Dear cex.io, can you please give us the certificate number of your PCI DSS  accreditation so we can check its validity?

Because, I have searched high and low on the various official places that these certs are publicly stored and CEX.IO does NOT appear on any of them.

Or was it just an internal audit, that you are making more of than it actually means?

I expect you will want to delete this post rather quickly as your answer, if truthfull, would probably not put you in a good light in this community.

So, let us check your certificate number against the PCI DSS database. Transparency is key here.

They are not really based in London, that is a boiler room address.
Several people have tried to visit the "office" only to find no sign of cex.io there.

It looks like cex are rigging their own market.

Proof-

Users cannot buy ghs for less than 0.0001 btc, yet a large buy has been put on at 200 satoshis.

This is playing their own market and possibly illegal.

Not sure why you dont see the FCA form link on that page, but it exists.

Easy, I rang the number on this page http://www.fca.org.uk/consumers/scams/report-scam and described the situation. Was advised to use the links to report. Not rocket science.

As you have removed clear warnings that GHS no longer mine bitcoins from your site I am now able to report you to:

The reason for these reports is because you are mis-selling GHS to investors without clear warnings that there will be no return on investment.
