signed market-maker contract and you must pay for the contract and to get some privileges.

Haha... just clicked that "become a market maker" thing, right? Well, that was easy.
You guys make such a big deal out of everything.

I clicked that and when I saw several conditions for market makers
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [ANN][XCN] Cryptonite - elegant & anonymous payments based on CryptoNote on: July 27, 2014, 07:33:53 PM
That's good there are guys who create not just forks but some useful soft for crypto currency system. It's a sign that crypto currency world is developing

Very interesting project, wish you good luck, especially with merged mining plans, which Im very excited about!

Me too. Very interesting to follow the development of the pool. It has a great perspective to become a veeeery big pool with a large number of miners
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bytecoin [BCN] vs MONERO [XMR] who will be the winner in the Cryptonote War on: July 13, 2014, 07:06:55 PM
Indeed, it's time to stop disputing, every body has their own view on BCN and if there is people who'd like to mine it, why not?

BTH, I mine Moneta Verde and think it is great coin. Better than Fantom.  Grin
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][MCN] Moneta Verde - CryptoNote coin with difficulty-BR (lnch at 15:00 GMT) on: July 02, 2014, 01:10:02 PM
I like the way Moneta Verde is growing, but you guys definitely need more pools.

I've donated a few coins to the fund to help you keep the things going.

More pools please!

Ok, removed premine designation from BCN.
They say that good news could bring you back to life. They are right.
Wow. Didn't know that BCN status is so important for you.

P.S. God save the Gliss. Hope that wise administration of CMC won't change their mind
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: CoinMarketCap.com - Market Cap Rankings of All Cryptocurrencies! on: June 26, 2014, 01:42:59 PM
Regarding BCN and the premine, I think we should stick with the definition of "mining before publicly launched".  And BCN was not heard of publicly until earlier this year.

If there is something to debate here, it would be weather or not launches on the deep web should be considered public.  I'm leaning towards no at this point, but feel free to debate it.  It's good to hash out definitions now.

I've said that if you will make your opinion by using that judgement, you can mark BTC as a premined. But you will never do this stupid action.

Hey guys. I've just open my favourite service called coinmarket and do you know what did i see? My favourite bytecoin is marked as Significantly Premined. What? Guys are you kidding me?

How can you say that BCN is premined if it was announced 2 years ago? Prooflink https://bytecoin.org/old/index.html
Are you out of your mind?

flawed logic, cuz released 2 years ago it cant have been be premined... LOL Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

bytecoin was premined about 80% and its proven for fact.  U are the kidding entity not 'Us'.

~CfA~
Pff. Ok. Let's talk about what term "premine" exactly means.
Since this idea you can call "Bitcoin" premined and you know why? Because godblessed Satoshi have at least 25% of whole coin supply. So what?
