@klondike_bar:  I actually meant something much more benign but sillier: Ken could be throttling the farm during the hottest hours of the day due to shit AC failing to keep up.
If he wants to point some miners at another pool, there's no reason for him not to do it full time--he certainly should have enough boards for that.

It's undoubtedly due to the heat of the day at that time.

RE his own farm: There are 135-ish missing Gold cards which suddenly disappeared from stock over a few days, plus 163 Prospectors cards which are as we know priced NOT to sell. These cards (300 approx) could well be hashing away right now on Kens private farm. Undoubtedly if there ARE 163 Prospector cards they ARE hashing now, even an idiot wouldn't leave them sitting on shelves priced 2X retail value. Possibly the Gold cards have been /dumped sold at break-even as Ken scrambles around to get cash together for the refunds.

I don't think there is anything that the MSD has said that would prevent Ken from taking these cards onto his own private farm - that would not directly be a part of the Securities based business ACTM. So there is nothing legally preventing him from buying the cards off VMC for 10 bucks a piece, or selling them to Gerald for 10 bucks a piece is there?

Does anyone yet know if the MSD are investigating the 'fraud' side of this (like selling himself the cards/hiding BTC) or are they just looking at the breach of Securities regulations side?

Taint analysis

If he took (as he says) 5Mill in USD for pre-orders and turned 1 Mill of that to BTC under a fictitious name on an exchange do you really think taint analysis will find it? You need an address to start with. There is no analysis to do we just need the wallet address. So what is the address Ken sent the fresh coins he bought on an exchange to?? We will never know - unless his books are examined in court.

He will also have paid himself hundreds of k in wages - that's his now. And he likely just laundered USD as he will know exactly how to do that via a companys expenses/outgoings. Who says any of the stolen money is in BTC anyway?

still don' understand the blockchain.

Yeah everything's fine so long as we know the multiple wallet addresses where all the IPO and pre-order coins have been dispersed.

So, do you know how many wallets he has and their addresses? When you find out let us all know. Thanks.

'still don' understand how fraudsters operate.'

Its amazing to me that there was a full page of wrong conclusions and accusations being drawn (Ken stealing coins). It took me 2 minutes to come to the realization that these are most likely hardware purchases.

Are you serious? After being told by the MSD that he will need to reimburse investors, pay a near 100k fine, and refund millions in pre-orders (presumably told by MSD to do that) he is going to take this moment to spend the last coins and buy more hardware? The guy has had 12 months to buy hardware. Buying hardware now gets him no-where except into debt and unable to pay the fines. Ken couldn't update a website to sell 300 cards sitting on shelves so what makes you think he would buy hardware now and be capable of turning it round for a profit? He couldn't do that with in-stock cards! He said this money would be used to pay reimbursement and fines what was left to pay for operations (aka paying his lawyers with our money to defend himself from our lawsuits). Most likely not hardware.

Many things point to this being a scam:

The easic custom chip based products which will never be built still on the web site and still for sale 6 months after the easic deal was cancelled. Multiple checks posted out with no signature. Refunds delayed for 4months. Promised divs not paid. No accounts released. Prospector cards priced not to sell. Gold cards not promoted or posted out in time. All real work towards custom chips cancelled after millions in pre-order money taken. Kens 15 year history of liquidating companies and lieing to customers. Data Centre seems an after-thought, no attempt at expansion. No promises or plans about company progress ever met.

It all points to the CEO running a shell of a company, spending 25% of the raised funds to look legit then running off with the remaining 75% after the business 'fails'.

6  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: June 16, 2014, 09:15:55 AM
Well, a predicament here.

I promised to go though my post history and amend it to say that ken is not a scammer once refund check had cleared my bank.

The money has now cleared but now everyone else is saying what I was saying in the first instance - that ken is a scammer.

What to do?

He is under close scrutiny from the MSD and under pressure from Wood Law to begin serious refunds. So I think he will refund as many pre-orders as he can until the company coffers are empty, then he will liquidate the company and file for bankruptcy. How can that be a scam? Well we don't know how much money he raised in total and where it went. So obviously he will have hidden away 1 or 2 Mill dollars to keep for himself and that money will not go to refunding anyone - it's Ken's money now. A very very good result for just a years work. There may be no way of discovering where the money went without taking Ken to court for company fraud and having his books examined.
7  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: June 15, 2014, 12:28:48 AM
Gold Rush is out of stock. Hopefully Ken have some more around.

They sat around for a month not selling then suddenly....poof, they are all gone! Out of stock why? Because he has sold them at retail price? Or because he has sold them at 50% of retail as he is desperate for money to pay fines? Or because he has sold them at a loss as he is desperate for cash? Because he has sold them at 10bucks a piece to his family or himself? Who knows? He won't tell the people who gave him his start up capital what is going on or even tell them anything. Not a single word of reassurance. That's because Ken is looking after number one now.

No books, no accounts, no divs from Ken as promised. In fact he said the mining coins will go to the MSD and the rest will be used to fund company development. So he said no divs for anyone. And how do you fund company development when you still have to pay reimbursement and pre-orders with the change?

Any miracle workers in the house?

8  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: June 14, 2014, 09:21:00 PM
I see no possibility that Bargraphics (who is known to Ken and presumably the MSD) would lie about speaking to the MSD on here when we know the MSD read this.

Interestingly CT is not mentioned in the MSD paperwork only BF, CS and Btc-tc. So they overlooked it likely because it is still a fairly recent development and didn't involve the IPO. I think they may have thought the shares were still offline?

If so they are sure to act on CT soon. Why wouldn't they?
9  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: June 14, 2014, 11:53:17 AM
On my part, like a few people here I'm trying to show zumzero to be the liar and hypocritical self-serving oaf that he is because he is STILL hyping the company and trying to get people to loose more money on this scam. He is Kens best buddy and will encourage people to throw good money after bad if he isn't exposed. While the shares are still listed people can still be scammed here.

Also, his hypocrisy and lies shouldn't go down as fact.
10  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: June 14, 2014, 09:47:26 AM
at least I made an effort which is a damn sight more than most.

What a star - do you want a medal?

1) This thread with shareholders Modding the Trolls was 100% my idea. I suggested it to you and without replying or consulting any other shareholders about it you ran off and setup this thread within a few hours of my pm just to claim the Glory. And you constantly mention what a great idea this thread was - we all owe you a big debt of gratitude for having the idea for setting up this thread.  Roll Eyes

2) The first lengthy post on this thread setting out the company profile and listing the many areas that were (at that time) being worked on is a verbatim cut and paste job from a thread of mine. You stole my work and presented it as your own without crediting it to me or asking for permission to use it. Yeah atleast you made the effort.  Roll Eyes

I came to terms with losing my investment shortly after.....I still maintain that Ken will make a success of the company
Eh??

3) You keep banging this point home that you are clever and calculating - but noone agrees. Noone sees any cleverness. Where?! Most see a big head who can't accept he's been done over. The only idea you had of your own the 'ask Ken' was so pompous people ignored it  - and it was so obviously a big Ken-pump. Please Ken, thankyou Ken, I love you Ken. And Ken himself ignored you after just one reply which was completely lacking in detail or substance. It was a poorly executed and completely ineffective exercise. Atleast you made the effort. What a superstar Roll Eyes

Why don't you start another Poll. You could keep yourself busy while you wait for Ken to pay out all the mining revenue and last ACTM coins in MSD fines, shareholder reimbursements and pre-oreder refunds. If you were as clever as you claim to be (and likely believe yourself to be) you would have got out a long long time ago. lol
11  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: June 13, 2014, 07:49:46 PM
The most awesome part of that thread was the first time I ever deleted one of your posts.  It felt so sooo good.

So you deleted shareholders just for the kicks too? Are you an actual retard?

You also used to delete people for quoting and chatting to Trolls - but now you do exactly just that to your own amusement. This is a freak show now with you the main star. You think you are so smart but you are actually a sad case and everyone can see that. Where are all these supporters you keep mentioning who keep pming you?! Can you please go away and stop embarrassing yourself? No one cares about your ego rants here. No one cares, got it?

On another topic, any website customers should also be contacting Wood Law in MO because this promised refund (which isn't as far as we know an MSD order) may never materialise. It could be a delaying tactic just like all the other Ken-speak promises.
12  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: June 12, 2014, 07:48:31 PM
So is Mr zumzero a control freak or what? As Mod he deletes and bans left right and centre for two months alienating many shareholders. (He deleted over 150 of my totally valid posts alone.) Now that he's been banned from Modding  he becomes the biggest look-at-me Troll in months. What a sad creature and what a lie he has been playing all along. You really can't trust a word this deeply self-contradictory madman says.

I mean even if you were (constantly saying he has no money), why would you come on saying you are buying shares up and telling people to fuck off? Attention whore springs to mind.
13  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: June 11, 2014, 09:17:40 PM
I have yet to be shown concrete proof Ken is scamming or that the sky is falling.

Until then,

 SAOR ALBA.

Here we go again - then show us concrete proof of ANYTHING.

Is there concrete proof that Ken paid eAsic? That he hired P ASIC? That he had a contract for the 55nm with the foundry?

I have yet to be shown concrete proof that Ken has done anything with the money we gave him and he raised from orders other than buy some HF chips and put them in the cheapest run down DC he could find, in the wrong State.

14  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: June 11, 2014, 08:24:17 PM
Its not over???

Americans are such bitches.

Can you and your Scottish chum zumzero please stop Trolling the thread and taking out your loss on other shareholders? We've all been conned but you cope with it by antagonizing and trolling? Grow up. And Mr high and mighty zumzero, once he looses his Mod power instantly becomes a Troll!?

Oh the irony! He spent two months deleting fools like the one he has become - and legitimate shareholders. I find his continued presence objectionable considering his current trolling and past claims to be the big enforcer of impartiality with the damage that led to. Possibly the worst type of character you could wish to be in charge of a thread.

On another topic, do we know if either the MSD or Wood Law will prepare a fraud case? It seems not, so that could need to be organised by us. We need to sue Ken to gain control of his personal assets and the coins in the two wallets we know of (650BTC). If we don't he could walk away from this a rich man.
15  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: June 10, 2014, 09:58:09 PM
Ken could be selling the cards or taking them away for his private farm. We just don't know but the way this ceo has behaved previously with unsigned checks and lies to us about chip runs and shipped product you have to say it is likely. Lets see how far it drops...

Where are the missing 100gold cards? Sold for a loss to get cash for the refunds? On Kens farm? Sold to Kens family for ten bucks a piece? Maybe there never was that many? Anyone's guess really.
16  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: June 10, 2014, 09:13:28 PM
lol so now others feel the wrath of zumzeros unhinged logic and vicious attacks. I told you all to take away his Mod powers weeks ago, finally someone listened. He's the worst thing that ever happened to this company bar Ken. He now attacks Bargraphics!! Only to redirect the heat from himself. It is Zumzero himself who has directly allowed Ken to spin out this shit-scam for months longer than it should have lasted.

Zum not bargraphics has swallowed and regurgitated Kens every word and pumped this known scammer at every friggin turn. And he's STILL doing it! What a disgusting and shameless attempt to blame someone else for your own twisted behaviour.

Bar, if this zum character still had mod rights you would be getting deleted just like many other shareholders did who he felt he had the divine right to silence. What a dirty scumbag. I'm sorry this has needed to be said but zumzero now trying to turn the tables and appear the good guy is sickening. He is a fascist pure and simple and he will blame EVERYONE apart from himself for his own failings.

That doesn't mean I think bargraphics is a saint as he banned me from his private IRC channel for asking too many questions. But you can't say he's ever hyped Ken or this scam. When shares traded again on CT we didn't see Bargraphics pumping the stock we saw Zumzero pumping it. When Ken didn't reply to questions we didn't see Bargraphics create the sycophantic AskKen account that was Zumzero again. And everytime Ken gave a vague answer Zum backed him up with pleases and thankyous  groveling as he did so to this dirty liar we (and the MSD) know Ken to be.

Zum you are now Trolling this thread and posting antagonistic comments and attacks which is EXACTLY what you were deleting people for days ago from your high horse -  STFU you hypocritic. You are completely and utterly pathetic and the only reason you continue to promote this con is because of your own loss which you can't accept. You will say or do ANYTHING to get your money back. Just like Ken, lies are your game.

17  Economy / Securities / Re: [Active Mining] The UNofficial Active Mining Discussion Thread [UNmoderated] on: June 10, 2014, 04:37:14 PM
He won't liquidate the company so long as it protects him from prosecution or civil suits.

the letter clearly states that Ken should not involve himself with the shareholders at all.  Until that ends, or the MSD gives him further instructions of what he can do

The company gives him no more protection be it trading or liquidated. As CEO he may have no personal liability for company losses. As a scammer he has full personal liability for all losses.

He is silent now because that is his final move of this scam. He has actually been instructed by the MSD to inform and comply with shareholders contacts and requests for reimbursement - the MSD state that shareholders should contact the company via the forum. So he is not under any order to remain silent.
18  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: June 10, 2014, 01:28:49 PM
Bargraphics do you have any proof the 28nm is binned?

Have you got any proof that Ken has 'a lot more money'? Is there any proof of anything here? Is there proof that Ken paid eASIC, that he bought Peoples ASIC, that he has an engineering team, that he was present or even represented at the HF case, that he ever had plans for a 28nm past the eASIC plan?

You are asking someone to prove something has been cancelled but there is no proof that it was ever started!
19  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: June 10, 2014, 11:44:42 AM
This will be a long and protracted affair which is why there numerous shareholders who haven't lost hope.  They might get shouted down whenever they try to voice their opnions, buy they do exist.  After all, someone's buying the shares.

I'm glad I've been vindicated from the wild accusations and hope Vince and whoever, are able to control the troll shenanigans.

Long AND protracted? So long long???

You've been vindicated? By whom and when? I must have missed that.
20  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: June 09, 2014, 02:44:50 PM
So we'll have to wait for several months before real news? I don't understand, what is the current status?

Correct me if any of this is wrong,

1) Ken seems to have severed all contact with his shareholders, ignoring pm's and 2 weekly updates.
2) He is being forced to reimburse shareholders by the MSD (so long as you can confirm you bought directly from ACTM?)
3) He is being forced to repay pre-orders it seems - either by MSD or the threat of a Wood Law case.
4) No one knows if he has enough money for this (has he dumped the missing 100 Gold cards to get the money together?)
5) There is no known plan of further development, no HashFast deal, no 28nm, no DC expansion.
6) Ken has a long history (10 years+) of closing down his failing businesses, not delivering to customers, and being investigated by the MSD.
7) Ken is still selling products on his site that will never be built and are part of a long-cancelled eASIC project.

Please add to the list DTS if you know anything else.
