Is this a custom script or a pre-made one that you bought from a third party source? Who are the original developers and are you in contact with them? Are they available for possible bug fixes or custom modifications? Can you post some screenshots from the backend? P.S. Its custom made script ( there have many laravel vendors scripts ) which is free to use by anyone. I'm core developer and i will give warranty 3 months for bug free. Code is very well writen with many comments on it so everybody which know PHP laravel and JS can edit it easy. I will love to see a good motive behind this business as there have been demands for deposits on some promo features on the site, i could not exploit the site more since i was not ready to make a deposit now. But since the admin stated it was an eror i will look out for a correction of that eror and to allow trial on some games without deposits.

The next red flag is the support misleadingly claiming a minimum $1 deposit is required to withdraw and then switching the requirement to $20 as soon as $1 is deposited. Might be miscommunication. The english is so horrible that I can basically hear the indian accent yelling at me through the monitor "not to redeem".

The same thought, it's the first thing that I've ever thought upon seeing the thread. .xyz as a domain doesn't really a good one if it's a business like this casino.
The owner should have taken a better extension than .xyz because it's known as a sort of random website that doesn't really have a sense. Well, maybe as a start it can do but if success comes around to you guys, it's better to replace it.
Wouldn't noticed it if not because of your reply. This is my first time to see a domain extension like that but it does not feel weird or anything but in fact this could make them unique and different from the others which is a good thing imo. Upon checking their site I noticed that there is a big empty field when I scroll down but I guess this is only normal because the number of players on site is only 6. On the very bottom, I can see their terms and conditions. By the way I am using a laptop right now but maybe they have a problem with their display if you are using a mobile, resulting for some users to not see it. There's still a room from improvement anyway, so good luck. Actually, there are too many websites that do have that type of extension but the catch is that most of those websites with that extension aren't good and untrustworthy. Why is no one annoyed by the fact that the english written by OP and the live support agent is below average to say the least? you can't properly understand what they're talking about without reading the text multiple times.If you and your team are not fluent in english you can simply hire other people to do the talking for you.

Please do! Technically, there is no problem with the.xyz TLD, it's just as any other TLD. The only problem here is that most users are not familiar with it and will have hard time to remember it. I just checked and found out that .io, .org, .net.. are still available which mean that a fraudster can register them and start promoting a fake copy of your website and am certain many users will fall for it. Another advice: try to be more clear when you make an announcement here. For example, in one of your replies you said that the minimum deposit amount is $20 and the minimum deposit amount to make a bonus withdrawal is $1 which doesn't make much sense. Hello , Yes technically you can make withdrawal with $1 deposit but there have minimum for valid deposit which is 20 usd. We will be more clear, next time sorry for confusing! Also, I tried to wrap my head around the explanation regarding the $20 and $1 deposit/withdrawal. Still can't be sure on what to follow should I play on this casino. Anyway though, regarding the .xyz domain, they are on the rise as of late due to .com gTLDs scarcity. I guess I'd choose another extension as .xyz extension still has that negative connotation to it.
