I dont see how the info of who will pay for the server for the exchange could be a problem. This shows again that there are an exchange to be hosted.
This is the easy part, and can exist different ways to manage this as a core team or as a community. I could be involved

I would suggest to whale123 and jeffersonairplane, to create together a white paper about how the anonexchange its going to be organized.

I have  seen a lot of opinions, and partial informations, but i think that we need a whole paper with all the information and project that we already have.
About how will be managed the fees money, if it will be converted to vootcoin to create more buy pressure, etc..

otherwise i think that this kind of things must be decided by the community, because the budget to do it comes from the bounty + some members of this community.

about the dumpers conspiranoia

i explain my yesterday trading experience, as a counterargument
previosly, I am already invested in vootcoin from 50 satoshis in june. and i am not going to sell it under 3000 satoshis
Yesteday i decided to do a more short term investment and bought some at 660
also helped to create bought walls about 595, finally one dump get my buy orders, but because i dont want to have too big investment right now
i sell again after new buy wall its bulded at 600...
So i was one of the "dumpers" but not for inside information and not to get more money, only to secure my trading.

Conclusion:  New people involved in dev team, better PR and communication, Mscollet yet on board, smoke team more close to the anon exchange. Vootcoin is yet better that when was at 1900 less than two days ago.
