There could be miscommunication if you backread OP stated that the minimum deposit is $20 checking the site it's $20 also you cannot circumvent what the system and the FAQ stipulated, and you can't ask support to do it manually there's a situation that supports and management are on the different department, it's not going to work, just follow the rules not because they do not agree with your request you'll tell people not to play here.

I don't think there's a problem with using the .xyz extension because the most important thing in a business is how you can pamper and satisfy your customers. You have started to build your casino business so we wish you the best for your customers.

I suggest you add other gambling games later because I see it's rare for a casino to thrive by only having the classic types of gambling you have. Maybe you can try contacting gambling providers such as Pragmatic Play, Play N Go, NoLimit and others. But if your site requires a license before it can work with those gambling providers, there may be other solutions.

I'm rather confused with what markk1's claim is, according to OP minimum deposit was $20 yet markk1 was able to deposit $1? Wondering if markk1 was able to access the site prior to the system being updated for the $20 requirement or something, but anyway not that it's changed he can't really do anything but deposit the said amount.

Anyhow welcome to the forum! A number of games still seems small so you might want to get some providers to expand it, plus improvement of the UI so far. It might also be better to add a checkbox mark on the start where you ask the user if they accept your TOS when entering instead of a close/login button just to make it easeir for people to know what to do when entering (if they don't want to login/register anyway).

Maybe before 2018, but for now, the XYZ domain has been almost used a lot and already google indexed. I don't think like you are, maybe because xyz domain is still new than .com or other, they can easily use a unique name like casino. and of course is cheaper.

It is not being a webmaster, or being indexed in google or any search engine. Any website can be indexed as long it follows the search engine's criteria of indexing but not all ^{(.xyz domains)} can have higher search engine results mostly .com and other known extension are prioritized.

There's a reason why most website owners choose .com or .io domain extensions. Having a .com domain makes you look more trustworthy and sends the message that you are trying to build a legit business. On the other hand, an .xyz domain extension screams SCAM!.

So, I browsed the site and I did not see any WOW factor... just a lot of in-house games.   The online Crypto casino scene are very competitive, so sites with only in-house games are simply not going to cut it. I reckon that you need that license to be able to sign deals with 3rd party service providers.

Then I browsed the thread and I saw issues with a VERY small amount that cannot be withdrawn over "system" issues... which raised a red flag for me.

The same thought, it's the first thing that I've ever thought upon seeing the thread. .xyz as a domain doesn't really a good one if it's a business like this casino.
The owner should have taken a better extension than .xyz because it's known as a sort of random website that doesn't really have a sense. Well, maybe as a start it can do but if success comes around to you guys, it's better to replace it.
