Hey NEM Community, es gibt Neuigkeiten von eurem Guru UtopianFuture die da sind: Guru will in 2 Wochen die ersten Stakes versteigern und zwar dann jede Woche weitere 10 Stakes das macht dann bei 155 Stakes die zur Versteigerung ausstehen 16 Wochen  Also so Ende des Jahres sind dann alle Stakes vergeben und was kommt dann??? Also ich würd sagen dann kommt wieder eine neue Statistik über die Stakeholder, dann fällt auf...man wir haben ja wieder ein paar Sockenpuppen mehr , bin ja auch eine  nur meine Stakes sind verkauft, also wieder Kontrolle der Kontrolle. So dann schreiben wir das Jahr 2015 und ein paar letzte NEMer beglückwünschen immer noch ihren Guru für die tolle leistung des Teams obwohl man vom Mistermind Jaguar nix mehr gehört hat, aber der macht ja Urlaub wegen zu viel Stress oder nimmt Nachhilfe bei Wesley um doch noch einen Clienten hinzuzimmern. Im Jahr 2016 dann der Launch der dann immer und immer verschoben wird wegen Fehlern bis ins Jahr 2017. Im Jahr 2017 sind es nur noch ein paar Guro Folger, die restlichen haben sich mit ihren mini Einsatz von NEM verabschiedet und die Refunding Liste ist ja sowieso geschlossen, deshalb kommt aufgrund der verlorenen Schäfchen ein neues Fundrasing im Jahr 2018... dann aber ist die Zeit von Crypto vorbei und die Leute brauchen wieder Gold weil die Russen die Weltherrschaft wollen. Euer Guru Utopianfuture ist ja kein dummes Kerlchen und hat vorgesorgt und lebt als Farmer auf einer Ranch in Texas. NEM public auction explanation --------------------------------------- 155 NEM stakes will be put on a public auction (155 million NEM) The auction will happen in Bitcoin blockchain and follow the multi unit auction format. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Multiunit_auctionHow does it happen if X stakes are put on the auction ? 1. On the auction day, a Bitcoin escrow address will be revealed at a designated time.
2. Each transaction to the escrow address will be considered a bid for 1 stake. Two transactions from the same address to the escrow address will be considered two separate bids.
3. The auction will last at least 24 hours (but less than 36 hours).
4. Bidders could monitor the bidding process in real time via Blockchain.info
5. When the auction ends, X highest bidders (X biggest transactions) will win X stakes.
6. We will refund all non-winning bids minus the transaction fee and a service fee. All winning bids will receive back the difference between the winning bid price and lowest winning bid price minus the transaction fee and a service fee. Service fee is for the escrow service (for tallying and refunding the bids).
7. Example: there are 3 bids 1 btc, 1.2 btc and 2 btc and all are winning bids. Since 1 btc is the lowest winning bid price then bidders of 1.2 btc and 2 btc will win a stake and get a refund of 0.2 and 1 btc respectively.
8. There is a limit of two bids for each sending address and taint analysis will be used on the escrow address to make sure no address wins more than 2 stakes.
9. The sending address of the winning bid will be the identifier of the owner of the won stake. Therefore the winning bid sender should later provide a NEM address to receive the share via a signed message from the sending address. Signed message could be done via popular bitcoin wallets such as multibit, bitcoin-qt or blockchain.info.
10. Bidding recommendation: bidders should consider placing only 1 bid if they want to buy 1 stake and placing the highest bid that they are willing to buy. Since the buying price for all stakes will be equal to the minimum winning bid, there is no risk of over-paying for a stake. ------------------------------------------- There will be 10 stakes offered in the first test-run auction in about 2 weeks or so (it will be held on Saturday-Sunday frame) and we plan to offer regular auctions every week until close to the official launch. Let me know if you want to be the escrow for the auction, you should follow all the above rules but being able to set the service fee yourselves. The entire service fee will go to the escrow and he will hold the fund for the winning bidders until NEM officially launch. Another tought i have:
I was thinking that auction held, lets say 1. day of every month, with 5 stakes at a time for a year could keep the price a lot higher and be better PR, than auctioning 'em all at once. Weather it's in NXT-AE or not. And give the rest either for stakeholders or to charity on NEM's first birthday or something. Stakeholders could vote what is the best charity.
people could just freely pm him through bitcointalk to buy at market price imstead of an auction and keep the sale of 135 odd stakes off the market and thus not effect the price with many sells. Alls he gota do is send the buyer of "auction" stakes a nem stake asset to buyers nxt account. Job done. Saves the hassle of originising an auction too. It will give the dumpers a good chance to dump at much lower prices to those who may hold the coin long term, as i will. People dont know what to pay at auction as a price hasnt been set yet. The price would be much better set on the open market then at auction, as many will with hold from bidding in the hope of getting cheaper stakes on the open market. I say no auction. Issue assets. Set base price on open market. Then utopian sells the "auction" stakes off the market. Job done and best price got for them. He can also hold some stakes for later sale after alpha and beta when he will get a much higher price. So you are saying that we need to wait till June/July when the coin is released and then issue an asset and just change the price daily to follow the price on exchances. But if price rises to $0,1/NEM who would buy $100k/stake ? Then we will need to split stakes to not bigger than 10k NEM ($1000) pieces so enough people will afford to buy any. That asset is gonna be there a long time... Exchange volumes might stay too low... Or relay exclusively to NXT-system at first (it needs to get super-popular) and later on NEM's own Decentralized-Exchange ?? However you should listen the trolls.. because they hit your weakpoints.. and you should know your weak points and make them strong. It's true that there is a big hole filled just with a lot of words. and is true that some dev could come with some kind of update. They are not gonna clone nem from a few words from a dev.
not sure what kind of update do you want. It was already said several times that we are working on proof of importance (poi) algorithm and integration. After that and a few small optimizations, we can start to set up a test net. (all the rest are more and less finished). That was an update because there was nothing concrete like a product or a white paper to show for the time being. Now if you choose not to trust that is what is going one, then it is an entirely different matter from having an update or not. the guru has spoken and again just empty words |

If some hard core NEM holder don't know what to do with NXT in a pocket. I have simple solution: auction Nxt CPU silver That looks like an old Intel 4004 (a 4-bit CPU, circa 1971!). The DIP packaging is old school and does not convey the future of NXT. SOIC (Small Outline IC), PLCC (plastic leaded chip carrier), QFP (Quad Flat Package), PGA (Pin grid array), QFN (quad flat no-lead package) and BGA (ball grid array) are modern SMT packages. Just a little constructive criticism. Yes, you are right Intel 4004 from the year 1971! The main point is that it was the first commercially available computer processor and it helped to change the world. Do you thing that processor from the year 2014 will change the world more? I don't think so. It is just next step in evolution. And modern cpu doesn't look so cool in silver . Nxt or NEM are trying to change the future and it will be long and hard path. I will buy it on the Nxt Asset Exchange! |

The nem source code has no changed in github https://github.com/NxtEM/nem, lastest commit is 3 months ago. my words but UP is the GURU and the people follow him blind I wonder why your guys don´t tell him questions ... ? you wait and wait and nothing happen you all are investors ... or just puppets of UP? have you afraid of him? fear to get taken away share? to be afraid of the Community bullied? |

That was no update! Ye here revolves in a circle and the NEM stake holder are drawn! Shows some what it really new? Apart from a screenshot I've seen nothing. And now you come back so UP , that you people can indeed be Stake give back.... bla bla All just a great babbling here without deeds. UP makes people a little bit pressure and do not run the behind like a guru. Your writing here for weeks about how great the team is but the team there is no news. Wake up people! Ich kann hier nur warnen. Es ist weder nachgewiesen dass wirklich schon 12 Stakes verkauft wurden noch ob sie wirklich existieren.
Seid vorsichtig. Die Scamgefahr hier ist sehr sehr sehr hoch.
genau wie die deutsche Bundesbank schon vor Bitcoin warnte... alles Betrug, alles nur künstlich hervorgerufen, hohe Verlustgefahr und vieles mehr. Ist schon schwierig wenn man kein Hero Member ist, jetzt bekomme ich es am eigenen Leibe ab und habe auch ganz bewusst einen neuen Username erstellt. Aber auch hier, es wird hier und wurde schon verkauft und ich habe meine Gebühr bekommen und der Käufer seine Ware. Es läuft alles ganz fair ab, aber schade das ich das wieder betonen muss da einige hier rumtrollen. |
