What's with all these miners being so heavily marked up on ebay.com ?

Always happens - its a conjunction of ebays fee's and noobs who dont know where to source hardware for the correct price.

1) Sellers have to take a risk effects. For example if 25% of buyers scam the sellers then they have to increase the price more than 25%.
So if they sell $10,000 worth of hardware for $13,000 and they lose $1000 on scams then they still profit.

2) Because of this very few people risk and sell for PayPal. This reduces supply and the price is increased out of speculation.
People who want to buy have fewer options and have to pay more for it.

better to trade here, but use a reputable escrow provider - there are many options to choose from which some even being free

Obviously in terms of FutureBit Moonlander are least there are reputable distributers from different parts of the world

Fair points some of which I obviously did not know  Cheesy

My local distributor is out of stock completely Sad

11  Economy / Invites & Accounts / [WTS] My battle.net account with all attached games / items. on: April 20, 2014, 11:39:09 AM
First off I no longer play. World of Warcraft so I'm at the moment selling this http://[Suspicious link removed]/1hZDRMp

As this authenticator is removed. I have obtained a few quotes on selling my WoW account specifically.

I also have a few other games under my ID those are: SC2, Diablo III & SC1. As everything is being sold under my ID for battle.net (it appears this is the safest choice for both me and you).

If you are to go ahead, mutually agreed escrow might be useful?

Offers??

I highly recommend Bryan as a Gridseed Dualminer seller!
Upon getting home I had my Gridseed working under Ubuntu within 30 minutes.
I'm a very happy miner...

Upon receipt of your payment for either 1, 6 or 12 month's you are provided a token. This can be communicated to you via your nominated means i.e BitMessage/email/irc. It contains no identifiable data about you. It only contains how much time you have left on the network to access the VPN.

Even if we kept logs.....which we don't......there is no data about you to hand over as we never had any information on you in the first place.
18  Economy / Digital goods / [WTS] Totally Anonymous VPN accepting BitCoin as payment! on: March 23, 2014, 07:33:05 AM
We offer 1 month unlimited access, 6 months unlimited or 12 months unlimited - all plans are paid in full by digital currency (so essentially pre-paid). We also accept Dogecoin & Litecoin for those wondering.

I am selling VPN access token's (Think Pre-paid VPN Account but using Digital Currency as the method for paying for the token). Unlike traditional VPN providers I can give you all the details for login over BitMessage. If you do not have BitMessage I can provide other ways of contacting myself i.e email/irc.

The 'token' acts as your login, the token contains no identifiable information other than how much time is remaining on the token. As when you buy a token you are buying unlimited bandwith on any of the exit node's we provide. There's a forum specifically for any questions you may have and is well established, providing a wealth of information about the VPN and other interesting posts.

We use OpenVPN....(I should note, and only OpenVPN connections will work).

Current exit node (VPN locations) are: Frankfurt, Montreal, Iceland. USA.

I can be reached via BitMessage on:

19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Kopiemtu 1.0 - bootable 64bit linux image for Nvidia 750 Ti on: March 23, 2014, 04:45:08 AM
If anyone reads this I recommend Unetbootin as opposed to using Win32Writer - http://unetbootin.sourceforge.net

I guess it's just personal preference but I have never had any issues with Unetbootin and it works across Linux/Mac/Windows.

I use it on Debian Wheezy x64.
