Another customer that has scammed. The ony thing that happened is that this player won, and then you steal his winnings.

We don't have any profit from such actions in both short and long-term scenarios, so why would we do that?

And we do pay winnings, here are a few threads about that:

The abundance of complaints compared to other bookies happens due to a few reasons:
- a lot of small events supported
- no KYC at all, only crypto, which makes available to create multiple accounts
1xBit combines them all, it's made to ease gambling process, yet it eventually results in additional complaints

No profit? you closed my account with over 190mBT on balance! no justifications or answers given after that! I call it profit.

They void all the bets and close accounts from people that win to much money.
And then they claim they have no profit, what a joke! But they stole from me, stole from dypper and many others.
People who play here and lose, can stay active since then no terms are violated.
And most important is that they refuse to give any explanation about violating terms.
SImple conclusion: 99% did not violate the terms and they just do not want to pay out and make excuses to steal funds.

The definition from 1xbit about "Solved" cases:

It is a sad state of affairs when a known scam website such as 1xbit continues to steal from innocent and gullible people. I still think it is appropriate for all victims of the 1xbit scammers to come forward and to work together in their attempts to get justice. I hope the people behind the 1xbit website go to jail for all the illegal acts they they are conducting.

I have been playing on 1xbit since December across multiple sports on top tier leagues. I have done number of deposits and withdrawals without any problem. So yesterday, I was out of funds (lost a ~2 mbtc bet I was confident in), so I deposited in my account ~1.5 mbtc and won ~13.4 mbtc across 9 bets (8 won and 1 lost). All these bets and bets I have made has always been on top tier leagues like MLB. I have screenshot for the bets also. So after winning, I asked for a 5mbtc withdrawal but it was declined. I reached out to their live support and they asked me to email support team for the issue and support team asked me to reach to security team for the issue.

Today morning I got this message: "Good Day. We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account). The decision was made after a careful investigation of the situation by our security service. The decision is based on a violation of the Terms and Conditions."

This seems really absurd as I have been betting with them for 6 months now without any issues. I would request the 1xbit representative here to check my account. My account number is 244183695

For some reason, i am still logged in, can see the funds but cant use it on any betting. Please help resolve the issue at the earliest. Thanks

Did you not read what was said by @JollyGood, everyone is currently talking about bad behavior by the 1xbit team, service boards, reputation is talking about bad things about 1xbit.

There are casualties every day, every day people complain about the 1xbit gambling site, do they not read their Reputation here, or they just don't know at all, Very regrettable, hopefully people will soon find out about the actions that the 1xbit team was doing.

You should really read the current situation about 1xbit, forum users are their current target.

Right now it has organised a signature campaign to promote its service. The campaign is good pay to the participants, but there is complete negative statement and warning as they're much connected to accusations. My suggestion, rather than spending on campaigns, why not 1xbit try to solve the issues against them.

Another thing, these days 1xbit is getting promoted all around, even it has got fiat based gambling access. People in this forum are well known about it, but out of the forum. We don't know whether it is working legitimate.

The worst part here is that 1xbit is acting like nothing happened and have organized review and signature campaigns once again just like in the past. Several people are actually participating in these pointless campaigns primarily because of the financial incentive.

Hi.. I am still waiting for 1xbit to get back to me.. but going through this thread has been scary... I hope I get my funds back as I have won it fairly.. I am also scared to inform my spouse about this mishap...this amount is more than the average monthly salary in my country...
