Regardless of alleged payments being made I think the message we have to send out to everybody is to stay away from 1xbit because they are scammers with an absolutely disastrous reputation and they should NEVER be trusted. Wow you have paid thousands of $$ on this forum yet there is no one to testify it..lol...Please share you gambling license details! If you cant, this clearly means you are running a scam....FOLKS BEWARE!!!
Yes, completely agree with this. If you look at their trustpilot ratings, many gamblers seem to have similar issues and the only positive reviews seem to be coming from USA region from where they dont even accept gamblers..lol |

Users can't post proof of being scammed because not everyone takes screenshots of their bets.
Once you block them from accessing account they post about being scammed because up until then everything was fine.
Even if a player doesn't agree with his account closure, we still refund his deposits. That's solution should be fair for both parties of the issue, since a player looses his winnings, and a company looses its player. And is written in our ToS. If a player insist that the refund wasn't provided, he doesn't need his betting history or third party mediator to prove it - it could be done via transaction hashes, for example. I will gladly review your site if you can promise me my account won't be banned because of winning in the long run.
I play only sports, no slots and casino bullshit.
I will also document every deposit/bet/withdrawal.
Let me know if you will accept a winning sports bettor to play on your site.

All the closure terms are placed in our ToS, and winning too much is not a reason to get banned. If you have only one account and don't try to win unfair - you wouldn't meet any troubles. This is a good initiative and will perhaps bring some transparency. Since they have already made money out of you (by not paying your legit winnings), they might let you win for some amount but I am almost certain that once you reach over thousand $$ they will again "block" you. The bets I placed were all on top-tier leagues but still I got blocked because they don't want a winning bettor.
I feel more and more people should do this, report here daily about their deposits/bets/withdrawals but I am unsure if anyone would really volunteer to do it given 1xbit's reputation. At least the ones who are getting "paid" by 1xbit for saying good things about them should help with this.
Not paying winnings doesn't bring any funds to the bookmaker in both short and long term retrospectives. There are confirmed cases with thousands $ being paid, even on this forum. A winning bettor is likely to bet again with us, so a bookmaker like winning bettors. There are a lot of people who already did deposits/bets/withdrawals in our review campaign, but sure, you are free to try it yourself. The only thing a bookmaker wouldn't like is a user trying to win unfair by various schemes. Is there an example of a mediator who have access to bookmaker's internal details and still gives funds to violating accounts? And could trusted members have details of this case until someone provide with them? We operate for more than 5 years already, quite a long term for a back-stabbing company. Winning too much is not a reason to be banned on 1xBit. Sincerely, 1xBit team We seem to be going round and round. Well well.. you are running their campaigns in your signature, that means they are paying you and you siding them makes sense but if you really bet on their website please share betslips and withdrawal transactions otherwise it will prove that you are just saying to make them look good
I do have evidence that I was scammed. In fact, I am still logged into the account (unlike most other folks) and can post betslips/transaction/etc. If you know a third party mediator who can help me resolve the issue, I am glad to share everything. 1xbit doesnt even seem to have a valid gambling license so I do not know whom to contact to resolve this.
Alternatively, if 1xbit team and the forum members are up for it, I can share it here, we take a poll from respected & trustworthy community members and if it is in my favour I get my winnings back. Again, I dont think 1xbit will agree to this if they were not a scam website!
Wearing a signature doesn't necessary change someone's opinion. No doubt, it's a fair point to ask for evidence from both parties. Your proposal lacks rationality and truthfulness. For example, it is very easy to claim non-involvement in another account if transactions were made from different wallets/devices. But this is far from the only way to figure out duplicate accounts or other violations. And respected community members can't know this unless you show it to them. Naturally, we will not reveal our methods, because this will give an understanding of how not to be caught next time, and if a person tries to cheat - he wouldn't show it either. In this situation, it would be right enough to close this account and leave the user's funds to the bookmaker as a penalty - this is what some organizations do. But since we don't disclose the methods, it would be fair to make a refund. What has already been done in your case - the user withdrew more money than deposited from all his accounts. You guys should stop asking for your funds back because about hundreds of like your case that has been dead case now lol.
Scammers will never pay that's what reality means.
There are a few dozens of complaints received in the past year, won't be even a hundred. Most of them were refunded publically. The others still refunded. 2 complaints with no refund provided due to character of the bets placed - they are simply lost. Such claims should be backed up with evidence, and our is in our signature. No one is asking you to reveal your methods but the point that you can’t even give a reason why my account was blocked is ridiculous and keeps on proving that you like to scam when someone wins a decent amount What is this “another account” you speak about? This is new now. I had only one account and it was active from December until May when you blocked it. I have done numerous bets and transaction on the account without any issues. This seems to be your modus operandi for gaining user’s trust and then back-stabbing them by blocking account during withdrawal. As I rightly said before, if you have any evidence of illegal disconnection of your account because you won a big amount then you back your claim with evidence.

Via these schemes, withdrawal amount already exceeded the deposited one, thus your accounts were suspended. Please stay AWAY from this book at any cost unless you feel like donating your money! Their so called "Security Team" has not been able to log me out for a month now. What a joke of a book they are...hahahahaha @1xbit_official - Could you please share players (who are active on this forum and having good reputation) who have made big withdrawals ($5,000+) successfully? Can anyone try to record their experience on this site? You can go record while playing, your void bets and how this casino respond to your issues. They are currently running a review campaign for 1xbit. It will be a good review if it is documented. The community will judge  Hey mate, I am a victim of their scam and for some reason I am still logged into the account. I can see my balance, my earlier bets and all the transactions :-) They as such haven't voided my bets, just that I cant do anything with the account. They not voiding my bets also proves that I didn't bet on any suspicious games, just that they refused to pay me because I went on a hot streak. But I wasted too much time getting my issue resolved but yes, if this will help the community I am up for it. Let me know what all you need from me? |

It would be fair to mention that we have re-opened your account, so you were able to withdraw your deposits. The winnings weren't received in a fair way, thus they were returned to the bookmaker. Hi 1xbit

I have been playing on 1xbit since December across multiple sports on top tier leagues. I have done number of deposits and withdrawals without any problem. So yesterday, I was out of funds (lost a ~2 mbtc bet I was confident in), so I deposited in my account ~1.5 mbtc and won ~13.4 mbtc across 9 bets (8 won and 1 lost). All these bets and bets I have made has always been on top tier leagues like MLB. I have screenshot for the bets also. So after winning, I asked for a 5mbtc withdrawal but it was declined. I reached out to their live support and they asked me to email support team for the issue and support team asked me to reach to security team for the issue.
Today morning I got this message: "Good Day. We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account). The decision was made after a careful investigation of the situation by our security service. The decision is based on a violation of the Terms and Conditions."
This seems really absurd as I have been betting with them for 6 months now without any issues. I would request the 1xbit representative here to check my account. My account number is 244183695
